Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
