Unit B102 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV (with cable), and an en suite bathroom with private walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and bunk beds (2 twin-size beds). The guest bathroom is equipped with another shower and single-sink vanity. In the living room you will find a couch that converts to a queen-size sofa bed and a dining table set for 6 guests (extra table leaf available at condo). Take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy meals at home. Enjoy garden views and the scent of plumerias from your private lanai with table seating for four.
Throughout 2024, the owners have thoughtfully upgraded this condo with updated furniture linens, and bedding. The condo amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer. There is a flat screen TV with cable located both in the living room and master bedroom.
*Kihei Akahi has a $35 Guest Registration Fee that will be charged at booking. An additional vehicle will cost $5 per day.
The resort boasts 2 pools, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Resort quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am; greenbelt areas are available for family use, though playing with toys like balls is recommended at the nearby beach park. Pool toys are allowed for assisted swimming. The property is also conveniently located near numerous restaurants, shops, golf courses, and other top beaches, such as Wailea and Makena Beach.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The condo checked all our boxes. The condo was clean and well equipped with lots of towels, kitchen tools and appliances, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. We appreciated the Heat Pump/AC units and ceiling fans in each room, so we could control each climate as needed. All the beach chairs and equipment were great. Perfect Stays were quick to respond and polite, when we had a question about a late checkout. The proximity to the beach was nice. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of hangers in all the closets, and space to organize our things out of our suitcase. Everything in the condo was clearly labeled and binder with instructions was nice. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

We have stayed at this condo multiple times, and it continues to provide the basis for a fantastic vacation experience. Located across the road from one of the best beaches in all of Maui, the pools, grills, and grounds of the complex are kept in great condition. This first-floor condo has received new, quality furniture since our last stay, and, as always, the kitchen is fully equipped to easily prepare and serve full meals (the knives are sharp and it even has garlic & lime presses and ice-cream scoop!). For the Beach it has 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 Boogie Boards, 2 Beach blankets, a cooler, a buggy, and assorted sand-toys. We’ll be back!

Condo was well stocked with items for beach and stay in condo. Deck does not get sun in morning or afternoon if that is an important component to picking a place. Close walk to pool, tennis courts. Great location for walking to beach which is great for all ages. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and loved they had enough pillows! Pull out couch was also comfortable. We would stay here again.

My perfect stay’s Kihei akahi condo was the perfect accommodation for my family with 3 young children, my husband and myself, and my mother. We were there to celebrate her 65th birthday and retirement and it was the perfect location, close to several family friendly beaches in Kihei and Wailea area. The accommodation itself was clean, wifi worked great, very well stocked with all kitchen and beach necessities - including a wagon for the beach! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Maui. Thank you for having us!

Plenty Of Room and Privacy

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the location and the quiet, smooth and easy access to the room. We had 6 adults and planned on using all the beds including the bunk bed. There was plenty of room and the condo provided us with privacy because the bathrooms are located outside of the master and additional rooms making it easy for everyone to have separate access to the vanity and sink while the shower and toilet were occupied. Maybe this is not a big deal to some but with 5 women it was perfect. I only gave it four stars for cleanliness because I felt like it could have used a good scrubbing on baseboards and in tight areas...that's just something Im picky about. The other minor thing was that the bunk beds would probably be great for young people with healthy hips and back but the mattresses are very firm and we ended up trading each other nights on them because as adults it was uncomfortable. Not a deal breaker at all, just maybe don't plan on using the bunkbeds (even as roomy as they were) for adults. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and feel that the property was a huge WIN!

Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay in Maui. We had an excellent time and were very happy with the location and condo we rented. The access to beach, restaurants, shopping and treats is excellent. We felt like we had plenty of room and check in/check out was very easy. The place has beach gear which we were happy to use and grateful to have. The beds were for the most part great but I recommend not using the bunk beds for adults as the mattresses were a little too firm. A kid would probably do just fine. Parking was convenient and we even used the extra visitor parking for a separate rental car and it was only $5 a night which is great. I would surely stay here again.

