Kuleana 313 has one window A/C in the bedroom, is a 1-bedroom condo situated on the 3rd floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that Kuleana Resort does not have elevators. This one-bedroom will impress with views of the tropical grounds, pool, and a partial ocean view from the privacy of your own lanai. The perfect spot to take in a famous Maui sunset or enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the tropical sounds and smells of our beautiful island.
With modern yet Hawaiian inspired furnishings and decor, your Maui experience continues inside! Cool blues and warm wood tones make this third floor condo inviting, relaxing and very cozy. Here you'll enjoy the comforts of home including: a well appointed kitchen, a restful living area with a flat screen TV and complimentary WiFi. For additional guests, the couch converts to a Queen bed.
Step inside the Master Bedroom and you’ll find a luxurious California King size bed. The tropical and tasteful furniture and decor continues! Providing you a serene and comfortable place to rest after those long fun days in the sun! The convenient bathroom is just steps away and features a walk in shower with plenty of space for your belongings.
Kuleana is well known for its grounds which are located on seven acres with walkways surrounded by gorgeous plumeria and ironwood trees, all types of hibiscus, ginger, and palms. The Kuleana complex consists of 7 low rise buildings (no higher than 3 floors). Most locations in Maui require you to drive somewhere, but Kuleana has its own SECRET – a pocket beach, a beautiful little cove situated within the gated grounds. While you will not find coral formations that equal Kapalua Bay (just 2.3 miles north), you will be able to snorkel among schools of reef fish and swim among green turtles without leaving the resort. There is a large, heated swimming pool suitable for lap swimming, a tennis court, putting green and a shuffleboard court. In the lanai-like lobby, you will find a ping-pong table, an honor library, an activity booking desk, and reception. There is an on-site coin laundry and free parking. A popular feature of the resort is the four BBQ grill area situated on the ocean’s edge. Watching the sunset over the sea and the lighting of the tiki torches, while grilling, is a memorable experience.
Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided is complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
