We've been to Kapalua a number of times and it's always wonderful. This time was no different! The condo was clean, spacious and had an amazing ocean view. A couple of minor issues were quickly dealt with so we were very comfortable during our stay. Definitely recommend the unit!

We’ve stayed at this golf villa several times. It remains our favorite and well maintained. Not having access to Lahaina is sad but Whalers Village and local restaurants and businesses are reopening. Great condo for two people. Sleeps four but pull out sofa bed is not comfortable. Not on ground floor so expect several steps to climb and descend. Great view. Covered lanai.

We had a great trip to Maui. Overall, the place was really nice. The location was great, the views were awesome, and we had lots of birds come visit us on the balcony! The furniture was different then in the picture as there is not a sectional sofa. That said, the leather sofa was fine and comfortable. MyperfectStay was responsible and got back to us when we had some comments and needs and we appreciated how they handled everything...super professional and they checked in on us via email to ensure we were good. The place could use a few appliance upgrades like the vacuum is from 1950 and the pantry does not have some of the other normal appliances like rice cooker etc but again, we would definitely stay in this unit again as it was cosy, safe, and was amazing to see whales from our balcony terrace. not sure it gets much better!! Thanks again!

This condo was perfect for my girlfriend and my needs, and the communication throughout the entire experience was just right. The condo had all the amenities needed, in addition to beach supplies (snorkels, chairs, etc). This was our first time in Maui and based on traveling around to other towns on the island, Kapalua was the perfect destination to call home for our week+ long trip. Thanks for the great experience – we look forward to visiting on our next trip.

My family and I had a very nice stay in this condo. The view is amazing, those huge windows which all had nice shades on them. Kitchen is an amazing space, we both like cooking. The pull out couch is quite spacious and very comfortable. I personally found it slightly more comfy than the bed even! Kitchen has pretty nice pots and pans, utensils etc. My only comment where improvement could be made and its very minor is would be more towels, in the kitchen and for the pool or beach would be nice and more convenient. Plenty in the bathrooms, newer and nice quality. It was just hard coming from the beach and going to the pool with wet towels. Four were provided and we were a family of four. Condo is excellent and being close to the store was very nice!

The condo has a perfect view, is within a 20 minute walk to multiple beaches and is right on the Bay golf course. It was very quiet, the complex and pools were immaculate and the condo was clean and comfortable. The property manager were great to work with and checked to make sure if there was anything we may need. They also responded promptly to a question we had. We would stay here again when we return to Kapalua.

The condo is beautiful and quietly situated on a golf course. The closest pool on the property was empty nearly every day and there were no loud families as you’d typically expect with a resort community stay, which my husband and I greatly appreciated. Very close to old town Lahaina with a 15 minute drive which was great for dining and shopping. Overall with our travels across the island, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in at the villas again. You won’t find a quieter or more serene area!

Beautiful location. Lovely condo that was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The views we amazing. We were close to the Ritz Carlton, where our daughter and family were staying. Meticulously clean. Wonderful views facing the water. Four tommy bahama beach chairs, multiple beach umbrellas on site. Very close to store (2 minutes). Great location. Everything works. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Note - you are on a golf course. Views wonderful. Remember that golf courses do alot of maintenance from 3a to 7a. Just need to shut thelanai doors - no noise.

This unit is at the end of a quite condo complex and is super quiet with really nice views of the golf course, ocean and Molokai. We saw lots of whales in the distance from the lanai in mid January. The unit was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay in Kapalua, but first time in the Golf Villas. This unit is a quiet end unit with a view of the ocean and Molokai- very pretty in the morning. It had eating area outside as well as chaise loungers. The interior has been remodeled and was nicely done. The kitchen has the basics for a rental but probably not enough for serious cooks. There is a nearby pool, but it’s not adults only, but is nicely shaded in the afternoon. This unit is walkable to the Holonua store for anything you might need including good hot food. I wouldn’t say the beaches are walkable unless you want to tackle a big uphill home. We parked at the two closest beaches and then we’re able to walk between all the others. If you enjoy walking this is a nice area to stay in. I,personally will always stay in Kapalua when traveling to Maui.

