Kuleana Resort 313 is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious (new as of Dec 2025) California King firm hotel quality bed, complemented by 1 window A/C unit for added comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ideal for extra guests. The bathroom is equipped with a glass-door walk-in shower and a separate vanity area. Please note that the resort does not have elevator access, and the condo is located on the third floor.
This well-equipped unit offers all the comforts of home, including a fully appointed kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances. The cozy living area comes with a flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or staying connected. The condo’s Hawaiian-inspired décor is complemented by ceiling fans, ensuring a cool, comfortable environment throughout your stay. Step outside to your private balcony, where you can enjoy the lush green views. The balcony features a dining table for two, along with a lounge chair.
Kuleana is well known for its grounds which are located on seven acres with walkways surrounded by gorgeous plumeria and ironwood trees, all types of hibiscus, ginger, and palms. The Kuleana complex consists of 7 low rise buildings (no higher than 3 floors). Most locations in Maui require you to drive somewhere, but Kuleana has its own SECRET – a pocket beach, a beautiful little cove situated within the gated grounds. While you will not find coral formations that equal Kapalua Bay (just 2.3 miles north), you will be able to snorkel among schools of reef fish and swim among green turtles without leaving the resort. There is a large, heated swimming pool suitable for lap swimming, a tennis court, putting green and a shuffleboard court. In the lanai-like lobby, you will find a ping-pong table, an honor library, an activity booking desk, and reception. There is an on-site coin laundry and free parking. A popular feature of the resort is the four BBQ grill area situated on the ocean’s edge. Watching the sunset over the sea and the lighting of the tiki torches, while grilling, is a memorable experience.