A great choice for a stay in Kihei. The condo was very clean on arrival, had plenty of towels including beach towels and the kitchen is well equipped for making your own meals. The BBQs in the pool areas are very clean and well maintained. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable. Having the ground floor apartment felt like we had more space too.. the beach is right across the road and the condo has a beach trolley and plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards too.

We love our 7-night stay there. This unit can accommodate our big family of 8 and located in a great place. 1-minute walk to the pool and 5 mins to a beautiful beach. It’s also super close to shops and restaurants and we can easily walk any where. The host is so kind in offering a variety of beach amenities (umbrella, slides, wagon…) so we have it all and save us from renting. There is some warm days (maybe for us coming from Oregon) and the AC came to a rescue. The only issue we had is the noise from the AC when turned on. Every 2-3 minutes it has a pump sound like when you run a washer), it’s a challenge especially at night as we have an infant.

An almost perfect stay

This condo had everything our group of 8 needed. The kids enjoyed sleeping in bunk beds and used the boogie boards and sand toys provided daily. The adults loved the ground floor lanai where we spent every morning with our coffee. Unfortunately, I would not book this condo again. It seemed like many of the residents lived at the complex and they were not friendly. The kids couldn’t jump, splash or make noise in the pool. Quiet time is 10pm but we got 2 noise complaints, one at 630pm and another one a different day at 730pm when we were watching a movie with the kids. If you are travelling with kids, I would consider a more family friendly complex.

This condo was great for our group of 7 people. The location of the condo is one of the best parts as it is a short 5 min walk to the beach and many stores. The unit had an abundance of beach towels and also included various beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and boogie boards among other things). The second bedroom is a little smaller than expected and would be tight for 4 adults, but is well suited for children and young teens. MPS hosts this Airbnb and they were very communicative and responded quickly whenever I reached out. Overall great experience!

The location was perfect for us, and the layout worked for our group perfectly. Upon check-in I was asked to disclose number of guest and the first and last name of all adults in the party, I was completely fine with this, I was however uncomfortable disclosing the age, first and last name of my young children. This was not on the “house rules” section when booking.

Wow! Definitely an amazing stay here. So close to the beach!!!! We even saw turtles (if you wake up at sunrise). The place itself is spacious and packed with beach gears that everything we needed was there! They were so communicative, sending messages for any help needed. Loved our stay here and love Maui.

The location on this place can’t be beat!! It was right by the beach and all of the amenities for the beach were provided. We had kiddos with us and they had all the toys needed. The place is on the smaller side, but we had enough room for everyone to sleep. The room with the bunk bed is a bit tighter than what we expected, but we made it work. It was a really lovely stay but the place could use a little bit of sprucing here and there to take it to the next level. We would stay there again for the location to the beach alone!

This my perfect stay condo has a great location across the street from Kam II beach, near restaurants and shops, a/c worked really well and was so quiet. Plenty of beds for a group of 4-6, kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of space. First floor lanai is also super convenient. If Kihei is where you want to be this condo is a great option.

Loved this condo! It was close to the beach and they provided everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrella etc…). It was also close to restaurants and shopping. It is a bit old but very comfortable. Would stay again!

Perfect location! The front door is 100 feet from the pool and 300 feet from the ocean water! The area is very walkable with many restaurants and stores within a 2 block radius. The back opens to a beautiful garden that is wonderful for toddlers to run around and explore. All of the beach gear you need is provided, i.e. chairs, umbrellas, cooler, snorkel gear, kids sand toys, & wagon for transportation. The only down sides to this place would be (1) the small second bedroom that is overfilled with a queen bed and single bunk bed. Also, (2) the furnishing is pretty dated and well used.

Very Close to the Beach

The location is good, very close to the beach you walk across the street and you are there. Home has all the beach gear you need with a cart to roll it to the beach. Spacious and plenty of beds to use. We went during Christmas and the only downside was the front neighbors complained about our xmas music on xmas eve and our kids running in the yard and it was well before 10 pm quite hours. Not my perfect stays fault which we understand. Other than that it was perfect would definitely stay here again.