My wife and I were in Maui for 6 nights recently and stayed at the golf villas in 27V3. It is a wonderful location and the views can't be beat. We ended up spending more time in the unit than planned due to the crazy weather we encountered, but what a unit it is. So well taken care of and incredible personal touches - we love the artwork! WE have traveled and stayed in many units throughout the US, but this was one of the best, and we will certainly return! Thanks!

The condo was as pictured and had all the beach toys one could need. The area provided nice walking paths and made getting to the beach easy. The condo was clean and had everything needed. We hadn’t stayed in Kapalua before but would recommend it to anyone that wanted to be away from the hustle of the larger resorts but still close to everything you want to do/see in West Maui.

From snorkelling with turtles in Kapalua Bay to hiking in Haleakala to sailing to Lanai with Trilogy Excursions we had a blast, and always had our gorgeous Kapalua Golf Villa to return to! The view and amenities are amazing, they even put a mini blender in for personal size yummy smoothies! We'll be back for sure!

No complaints! Updated and modern with all of the amenities. Beautiful views. The kids had a blast running around on the golf course outside after hours. Really comfortable bed. Great AC. Great washer/ dryer and detergent was provided. Literally our every need was accommodated…down to Tupperware containers, a great cooler for the beach, and a laundry hamper! All of those little things matter! Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay!!! The views from the lanai are spectacular. We loved the location. We have stayed at the Ritz Carlton, Kapalua Ridge and Kapalua Bay Villa's in previous visits to Maui. This was our first at the Golf Villa's and hands down this particular unit was our favorite view. We also love the location of this unit. It is the last group of units adjacent to and just below Pineapple Hill (an exclusive gated community). It is also a top unit (one flight of outdoor stairs) which is desirable. It was also a quiet unit. As for the space: This unit is ideal for a couple. Our teenage son slept in the pull-out sofa which was just fine. It would also be adequate for a family of four with two young children. The two full bathrooms are renovated and nice as the photos suggest. The kitchen is also renovated as the photos suggest. We will miss our morning walks through the Cook Pines and in front of the Montage and adjacent to the Ritz Carlton. We will also greatly miss our breakfast on the lanai and the views of the cook Pines, the ocean and Molakai off in the distance. The perspective (view) is incredible from this unit. We very much look forward to returning and would stay at this property again.

A perfect location

We were very happy with the location (at the end of the development and just below and adjacent to Pineapple Hill - high end luxury homes) and the views were absolutely stunning!! We have stayed at the Bay Villas, the Ridge Villas and the Ritz Carlton and this was our favorite location because of the perspective you get with the views of the ocean, Molokai, the Cook Pines, the golf course, and the beautiful tropical birds and of course having a full kitchen (vs Ritz Carlton). The unit was nice although it is best for a couple. The pull-out sofa was fine for our teenage son and would be adequate for two young children. The bed was comfortable (although I would recommend a few more pillows- especially for the pull out sofa) Both full bathrooms and the kitchen were nice and renovated as stated in the description. It is also desirable being on the top floor of the villas as it was very quiet. The lanai was clean with just lovely views as I stated above. We would stay in this unit again because of the location and the views. The property manager was responsive when we had an issue with some gentlemen smoking cigars outside on the lanai in the bottom unit. It was quickly resolved and we did not smell smoke any other time. We will miss our morning walks through the cook pines and along the water in front of Montage and back up the hill adjacent to Ritz Carlton. Since we have been to Maui several times we stayed in kapalua for all 12 days and did not miss exploring the island. Kapalua has everything one needs. We bought a golf package for $1000 through the golf club which included two rounds of 18 at the Bay course and 1 round at the Plantation course. I would highly recommend. My husband and I just accompanied our son and the views (esp at the Plantation) are some of the best views perhaps in the world. We already miss our morning breakfast and coffee on the lanai. Kapalua is a special place, for sure!

We can’t say enough good things about our experience, the condo had a beautiful view and location was phenomenal. Every detail was well thought out from the welcome basket, to the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler. There is so much to do within a short drive of the condo like snorkeling at the beaches close by. The condo was super clean and the management company was fabulous. We cannot wait to come back.

