Sleeping Arrangements: The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with mountain views. The living room offers a queen sofa bed that opens to the lanai with sunset views.
Condo Features: The unit includes a private lanai with panoramic ocean and sunset views, split air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The condo is located in a hotel-zoned legal vacation rental complex. When booking this condo with our management company, we collect the $25 Resort Fee and pay it to the resort on your behalf (additional vehicles are subject to another $5 per day).

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
