Kuleana Resort 313 is a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious California King bed, complemented by a window A/C unit for added comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ideal for extra guests. The bathroom is equipped with a glass-door walk-in shower and a separate vanity area. Please note that the resort does not have elevator access, and the condo is located on the third floor.
This well-equipped unit offers all the comforts of home, including a fully appointed kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances. The cozy living area comes with a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or staying connected. The condo’s Hawaiian-inspired décor is complemented by ceiling fans, ensuring a cool, comfortable environment throughout your stay. Step outside to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the lush green views. The balcony features a dining table for two, along with a lounge chair.
Kuleana Resort is set on seven acres of lush grounds, with walkways surrounded by plumeria, ironwood trees, hibiscus, ginger, and palms. The complex features seven low-rise buildings (no higher than three floors). Unlike many Maui resorts, Kuleana has its own hidden gem—a private pocket beach, where you can snorkel with reef fish and swim with green turtles right on the property. The resort offers a heated swimming pool, tennis court, putting green, and shuffleboard. In the lanai-like lobby, you’ll find a ping-pong table, an honor library, activity desk, and reception. The four BBQ grills by the ocean's edge provide a perfect spot to grill while enjoying sunsets under the tiki torches. For added convenience the property offers on-site coin laundry as well as free parking.

_2 beach chairs per bedroom, 1 beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler
_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
_A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand and body soap
_Wifi provided by Spectrum (between 100-200 Mbps)
_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