The island was still very quiet as things are just starting to open up but the sheer beauty of Maui never disappoints! Merriman’s was open for outdoor dining and music! This unit is exactly what it says it is. Just perfect. We are a family of four who were moving from Maui to the mainland and needed a place to stay, this unit was everything I could ever ask for. What a fantastic unit. We have stayed in Kapalua for the past 5 years in 5 different condos and this condo is the best. Bright, everything is brand new, decorated like a personal home not like a rental, excellent view, air conditioning worked perfectly, master bed was very comfortable, washer dryer were new and over all extremely clean. Every time we walked in, We kept commenting on how well designed this unit was - they must have used an interior decorator (we need the name please😀�). Really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, noodles, beach towels made the stay extra comfortable. We will rent this unit again for sure.

We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean, looked liked the pictures, and was well stocked for us to go the beach (soft side cooler with wheels, beach chairs, and even an umbrella!! ) What really impressed me is how incredible the view is and how quiet the property is. It is hard for the pictures to do the views justice! The management company did a good job answering any questions we had. We look forward to re-renting this unit in future years.

This condo was perfect for us! Perfect location that was close to the fun but far enough away for piece and quiet. The condo was very well stocked with plenty of kitchen gadgets and beach supplies. We stayed on three different islands during this trip and this condo was by far our favorite!! One thing- it is pretty far from Hana and Haleakala but still drivable. We did both and had no issues. If you’re indecisive like myself, stop thinking and just book it. You won’t regret it!

We enjoyed this nicely furnished, clean condo overlooking Kapalua Bay golf course. It was centrally located to the highway and nearby eateries and shopped, yet isolated from traffic and noise. The condo is modern and nicely furnished. It is fully stocked with cookware, glasses, and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion is that they supply a second remote for the bedroom tv. We would stay here again.

The unit was exactly as described; clean and well-maintained. The entire process with the property management was painless and Parker with My Perfect Stays followed up with phone calls to make sure everything was satisfactory with the unit. He also provided some useful tips on good restaurants as this was my first trip to Maui. The location is great. Close enough to walk down the street to the beach and far enough from the nearby resorts and the traffic so it is very quiet. Good restaurants nearby as well as a nice store to get food items and drinks for the condo. Would definitely recommend to anybody and am hoping to be back at some point this year.

This is a great place to stay, overlooking a golf course with beautiful Norfolk pines and a view of Napili Bay and the island of Molokai beyond. The home is cozy and clean, with comfortable furniture, a good music system and TV (though you won't want to watch much), 2 full baths and W/D. It is an easy walk down the hill to several beaches, good food (Merrimans is a must) and an easy but nice coastal hike. The condo is a 20 minute drive from Front St. in Lahaina, but far from the maddening din of hotel row. There are 4 pools on the property for that day you just want to stay back and golf and chill out nearby. Great communication with the property management before and after our stay (was no need to contact them during since everything was right on). Highly recommend this property if you're headed to the west side of Maui.

Nice well - maintained property

Any complaints appearing in this review are minor. The property is exactly as presented in the photos. Clean, well- maintained, meaning that everything worked and we needed no assistance or help from the lessors during our stay. The location of the unit within the development is one of the best, as it is down at the end, with little traffic and no noise, but still close to a very nice pool and grilling area, which is also very well- maintained. We were there for two weeks, but it was unusual to encounter anyone other than the numerous but very unobtrusive maintenance people around during the day. This is not a complaint. In order to maintain the obvious high standards of this development in a sub- tropical environment, a lot of work is required. Back to our unit- 27v3 has as part of its good location an excellent view of the Kapalua Bay Golf Course (which we played three times because it was so conveniently close and so enjoyable). The view from the unit also includes a nice ocean panorama (although from a distance, this is not an ocean- front property) which includes the sunset, and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The only bed in the unit is very comfortable. I say only because this unit is strictly for two people who are well- acquainted, so if you are hoping to be able to squeeze in another guest or a child or two, I would look elsewhere. The kitchen is functional, everything works, but if you are an avid cook you will find the kitchen sparsely furnished. I should also mention the couch/ settee which appears so predominately in the photos because it’s the only real sitting place in the unit- if this were my unit I would replace it. Not because it’s worn or moth- eaten,it’s not, but because if you are over five and a half- feet tall, it’s not very comfortable, and you’re going to spend a good deal of time sitting/laying there, as there’s no option. To repeat myself, these complaints are minor in nature and none are deal- breakers. Would I stay there again? Definitely yes.

