Staying at this Lahaina condo was an absolute delight. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by breathtaking panoramic ocean views—the kind that instantly make you exhale and feel like you’ve truly arrived in Hawaii. I spent every morning on the lanai with coffee in hand, watching the whales and turtles. In the evenings, the sunsets were nothing short of spectacular, painting the sky with colors I didn’t even know existed. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space felt welcoming and peaceful. It’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping the condo well-maintained The location couldn’t be better- quiet ,yet close to everything. Lahaina’s shops, restaurants ,and beaches were just minutes away, making it easy to explore during the day and return to a serene retreat at night. Overall, this condo made my Hawaiian vacation unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place with fantastic views, comfort, and a perfect Lahaina location, this is the one. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Lahaina Roads. We had to call for maintenance for two separate issues, and both were taken care of very quickly. The location was great - perfect for listening to the ocean, watching for whales and visit Lahaina shops.

The room and overall facilities were spectacular. A few of our favorite room details include:
1. A balcony view that words cannot justify.
2. A new kitchen with all you could need.
3. A comfortable queen bed.
4. The shower! Very cool, with strong water pressure.
5. There are great restaurants/bars a couple hundred yards down the sidewalk with great happy hour deals.
Communication with My Perfect Stays was great. We let them know early in our stay the garbage disposal wasn't working. It wasn't a big deal but I wanted them to know it was this way when we arrived. Someone was there within the hour to fix it.
All aspects of our stay exceeded our expectations.

Diamond in the Rough!

Our recent stay in Maui, was at 1403 Front Street #407 in the north side of Lahaina. While it is true, it was in a fire zone, the building was spared from major damage and this unit was in unusually pristine condition when compared to the burnt out lots that sit empty to the east, north and south. Looking west there is no evidence of the fire. All you see is a well manicured landscape around the pool nestled just inside the seawall and of course, an unobstructed view of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The inside of the unit shows that the owners and the management company take a lot of pride in refurnishing and and replacing everything that got damaged by smoke or neglected by sitting empty for the last 2 years. The unit is very well provisioned with all new dishes, appliances and cooking supplies like oil, salt and pepper and a large assortment of spices.
The Cannery mall sits just 2 blocks to the south and was also spared major fire damage. The mall includes a Safeway, Longs Drug store a a variety of shops. Tourism in the area was understandably down because of the large number of homes that were destroyed in the area so there was plenty of parking.
About a dozen restaurants as well as the old Hawaiian Luau are all within walking distance. We could hear the drums and watch the Polynesian dancers lit up with Tiki torches from the lanai as the luau was in full swing.
My wife and I were not expecting much since the area had just been opened up to visit, but as we entered the unit we saw everything we could have ever wanted for our weeklong stay and a world-class view from the lanai. That's why I named this review "A Diamond in the Rough."

You’ve just got to stay at this condo! It is absolutely beautiful! The views are amazing! You’ll have to see them! I love listing the mesmerizing sounds of the ocean waves while enjoying breakfast on the lanai. This condo had been totally reinvented since the fire. Everything is new; washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, sofa, Murphy bed, it’s been repainted, cookware; everything you need is there for a perfect vacation, including beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment And there is so much to do in an in uncrowded Lahaina! There are 5 restaurants within walking distance, Mala pier, where you can swim with the turtles, is also with walking distance. Don’t forget the Old Lahaina Luau, a block away! Or if you like to enjoy a lazy day at the condo, there is a large pool, patio furniture and BBQ to enjoy. Oh, I almost forgot about Baby Beach, so close. I cannot say enough about this condo at Lahinia Roads 407 it feels like home. We will be returning soon!

