The open-concept living space flows seamlessly to the lanai, allowing the views to remain the focal point throughout your stay. The unit includes split air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, walk-in showers, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Located just steps from Kamaole Beach Park II, the condo offers direct and convenient access to one of South Maui’s most popular beaches, known for swimming, snorkeling, and sunset views. Shops, dining, and beach activities are all within easy walking distance, making this an ideal home base for exploring Kihei and nearby Wailea.

Sleeping Arrangements: The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with beautiful garden views. The living room offers a queen sofa bed with access to the lanai and sunset views.

Resort Amenities: Guests can enjoy two swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, and lush tropical grounds. The building offers elevator access and free parking. When booking this condo with our management company, we collect the $25 Guest Registration Fee ($35 after November 1, 2025) and pay it to the resort on your behalf (additional vehicles are subject to another $5 per day).

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