My favorite part of Maui is the Kapalua coast and this wonderful condo is ideally situated on the second floor (hint...super quiet) overlooking the golf course with gorgeous views of the ocean and Molokai. I love the perfect location - an easy 10 minute walk down to my 2 favorite beaches on Maui- Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay - both are calm, protected, white sand, not crowded, great for swimming and snorkeling (full of turtles) and paddle boarding! The condo is light, breezy, beachy island feel, tasteful decor and Hawaiian artwork throughout, fully stocked with lovely kitchen, granite countertops, absolutely everything you need (beach towels/beach chairs)-even the couch bed is unbelievably comfortable. I particularly enjoyed my morning yoga out on the lanai followed by sipping coffee watching for whale spouts! Very serene, peaceful location to completely relax or head out to enjoy the north-west shore, Kaanapali or Lahaina close by! I can’t wait to return!!!

I was looking for a clean, comfortable, and most importantly quiet place and this unit exceeded my expectations. My Perfect Stays staff made the process from booking to checkout super simple. The unit was exactly as pictured and super quiet given its location. I’ve always loved the quietness if the Kapalua area and would definitely stay out here again in the future. When I was searching for accommodation at Kapalua, there were so many options but we were so pleased to have chosen this condo. The interior was tastefully decorated, had the most comfortable bed, was bright and clean, has great views of the ocean and golf course and has everything that we needed to prepare meals. The whole booking process was easy and we were given very clear instructions on how to check in. Overall, it was perfect.

Very communicative property management team, was easy to get in with a Pin code, parking was great and the unit itself was really well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach. If I'm heading back to Maui, I would definitely stay there again.

Condo was comfortable and fairly well-appointed - unfortunately, no beach chairs or umbrella were supplied. Management company staff was sometimes slow to respond to inquiries, and not always sure of amenities available (such as free resort shuttle), or the location or operation of the front porch light switch of the condo.

As we are an on island management company, we are available to our guests 7 days a week. Had you contacted us about the beach chairs we would have happily brought some over for you to enjoy and use for your stay. We do have a new team of staff that recently started and we are still training. We do apologize that our responses were not as informative. If ever this should happen, please ask to speak with a manager so that we can ensure we are answering your inquiries and questions to the best of our ability. Mahalo for being our guest!

Exceptional, well-appointed - including fully-stocked kitchen, beach towels, sunscreen, etc. Beautiful views out over the golf course and ocean. Located in a quiet area just a few miles off the busy tourist areas. 100% recommend!

We stayed at this Kapalua condo for three nights in April and had the best time! The place was recently renovated and has all brand new furnishings and appliances - I would say it looks even better in person than in the pictures! It felt like a secluded oasis with amazing views of the ocean and a balcony with great lounge chairs. We loved being able to cook meals and eat in the privacy of our own place, especially considering restaurants tend to be pricy. This place is in such a great location near some of the best beaches on Maui and is a short walk down to the Kapalua beach. It seems like the owner thought of everything - the house is stocked with cards, games, puzzles, easily connectible speakers, and all the kitchen supplies you could imagine. Not only would I highly recommend this rental, but I will definitely be back! Also, in terms of logistics, the management company was extremely helpful, providing directions and instructions to everything and it was so easy to access the condo with the key code entry!

This property is a top floor unit in the Golf Villas of Kapalua. Tastefully decorated, stocked with everything you need and an awesome view of the ocean, northern end of the island and the golf course. Super comfortable bed, furniture and lanai. My Perfect Stays checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was as it should be and to offer concierge services. Very happy with the experience! Mahalo.