We loved the ocean view from the living, fully stocked tile kitchen, remodeled bedroom, laundry facilities and spacious bathroom. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Beach chairs, towels, fins and snorkels were provided for our use. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place Very quiet and relaxed it sorta felt like home but more beautiful

The condo was in a fantastic location, great views, nice pool, very clean! It was a lot smaller than it looks from the photos, but for the two of us it was fine. It was also stuffy in the bedroom (even with the fan) without any windows to open. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy Maui

Loved it. Very clean. Only complaints would be the parking garage is very small. So I would recommend renting the smallest car available. Second we are early risers and we would like to get out and snorkel in front of the condo. But you cannot access the pool area until after 9 AM and that’s where the steps go down into the ocean are so you cannot access the ocean from the condo until after 9 AM. Highlights of the unit is the beautiful sunsets. Amazing. Every morning we would have coffee and watch the turtles swim around out in front of the condo super amazing to see all of the turtles. I would definitely stay at this condo again

Quiet Area a Little Out of Town

Beautiful, recently renovated condo, even better than in the photos. The Murphy bed was perfect to let us share the condo with our kiddo. It's in a quiet area a little out of town. Note that many of the older condo residents don't appreciate the sound of kids in the pool, and there are a lot of rules about pool use. Still completely worth it for us!

This Condo was beautiful! We are so glad we booked it. We were right on the water and saw whales and turtles daily! What an amazing view! The condo was clean and well kept. The pool and grounds were impeccable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Lahaina is a great town with great shopping and yummy restaurants. Right on the water. Has everything you need for Maui! Beach chairs, snorkel gear, toys, towels.. Saw turtles from our balcony daily. Walking distance to Safeway, a few restaurants, and Mala warf. We've stayed in this same complex multiple times and highly recommend it! Pool is kept sparkling clean, too. :)

My wife and I stayed at Lahaina Roads for 5 days, and we were very pleased with both the condo and the service provided by My Perfect Stays. Our unit looked out onto the beautiful water where we saw dozens of moored boats. We also saw some whales and sea turtles during our stay from our unit. We were pleased with the quality of the unit. My Perfect Stays was highly communicative and professional through both text and email. They encouraged us repeatedly to reach out if we ever had any issues during our stay. All instructions and guidelines were clear and well-defined. Upon our return home to California we noticed we had accidentally left some items in the unit. I contacted My Perfect Stays and they happily shipped back the items. (We sent them a prepaid shipping label.) We would gladly use their service again on a future stay.

I can’t imagine a better close-up ocean front view right from your balcony! The condo was clean and there were no major problems, but it was extremely small for any more than two people. If anyone is going to use that bed in the living room, there is barely enough room to walk around it unless it’s folded up. The kitchen and the bathroom are in good condition. The bedroom has some weird high windows, but otherwise it’s windowless all in all I might stay there again because of the location, but prepared to feel cramped and enclosed.

The condo was everything I imagined and more! The condo was clean and neat The owners provided plenty of places to hang towels, new appliances, dishes, glasses, etc . Even pie tins were provided! It is air conditioned with a beautifully tiled kitchen. The view is amazing! The condo is located just steps away from the ocean with ocean sounds lulling you to sleep. It is close to downtown Lahaina , baby beach mala pier and Kaanapoli beaches. These beaches offer the best snorkeling and scuba areas on entire island We definitely will return to this lovely condo.

Celebrated my birthday in this paradise!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. Property and view are stunning. Great view of pool, sunset… just absolutely unbelievable. Host has thought of everything from the kitchen supplies to all gear needed for the beach. Have already shared this listing with others. Lahaina Roads 407 was amazingly! When you walk into the condo, the first thing you notice is the beautiful ocean view! It is breathtaking! Looking out from the lani, you can see other Hawaiian islands. The sound of the waves are mesmerizing. The condo is clean and neat. I especially like the tile work in the kitchen. It gives the kitchen a very modern and contemporary feel. All the amenities are there in the kitchen for cooking, even a blender. The beds are comfortable. The pool is heated. There are grilling facilities available. It is air conditioned. The condo is located in Lahaina within walking distance to grocery story and Historic Lahaina town. We loved our stay at Lahaina Roads and plan on returning very soon.

