Kihei Alii Kai B306 Description

This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui's beauty. You will find yourself just steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beaches I, II and III, famous for their white sand & crystal-clear water, making it easy to take an early morning swim in the ocean, beach combing, sunbathing, snorkeling, boogie boarding or other beach activities. It's also a short drive to numerous golf courses including Wailea and Makena.

Kihei Ali’i Kai B306 is a one bedroom, one bathroom, 3rd floor corner condo with ocean views. Elevators will take you to the third floor, but please be advised that there are steps required to access the unit. In the spacious living room, you will find counter seating at the large kitchen island for four and a Queen sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy dining on your private oversized lanai that seats 6 and boasts tropical and ocean views. Amenities in the condo include a flat screen smart TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, A/C in the living room and bedroom, ceiling fans and a convenient washer and dryer in the unit.

In the beautifully decorated master bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed and plenty of storage space and natural light. The bathroom is located right off the bedroom, and it is a very spacious walk-in shower.

Kihei Ali´i Kai resort offers a beautiful large pool, hot-tub, dry sauna and full-sized gas grills.

Amazing Kihei condo in a perfect location!

We spent a week here for our baby moon, and couldn't have been happier! The unit has amazing views of sunsets over the water, and even the sunrise over the volcano. We loved the big updated kitchen and how well the air conditioning units and fans worked. We especially liked using the beach chairs and umbrella to explore the many beaches on Maui, but the convenience of the beach right outside the condo was our favorite part! I saw countless sea turtles snorkeling near the rocks on the southern end of this beach too. Perfect location with lots of things walking distance for everything we needed! Would give more than five stars if we could!

Our family had a truly amazing time in Maui. Staying at this Kihei Alii Kai condo only added to our wonderful experience. The condo is spacious and beautifully furnished. We spotted humpback whales right from the lanai, which has views of the mountains as well as ocean. Some evenings, we dipped into the pool and jacuzzi - so relaxing. Moreover the condo was just a few minutes walk from the beach. I would come back to stay here in a heartbeat!

Perfect Condo

This one bedroom condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Having a fully stocked kitchen allowed us to buy groceries and make a lot of our meals in the condo. It has plenty of towels (both bath and beach) and a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The deck was perfect for hanging out on and there were 4 beach chairs and one set of snorkeling gear for the beach. The most wonderful beach was only 1 block away; it was never crowded and had the perfect sized waves. At sunset, we walked down there for an equisite view. The management company was so responsive to our needs and requests. Before we got there, they offered to book our excursions and take care of all of the arrangements. In the days leading up to our trip, we got multiple emails with directions and last minute details. We ran out of something while we were there and they dropped off more within an hour. 5 stars for them and the condo!

Not only was this condo perfection, the location was just right! If I didn’t have a friend from Maui to show me outside of South Kihei, I would’ve never left the area! All the restaurants and shops are right there! Maui Fish’n Chips is so delicious! Highly recommend the Ono! And the beach is literally across the street. The hosts checked in to make sure I was okay and I really appreciated that! I’ve already recommended this place to a friend, and when I come back, hopefully next year, I’m booking this space again for sure! Thank you so much, Perfect Stay’s Team!

Great location!

Very quiet, steps from the beach and a great bakery and coffee shop. This unit has been nicely updated and has a lovely view of the setting sun. The management team was very responsive to any issues we had...which were very minor. The only downside would be the challenge of parking near the unit and managing through the labyrinth of stairs and passageways.

When visiting Maui, this is the ideal spot to stay. The unit is gorgeous, equipped with everything you need, and immaculate. Location-wise, it's ideal. The beach is a short two-minute stroll away. There are numerous small shops, convenience stores, and a wide variety of nearby dining options. The pool was a favorite pastime for my son and a great activity for the day. This unit comes highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay at Kihei Ali'i Kai B306. This beautifully decorated condo had everything we could possibly need. It even had filtered water and ice in the refrigerator door. If you enjoy bird watching, there are many wonderful species to be seen as you have breakfast while sitting on the beautiful lanai. Management responded promptly to my questions. From a great location to perfect comfort, we will definitely be back. We look forward to many more stays in this amazing condo.