Clean quiet unit with new kitchen appliances close to Kapalua Bay. Going to beach requires finding parking near beach (it gets crowded) or walking down the hill for 1/2 mile. Nice condo area with a pool nearby and parking next to unit.

This was the perfect property for our stay. within walking of the Ritz-Carlton where my husband's conference was and just a beautiful and serene setting in Kapalua. received check ins from the property manager regularly and they are great! would totally stay there again!

Picked the Kapalua Golf villas because of its proximity to the Golf tournament. It is quiet & peaceful with a view that is inspiring. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a condo. Loved the Hawaiian cookies and coffee—what a nice treat. Management very responsive to any issues. Highly recommend!

Fantastic. Kens condo had everything we needed. We love the location and will definitely book again Love everything Suggestion. Send condo direction map before arrival that way easier to find at 11 pm. Really for us the perfect place. Thank you Ken and thank you perfect stays for the little things. Boogie board, beach. We have just got home after a lovely stay at this awesome villa. It's super clean and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything you would need for light cooking. It is located in the Kapalua area, which - after touring most areas on Maui - is our favorite. Two of the most beautiful beaches in Maui are located within a 5 minutes drive (or less).

We absolutely loved this place. It is just like is shown in the pictures. When we arrived there was a binder about the island and things to do, along with everything you could possibly need in a home. The location is great, and nice and private for a relaxing stay. The staff was extremely helpful when planning our trip. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is probably our tenth trip to Maui, and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We chose it over others because of the beautiful pics, but the unit is much nicer once you get there. It just has a warm, sunny, expansive open feel, and the furnishings are essentially brand new and beautiful, with lovely Island artwork. The view is awesome. Kapalua is a world class resort with tennis, golf, 3 gorgeous beaches, the Montage and Ritz Carleton spas and gyms available, several fantastic restaurants. Short drive to stunning Honolua Bay, and Lahaina town. For surfers and SUP enthusiasts, great surf breaks with 15 minute drive. Add little touches like 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, a welcome basket. We can't wait to come back during whale season to have coffee or drinks on the Lanai and see the whales in the channel across to Molokai!

Perfect upper units location with sweeping views over the golf course to the ocean this condo is conveniently located next to the Ritz Carlton Resort and the Montage Resort. Open and spacious floor plan with a beautiful kitchen and large master suite we had an amazing time here and can't wait to come back. If you're a golfer or just looking for a getaway, this place is top shelf!!
Vacation in Paradise

We usually stay at the Ridge Villas when we come to Kapalua, but we decided to "mix it up" and try one of the Golf Villas. The unit was recently redone and is absolutely beautiful - both the decor and the craftsmanship. The ocean view was amazing, and the location was great. It was a short walk down to the General Store, and the golf courses. It was a little further to Kapalua Bay, but you could drive down the hill and park at the Tennis Complex right across the street from the bay. We really appreciated some of the nice touches such as the Brita water dispenser (which saved us lugging cases of water from the store), and the four beach chairs and towels. There was also a welcome gift of Kona coffee, a pineapple, and Hawaiian shortbread cookies which were delicious. All in all, it was a great stay in a beautiful unit!

I could not ask for a better property for our vacation! As a world traveler and glutton for variety, I rarely have the feeling that I want to return to the EXACT SAME PLACE AGAIN- but that's exactly how I feel. My wife and I are looking to book this place again for our return to Maui- hopefully really soon. The view is spectacular, the amenities are complete, the proximity to restaurants, beaches and high-end hotels---EVERYTHING!-we couldn't ask for more. Prompt service as well! To top it off, we loved the coffee welcome gift that lasted our entire 4 days trip. Thank you!