Perfect place for a honeymoon! This stay was exactly what we needed and will remember this trip forever. Close access to Front st shops and Kaanapali. You can’t beat the view and can even swim in the ocean right by the pool. :) A little construction going on above in the penthouse, but your in Maui so you should be exploring during the day while it’s going on. Would definitely recommend!

The place was spacious for a one bedroom, one bathroom, with a beautiful well equipped kitchen, new appliances and a SPECTACULAR view of the ocean in the living room! My son enjoyed the comfort of the Murphy bed with the ocean view and the sound of the waves from the living room. The linen and towels were of good quality and the beach gear provided were very useful. The location was ideal! It was only a few minutes from grocery stores, gas station, Baby Beach(Farmer's market on Thursday's),restaurants(Star Noodle, Frida's, Ma'La) and Front street shopping. The only set back was having trouble with the WiFi, but the staff took care of it quickly and had Spectrum come by to fix the issue. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely book this place again. Thank you My Perfect Stays! Your company does live up to its name. This place was perfect for us!

Wonderful Location in Lahaina. Very close to Front Street as well as all of the other resorts. When you wake up and walking outside the door beautiful Mountain View and I saw rainbows on multiple occasions. From your patio, wonderful ocean view and you can also catch the sunset. I would highly recommend this place!

Spectacular Accommodations with amazing views!!

We were absolutely impressed with the accommodations and amenities! We saw giant turtles swimming beneath us within 5 minutes of arrival. From the location to the pool and as well as the beach chairs, My Perfect Stays had it all!!

This location was great! We saw sea turtles every time we looked out the back doors and watched beautiful sunsets every night. We came with our 15 month old baby and we truly enjoyed ourselves! The location is perfect and Lahaina is a great place to stay if you don’t want to stay at a resort. 10 out of 10 for this place!

Lives up to the posting and then some!! Locale is epic. Beautiful sunsets every night!! Just outside of downtown Lahaina on the water… close enough to conveniences, and not in the middle of the busyness of the resorts up the road. My Perfect Stays, the included concierge service, can help with just about anything not already included in the condo. The unit has an easy to pull down Murphy bed which was perfect for our kids. Laundry in the unit. Also included with the rental were beach chairs and umbrella, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. The whole unit was completely updated recently. Simple kitchen conveniences; which was perfect for us - drip coffee maker, ice maker, Brita pitcher for filtered water, and classic vacation rental stocked book shelf. :) The complex had easy parking, an elevator, sweet pool for swimming (although I do wish there was access earlier than 9:00am for lap exercises), two convenient gas grills, pool toys, and plenty of lounge chairs. Beautiful rental for celebrating, relaxing, working remotely, or whatever floats your boat. Mahalo for sharing your slice of paradise!!

This is a prime location with awesome balcony views and town closeby. The place is kept up nicely, parking is a bit challenging as spots are on the smaller/tighter side. The pool is great and there is space to grill outside. Communication with the host can be challenging since you are dealing with the complex manager for certain requests and a company for others. We had a water shut off during one of our days, we were warned the day prior and it lasted for most of the day. I would stay again!

We loved every moment of our stay here. Seeing sea turtles every morning was magical, and the condo was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was also super comfortable and we had the most peaceful sleeps!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo. The location is close to downtown Lehina, and the view is gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and found the condo was stalked with everything we needed for our stay.

We have stayed in Lahaina a number of times and now that we have stayed at Lahaina Roads for the first time we would definitely return. Our condo was very nice and up to date in decor. The one nice feature with the unit being designed with entrance on the Front Street and also looking out on the ocean. Because of this sir could actually flow through the unit without a/c ever being on. Because we like listening to the ocean through out the night we actually slept on the Murphy bed in the living area because the bedroom is on the Front St side. As far as the property is concerned it is well kept, has a nice pool, and a beautiful view of the ocean with plenty of sea turtles to view near by feeding on the reefs. The down side is that there really isn’t a beach to enjoy but you do have easy access to some very good snorkeling. The only other issue is the parking in which there are plenty of spaces but very tight and takes awhile getting used to. Overall this is a very good option