My teenagers took surfing lessons about a mile north of the condo, at Kamala Park. It was really convenient, and the waves there were really great for beginners - long-lasting and gentle. We toured a lot of the island (snorkelled at Olowalu, went scuba diving out of Lahaina, and drove the road to Hana. Kihei worked well as a home base for all of our adventures. The condo was clean and well kept, had beach toys to use, and a nice lanai that we enjoyed in the evenings. The building was quiet. The communication was great, and the attendant at the front desk had great recommendations for which beaches to visit.

The complex is right across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui and is close to several restaurants. The condo was pretty much fully stocked. It would have been nice if there were a few more toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls, and laundry soap. The description of the property included a cooler to use at the beach, which was not located in the property. However, the property was fully equipped with all other beach equipment, which was fantastic. We would return again.

Great location and perfect for a group. Right across the street from the beach and just down the street from a market and plenty of restaurants. We liked the home and its location right across from the beach. The people in the complex office were also friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning, located in the living room, did not reach the bedroom, making for some uncomfortable nights' sleep, as the nighttime outside temperature during our July stay was quite warm.

The location is amazing. Literally across the street from the beech. This unit was on the first floor and my handicap mother could access it. The property was stocked with beach toys, chairs, and more. It also had plenty of dishes, random seasonings, etc. It worked perfectly for us. With that being said, it was a little hodgepodge. The pool/beach towels and tupperware were all different types and mismatched. So were the beach toys. There was cabinet of random food people had left behind. If you don't mind that, then it is a great unit.

The place had everything we needed, A/C was the best, location and pool were great. COVID pricing was only negative but every other place available online is over charging due to circumstances. Would stay there again. Owner and management left us alone. Our family had another unit in the same complex that wasn’t as nice for a 1/3 the price but owners were a contacting them too much and gave them numerous rules to follow.

Location was perfect. Beach is right across the street and there were several restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Beach was even frequented by sea turtles which my 3 year old loved. Unit was more then enough for five adults and two kids. Liked that the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and everything you need to easily cook meals.

This condo is perfectly located right in the middle of Kihei. Condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed. The management company My Perfect Stay was available when we needed them and took care of all of our questions quickly and efficiently. I was a little concerned about a lot of reviewers complaining about an overbearing Superintendent... we have 3 loud kids and we didn’t have any issues. The condo is right across the street from kihei beach. You are on the ground floor so your kids have access to the beautiful green belt in the middle of the complex.

Our condo was perfectly situated for beach access and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The condo had all the amenities we needed including boogie boards, sand toys and umbrellas! The only down side was that we were told our 3 children were making too much noise. It was a bit stressful trying to tell the kids they had to be quite so if you have kids you might want to chose a different location. Other than that, this location was very nice.

A very convenient and comfortable stay for 4 Maui-experienced adults and one 2 year old looking for a relaxing stay in the lower-key Kihei area. The kitchen was well equipped (eg. new/powerful Samsung range, pans, pots, cooking tools) for plenty of home cooking; we had a lot to work through from our initial Costco run and the Safeway nearby. Also very nice touches like plenty of nice towels, comfortable beds, new washer/dryer, and beach equipment all made for a pleasant stay. The best part is that you’re directly across the street from Kamaole beach #2, which is nice and offers decent snorkeling on the north side and great views of the sunset. Definitely recommended, especially if you want to have a more local, quiet trip.

We loved our stay in this unit! The management company provided fantastic customer service 😊 They were friendly and promptly replied to all our questions and needs both before and during the trip. The location was ideal as it is directly across the street from a great family friendly beach. It is also within walking distance of everything we needed (including cinnamon buns! Yumm!). The unit is in an older complex but it is was tidy and well maintained. There were maintenance and grounds people around regularly. We lost water for a couple of hours but the management company was quick to contact the complex and the water was back on when they said it would be. The walk out lanai was great for drying off and de-sanding after the beach and the kids loved to play in the grassy area with other vacationing kids. I’m not sure how the other owners felt about them playing in there, but, as long we didn’t have balls/projectile toys and kept to quiet hours (10pm-8am) nobody complained. The pool (we only used one of the two in the complex) was a much appreciated activity in the afternoons. Be aware that these pools are no jumping/splashing areas so keep your kids well supervised. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with complimentary dishsoap, dishwasher and washing machine soap. The appliances were newer and the knives were even sharp! It was definitely a tight fit with our party of 8 (2 seniors, 3 adults and 3 kids ages 3, 7, 9) but they provided drawers in both rooms, luggage racks, lots of hooks and there was closet space in the master bedroom. The cherry on top was the beach toys! There were sand toys, beach bags, 3 boogies boards, 3 beach chairs, 2 mats, 2 beach umbrellas etc. There was also a drawer full of games. We would definitely recommend this unit!

