An elevator is available for easy access. The kitchen is remodeled and features custom cabinets and granite countertops. In the living room, you will find counter seating, a dining area for four, and a sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy a flat-screen TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. Stay cool with central A/C, ceiling fans, and ocean breezes on windy days.
In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of closet space. Sleep well with central A/C! The updated bathroom features a walk-in shower. Direct oceanfront with views of Ma’alaea Bay, with Molokini, Lanai, and Kahoolawe in the distance. Sugar Beach, just steps in front of the condo, offers miles of sandy beach, and is perfect for long sunset walks or swimming with our many sea turtles that call this beach home! This rental unit was in the perfect location it was close to everything we wanted to do it's right on the ocean awesome view of sunsets from the balcony the unit was very clean and had everything we needed we would definitely stay there again.

Nice, very clean condo. Beautiful beach front location, but lacks the amazing sunsets that you get further north island. A farmer's market vendor and an ABC store across the street, which was nice. Cool to have a Canoe club next door to see their activities every morning. All in all, nice place to stay for a couple of days in Kihei

If ur looking for relaxation this place is for you, it's quiet. Not a lot of people around here, with the grassy areas and plenty of lounge chairs for you. The pool area also very nice, not crowded at all with just a few people. Th beach is just feet away and the eating places are just down the road. My second time and it didn't disappoint us, be back again soon.

Wow, what a VIEW every unit in this complex has!!! It’s centrally located making it convenient getting around the island, allowing more time to enjoy this smaller, well maintained resort/pool or walk the beach for miles. Our unit #508 was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and if by chance something goes wrong, such as the screen door sticking, only one phone call was needed, sending “technician Eric” who immediately fixed it while being a pleasure to speak with. Everyone around us in this Hidden Gem Resort has the Aloha spirit. After many years of visiting the Hawaiian islands Kihei Beach Resort has now become our favorite place in Hawaiian. Mahalo

Aloha! We loved our stay at Kihei Beach 508. The room was on the fifth floor. We had a great view over the ocean and could enjoy sunsets to the right. The flat was very clean, we got nice towels and even beach towels, and all kind of things to be at the island beaches (chairs, cooking bag, snorkling equipment etc.). We also got a sweet welcome present - Mahalo. We loved to be so close to the beach where you could walk 3-4 miles barfood on the soft sand, visit the Wildlife Refuge..., watching people paddling or swimming, or fishing... You can from the Kihei Beach drive to all the different tourist attractions on Maui. This time we did the Hana Road Trip - everyone should do it, to see the beauty of that island - rainforrest, waterfalls, bays and beach es, lava desert, goats... So much to see! Mahalo!

Perfect location to all points of the island. Parking was easy. Store is across the street Location is quiet, beautiful view, beautiful sunsets. Condo had everything we could need. Even had a cooler for trips out. Everything works well. Was clean on our arrival and they left us a welcome package (try the Hawaiian hulapeno chips that was in there. Wish we could buy them here in Arizona) We had a wonderful vacation and I would definitely recommend this condo and certainly stay there again if available

Kihei beach is a great location to stay on Maui if you want a more affordable local feel to a vacation. This condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities described. I would 100% stay here again. The unit is very comfortable and we felt at home. The patio/lanai is aa perfect place to enjoy the beautiful mornings and amazing sunsets. Strolling on the quiet beach was peaceful with coffee made in the condo or bought across the street (there is an ABC store, bakery, and farmer’s market directly across the street that is very convenient). Restaurants are only minutes away in Kihei/Wailea, and 30 minutes into Lahaina. Its only 15 minutes from the airport. The check-in/out process was seamless and the communication was prompt and helpful. The garbage disposal made a weird sound but we didn’t feel it was necessary for it to be addressed during our stay. We did report it upon check-out, though, and they responded that the issue would be fixed along with a burned out lightbulb.

Wonderful Spot!

This was our first visit to Maui and we can’t wait to come back. We loved this location because it was quiet, pretty central, and the bay was calm. We went paddle boarding and snorkeling right outside our door every morning. The condo itself was surprisingly spacious. Any issues were handled quickly (the TV wasn’t working right away and some old ladies got crabby with us about paddle board storage but, like I said, the staff was so great and solved the problems right away). It’s a great location to be with kids because of the calm water. All of the other beaches we visited had much bigger wave action and would be difficult with small children. We hope to return with our kids someday!

The location was perfect for almost anything you wanted to do. We enjoyed that the beach was just a few steps away and so was the pool, we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony every morning and cocktails in the evening. Unit was as described clean and with everything you wanted. I would bring some seasoning and spices along with you, otherwise the place was great. We had a wonderful stay here with no issues at all.

We stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. The view of the beach and ocean was so pretty--it was close enough that I could feel like I was living in the ocean but far enough that I could see the beach. It was nice to just hang out on the balcony and hear the waves and smell the ocean air. The Airbnb is fully equipped with supplies (beach chairs, beach towels, full kitchen, brita filter, laundry detergent) and clean. The location was great! It was close to major streets/highways so it was easy to go to West Maui (Kaanapali, Lahaina), Kahului, and Kihei/Wailea. It's also across the street from an ABC, a bakery (Sugar Beach Bake Shop), and shaved ice. The ocean view and stay was one of my favorite parts of my vacation in Maui.

A Five Star Condo Managed By A Five Star Company!!

Both the condo and our interactions with My Perfect Stays (management company) were great. The condo was spacious, comfortable with million dollar views from the balcony. Definitely well worth the money. Directly across the street was a small but nice farmer's market, a moderate-sized shop (for sundries and souvenirs) and a delicious bakery. When I asked if we could have a shower chair for my elderly mother, they responded immediately and made sure it was in the unit upon our arrival. As well, a last minute change (due to the pool being out of commission at a previously reserved place) was remedied quickly. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, all the more special as the trip was for my mother's 79th birthday--her very first time in Hawaii, and something she'd always wanted to do but could never afford. Highly recommended!

Perfect size for couple

Great location and size for my husband and I to use. The condo complex was well cared for and the condo itself seemed to be cleaned well. It could use some updating and TLC. The carpet was stained in multiple places and the bathroom door didn't close. The seam in the granite counter needs to be resealed to keep out bacteria and germs. The furniture is dated, but served its purpose the limited time we used it. Not sure I would want anyone sleeping on that sofa bed, seemed a bit sketchy to me... The lanai was perfect for whale watching while waiting for the sun to set. The location was perfectly situated to enjoy the island. We would stay here again. The property management company seemed to badger us about towels and linens. Maybe it is a problem, but mention it once and be done. I don't need emails, texts and notes in the condo telling me they will fine me if I don't take care of them.

Great ocean views, and very peaceful. If you’re staying in Kihei this spot is very confirmed and the ocean is great. There is a coffee shop across the street as well as a shave ice place. Restaurants are a 10 min drive away. We would stay here again

This condo was absolutely perfect! It’s very roomy and is such a good space! The beach view from the condo was beautiful and the beach was pristine and perfect! There is a precious farmers market across the street and is very close to the airport. The location is wonderful and is a close distance to anywhere on the island. We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. It included beach supplies which was great! While we were there(late May) the beach out front was maybe not the best the island has for swimming but getting to all the good ones in Kihei, Wailea, or even over to Lahaina is very quick. We lucked out and got great deals on our trip to Maui after surviving a year of the coronavirus craziness. We picked this place based solely off the view because we wanted something where we could hear the ocean. Well we were quite literally on the ocean with breathtaking views of sunset and tucked away in a quiet town where we could truly relax. There were plumbing issues day 1 but they were fixed promptly and no issues since. They were flexible and let us stay an extra hour when one of our tours had to be rescheduled due to weather. All the little extras for laundry, dishes, and cooking were great. We highly recommend this place for a couple or even with small kids as the beach is shallow and there is a small pool. Thank you!!!!

This place was wonderful, very peaceful and very quiet! Perfect! Our view and beaches were breath taking♡ The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. The linens were very nuce and loved having central air instead if window unit. The whole condo complex was well manicured and very clean. We would love to come back in the future! Desk help, Kim, very helpful as well and kind!

El lugar queda en un lugar súper céntrico, todo queda cerca a 10-15 minutos. Hay un Target a 10 minutos. El lugar cuenta con todo y más de lo necesaria. Cocina súper equipada y con ingredientes básicos como aceite, sal, pimienta. Hay jabón para lavar la ropa. Tenía una hielera lo cual nos sirvió para ir a la playa, sillas de playa, hasta para jugar en la arena. La verdad que súper bueno y se los recomiendo a todos. Si regreso me quedaría allí de nuevo.

This was our first trip to Maui, and I wanted to be AT the ocean, not just have an ocean "view." This condo is perfect for that...the ocean is literally just outside! We have an expansive view up and down the coast, and have lovely sunsets. The condo is at the north end of Kihei, so it's quiet, and we have quick access to the highway to get to other towns. The beach is great for walking and not crowded, and the farmer's market across the street has some great goodies. The bed is comfortable, the linens are high-quality...all-in-all it's a great place to stay.

This place was amazing. Well appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The condo immaculate. The ocean front view was breathtaking. Kihei is centrally located and no more than a 30 minute drive to most places on the island. The staff at My Perfect Stays should be commended. The hospitality they provided was Second To None. I would like to mention Jude in particular for going above and beyond. Thanks for making my family's vacation to Maui a dream come true.
