The beautifully landscaped grounds will be sure to delight with a pool and BBQ areas all available for guest use, including parking with no resort fees. Kihei Resort 122B has a window A/C in the living area, is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo situated on the ground level, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This South Maui condo location provides close proximity to the beach with views of our dormant Haleakala volcano. Stay cool after a day in the sun with ceiling fans throughout the condo.
The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to have a meal in, and if you don't want to enjoy your meal on your private lanai, you can sit indoors at the table for 4 (counter seating also available). The living area offers open concept living, nice lighting, a Queen size sleeper sofa, and a large flat screen TV equipped with cable. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout.
The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed where you are sure to sleep and dream well. You'll like the bathroom with its tile and glass surrounded walk-in shower and luxurious waterfall style shower head. This property also has laundry machines for guest use.
We set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