This condo accommodated our family of 8 nicely for two weeks. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped and had lots of extras for the beach that we loved! Location was excellent especially for families dealing with kids of different ages close walk to restaurants, shops and beach allowed for our teens to be independent. Great space/layout. Had everything we needed. Right up from the beach(s). Loads of extras (beach stuff). Close proximity of great food. A/C was awesome when needed. Just didn’t cool the rooms down as much as we maybe wanted for the kids. Aside from the semi grumpy grounds keeper and the fact that you really can’t do anything in the pool besides a quietly float. (Don’t rent this place for pool use; quiet suntanning on a pool side chair maybe). I do fully recomend this place. Hawaii is expensive all around. Your renting time in a remote paradise. You’ll get it here. Kihei was awesome!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei. We loved the ground level location as we had two toddlers travelling with us. The condo is situated across the street from Kam II beach (my favourite in Kihei) and within walking distance of many other beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. We had 4 adults and two children and the condo fit us nicely. The condo was stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, sand toys, etc....everything you need for the beach. We will be back! Highly recommend!

This place was wonderful! it was very clean, comfortable and well stocked, the boogie boards and beach chairs were an awesome touch! There’s a whole drawer full of card and board games. We had 4 adults and 4 children ages between 1-9 And we all fit very comfortably. Our only complaint was the grounds keeper was not very friendly and definitely doesn’t like kids. He yelled at our kids a few times for just running and laughing on the grass in the community shared yard. Fortunately we spent most of our days out and about exploring the island so that wasn’t a big issue. Besides that everything else was perfect and we would absolutely stay again!

Great Condo with a ton of beach activity stuff! Everything you could possibly need to enjoy days at the beach! Note the front courtyard is for looks only and if traveling with small children be prepared to keep there voices down as much as you can.....the general manager is your next door neighbor be warned he is not friendly and does not like children.........

We had such a wonderful time. We were right across the street from the beach, such a beautiful way to start each morning and end each day. The back patio was a pleasant way to enjoy our meals, the trees were filled with beautiful flowers and a chorus of birds. Coffee in the morning was always so fantastic with surrounding like this. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was such a great place to stay in Maui. A short walk to a great beach. We saw lots of turtles. Walk to stores. AC was great and lots of fans. Kitchen great for cooking most of our meals. Pool a plus for our grandkids.

Excellent location; great unit for a family vacation

Our family of 5 has spent two weeks here and we very much enjoyed the unit. The property management company was very attentive before and during the trip. The unit itself was very comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic and very well appointed. We took full advantage of the beaches and restaurants in the area. I appreciated that we had a dedicated parking spot at the condo; it made things easy as we rented a car to tour the island.

Great location next to Kamaole beaches

Great location next to Kamaole beaches where we saw sea turtles everyday! Food is easily walkable and there are great options to dine in or take out. We spent little time in the condo but the condo was stocked with water activities and plenty of clean linen.

We had a great time staying here. Very close to beach, nice grounds. Condo accommodated all 6 of us nicely! Would definitely like to go back.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. It was central to many restaurants, shopping and across the street from the beach. People around the area were super friendly. Our children loved the pools.

This was a great place that had some extras that I wasn't expecting like the snorkel gear, boogie boards, and other beach gear that I didn't need to rent or buy while I was there. The place is nice and quite and has beautiful plant life all around. I definitely recommend a stay here!

This was a great location, just 2 blocks from the beach. Really great that they provided enough snorkel gear and beach towels for our whole group of 5. We had a great time staying here.