Love love Loved our stay! The unit is basically New! The calming balcony views for morning coffee or sunset are spectacular. I liked the peace of not being in a resort crowd. Napili cove is close for snorkeling, surf options were within a 15 min drive, and all of the shops and restaurants at the Ritz and Montage were just up the street. I'd have scheduled a longer stay at the Ritz spa b4 or after my spectacular massage had I known it was so close and great! I've been to Maui more than a handful of times and will definitely come back to Kens place and Strongly recommend it to anyone. I knew I was in good hands with anything I wanted or Needed :)

The golf villa complex is well situated to many amenities including excellent hiking, beaches, restaurants and of course golfing. The unit was fantastic and well equipped and the entire rental process was flawless. The view from the balcony was exceptional and offered a great opportunity to be outside in the shade. We have been to Kapalua several times and this is definitely the best unit we have stayed in. Our two weeks in Maui were fantastic and we cannot wait to return.

We are packing up this morning, and we don't want to leave. We had a great 4 night stay here. Unit has been nicely remodeled, and is spacious and clean. With Great views of Molakai, we found ourselves relaxing on the lanai each morning and evening. Good proximity to several very good restaurants and trails. A decent walk to kapalua bay, oneloa, and Fleming beaches but well worth the extra exercise. Also plenty of golf, if you are in to that. Definitely on our short list next time we stay in kapalua area.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience here. The place is even better than the pictures show! It's clean, new, breathtaking views. The golf course is beautiful. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the Lanai and watch the whales during the sunset. After seeing most of Maui this area is the most beautiful. We typically don't like going to the same place twice when we travel just because we enjoy new experiences, but we would gladly come back here!

We searched for a long time before we found this particular unit. I loved the view, the upgrades, TVs, furniture and layout of the unit. It was perfection and I felt so comfortable and awed. I miss waking up and having my coffee looking at the golf course, Cook pine trees and ocean. The price was reasonable for all this unit had to offer. The condo pool was really nice and heated to a warm, but comfortable temperature. I loved that. The manager, Tori was exceptional. Before and during our stay she was extremely responsive to any issues or questions I had. I only had one issue while there and that was that I broke the Brita water filter and how I should go about replacing it or paying for it. She dropped off a new one in our unit the very next day. The bed was very comfortable and the Pineapple Grill on the golf course and deli at the store were fantastic. I want to come back and try the other restaurants, stay in this unit and have another week of bliss. It was a beautiful and relaxing way to spend a week

Highly recommend this particular condo, Kapalua Golf Villa 27V3. It's one of the best locations in the Kapalua Golf Villas complex, sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac, up high so there is an excellent view of the ocean, and directly on the golf course with no buildings in front. As you gaze out from the condo, you will see green grass, Cook pines, the ocean, and Lanai and Molokai. The unit is close enough to one of the four pools in the development for easy access, but not adjacent so you avoid the potential of noise. The unit itself is superb and stylishly appointed, and has been recently fully remodeled with a new kitchen and bathrooms. The management company (My Perfect Stays) does an exceptional job with this unit...despite being a popular rental, the place was so spotless upon our arrival that it felt like we were the first ever renters to be there. Kapalua is a gorgeous part of Maui, situated on the northern edge of West Maui. It's a little wetter with somewhat more wind, but much greener than other tourist areas of the island. Very low density, quiet, and amazing scenery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...!

We have just got home after a lovely stay at Kapalua golf villas. It's a beautiful unit with a gorgeous view. Very clean and well equipped. The Kapalua area is stunning, we loved the local beaches and found some amazing snorkelling spots a short car trip up north. Could be hard going to the local beach as it's a car trip down and the car park filled up early, but it was the height of Summer. A short drive to Lahaina where we went for dinnee most nights. Some great places to eat there. Mamas Fish House is a must while in Maui.
The condo was recently updated and felt brand new Very well appointed.

My husband and I just returned from Maui, and had the best time ever! The condo is clean, spacious and very updated with anything you can ever need. The pictures don't do it justice; it's actually more gorgeous in person, and has an incredible view that's breathtaking during sunset with windows from floor to ceiling. The complex is also super clean and feels very new with nice pools and landscaping. We're typically beach people, but we ended each day with a dip in the pool and a glass of wine because the Villa grounds were so relaxing. It's also a perfect location with shops/restaurants within walking or quick driving distance. Napili Bay and Kapalua Beach are a quick 5 min. drive with plenty of street/designated parking if you get there early enough. We'll definitely be returning!