Very nice Condo for a short stay or longer

Condo complex is well maintained and clean. The maze to your condo can be a little confusing at first. Each room being independently owned and maintained means you could get a lot of different experiences but our condo was updated and clean. Close proximity to lots of food options and the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Fabulous Vacation

This condo was in a fantastic location, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and across the street from the beach. The condo was very nicely equipped and beautifully furnished, our family had a very nice long weekend in Maui. The check in/check out process was very simple, great communication from the property manager. The pool and hot tub were a nice size and everyone was very friendly. This is a great value and location on the south side. One consideration for future renters: the building has many levels that are connected by short stairs. There is an elevator, but this unit required walking up 3 short staircases, so it's not stroller friendly.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and has a really great location. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, boogie boards, and cooler that were available for the beach. This condo is lovely and in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, though the complex feels quiet and secluded. It is also only a short walk to a beautiful beach. we really loved our stay here. Lots of 'Pros': newly remodeled!!, close to beach and basic shopping and food, very clean condo and complex in gen'l, nice pool/hot tub, comfortable bed and linens. Nice territorial view and small view of the ocean. Great cancellation policy that I really really appreciate. Much more generous than other AIRBNB's Only Con I can think of is that there is almost constant mildly annoying hiss sound coming from one of the businesses near by. Maybe a compressor for a refrig unit or something. Most of the time we could be on deck and just ignore it.

We had a Fabulous stay!

We had a fabulous stay! Unit was very clean, and exactly as advertised. The bed was super comfy with soft sheets and lots of pillows. Kitchen had everything you’d need for cooking in, and unit is very near to many restaurant options. Best part: the big lanai for sunrise coffee and evening stargazing, and only a few steps to the beach! We will definitely stay again!! Also of note- we arrived to Maui during a blackout (VERY rare- entire town of Kihei was temporarily down- NOT the units fault in anyway)- My Perfect Stays management and the unit owner were easily reached and helpful by providing updates from Maui Electric to ensure we had all available info. Power was back on by morning and the unit was even stocked with a flashlight and candles- we made it work! In the closet we found beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel set- made for some great beach days! The only downsides would be for mobility impaired guests as even when using the elevator a few small flights of stairs are required to reach unit- and the building is a bit of a labyrinth- so I recommend you locate the unit for ease of navigation before taking luggage up. You can hear chickens and roosters in the morning- I absolutely loved it, but if you want to sleep in a pair of earplugs may be a good idea. Chickens are everywhere in Maui so this recommendation stands for any accommodation! Writing this review makes me want to plan my next trip! 10/10 recommend you stay here!

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Pros: -great location (walking distance to the beach and restaurants) - free parking (self check-in) - owner provided chairs and umbrella - full amenities Cons: - it’s like a maze in the complex with stairs everywhere (there is an elevator) - the unit is a little outdated

Everything about this place was fabulous. It is one block from a gorgeous beach and great selection of restaurants to walk to. The condo is spacious and spotless. We easily fit 5 comfortably. Views from the lanai were tropical with a nice breeze. The owners made sure there were plenty of linens and towels.They even left us a gift as a keepsake. Pool and hottub were a nice surprise too. We are already booking another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend this condo.

This place was a perfect beachside stay! 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach where you can see and swim with sea turtles. We probably saw about 6 sea turtles over two days. It is close to all kinds of good restaurants, souvenir shops, and gelato. It was also super easy to get to from the airport in Kahului. The only thing is the condo complex itself can feel like a bit of maze, but definitely a 5 star stay. I would recommend!

Condo was perfect had all necessities met, location was perfect for all island travel, sunset across from dolphin plaza is epic - great pool area and jacuzzi with sauna and showers for after beach days ! Even a car spray hose for my rental! Really beautiful and quiet condo location! For the active days it was beautiful to come back from a long adventurous day to the quiet lanai as well as cook breakfast and enjoy coffee out there in the morning - great air flow with the fans and leaving front screen door and back slider open for breeze way ! My partner and I spent 1 month at this property and absolutely loved it. The location is a perfect walk to the beach & plenty of food within walking distance. We also enjoyed the provided beach chairs & boogie boards (a nice touch). This place really felt like home for our extended stay!

Perfect Spot!

The space is located very conveniently and fit our needs well. We visited Kam I/II most days. The lanai was one of our favorite parts and a perfect spot to read or work in the morning. The beach items that were provided (coolers, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella) were dated and worn but served our purpose. We were gifted two new boogie boards and an umbrella from a couple we met on the beach at the end of their vacation so we left those for the condo. Hopefully others get to enjoy those.

Location was wonderful. Very easy walk to the beach. Nice view on lanai, little out dated but not a problem. Definitely would come back again! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. Probably not a good place for handicap with the maze of stairs.

I had originally booked a unit in Maalaea, and about three weeks prior to our trip, My Perfect Stays called to go over other options as the original unit book unfortunately had sever water damage. Not only did they assist with setting up a different unit, they suggested a great COVID-19 test provider, Vault Health. With COVID, details were limited as to when we could get our results back with other test providers. We took the chance and went with Vault, had our results back in 24 hours and we're on our way to enjoy a wonderful week on Maui! Couldn't have done this without the assistance of the customer service staff at My Perfect Stays.
