Welcome to Kapalua Golf Villa 26P 5&6a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers fine artwork throughout, central A/C, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs and no elevators. Unit 26P 5&6 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV with cable, and an en suite bathroom offering dual sinks and a tile-surrounded walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom, you'll find two single twin-size beds, access to a beautiful lanai, and a separate TV. The guest bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and a couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances.

Located on the top row of the Kapalua Golf Villas, you will have great ocean views, early morning rainbows, and magnificent sunsets.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

The accommodation, nearby beach, and golf course were beautifully surrounded by nature, so we took a lot of photos and had a truly happy time over the past three days. It was a bit disappointing that it was only for three days.

Relaxing Thanksgiving Getaway

This has been our favorite place in Maui of all time. The location is idyllic and beautiful. Being on the golf course meant there are limited number of tourists. The serenity of the location makes it so inviting. The views of the oceans tops everything off. The unit was clean and spacious. I have nothing bad to say at all. From beginning to end, my experience was five star. Descriptions and information was accurate, timely and friendly. Lots of photos of the unit were super helpful with trying to figure out the layout to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable size of non stick pan, garlic press, blender, cork screw removers, whisks, standard coffee maker with a complementary bag of coffee to start, multiple cutting knives,cutting boards, tools for baking, containers for saving leftovers, place mats and all the rest. The pool was a 30 second walk from the unit and was clean with two new gas grills. This was great for us as we shopped at a market in Napili (5 min drive) and grilled dinner on a few nights. Parking was easily accessible, all areas well marked. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who appreciates all the comforts of home, a gorgeous view of both the golf course and the ocean, and if any concerns come up, to know that you'll be well cared for by the team at My Perfect Stays!

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities

The condo is super spacious and is well equipped - they even have all the amenities we need for the fun at the beach (snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc.), including a free shuttle!! The stores and bars are a short walk away, which has made it perfect to enjoy the holiday specials and nice stroll along the course in the evening. The sunset view from the lanai was amazing and so was the prime view of the golfers so we spent a lot of time out there. We will definitely be back to this unit again.

This well-appointed condo is in a fantastic location close to beautiful beaches, the best snorkeling, terrific restaurants and shopping, but it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is steps away and the lanai provided stunning sunsets each night. The beds were comfortable and everything was well maintained. Thanks for all of the beach gear and the great selection of family friendly board games- we had a blast!

Unit was fairly clean but some evidence of fingerprints on counter tops, walls. Response to requests for actions from Perfect Stays was excellent. Will definitely look to rent direct from Perfect Stays in the future.

Wonderful Kapalua condo

Really had a marvelous time. Condo is just as advertised, great two-bedroom floor plan. First floor lanai was terrific for coffee at sunrise or watching the stars come out over the water. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have some beach toys and chairs provided. Would have liked a couple more beach towels, but hard to complain.

INCREDIBLE!!!

This was THE most relaxing Hawaiian vacation we have ever had! We've used vacation rentals in Hawaii, including Maui, on many previous occasions. This rental was incredible! Exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious! We LOVED sitting out on the deck! We never even used the kitchen table! While we were there, the FOB for the pools was faulty, but it appeared that maintenance was working on the issue. Other guests seemed to have difficulties too. Thank you for all the added supplies and amenities (beach towels, chairs, etc...). I would caution future guests that the tile flooring can get very slippery when wet (inside and outside). The master bed was softer than I would prefer - I woke with a sore back. Nonetheless, I would, 100%, book again in the future! In fact, I will be keeping this rental number for future reference! Many, many thanks again for making this vacation exceptionally special!!! Mahalo!!!! Tim Foden

Fantastic Rental

This condo is fantastic! Spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen (a new refrigerator was delivered during our stay), relaxing lanai, and a parking space right outside the door. See picture-perfect sunsets every night from the lanai, second master suite, or living room. We found we rather stay in for dinner and have this spectacular view of the golf course and ocean than go out to a restaurant. We were grateful for all the beach gear: a large cooler, snorkel gear, towels, beach chair and umbrella. Kapalua is such a beautiful part of the island, away from all the tourists, and the slower pace here lends to a truly relaxing vacation.

Location was great and the best part was all the beach gear! Saved us a ton of money and hassle not having to rent boogie boards, snorkel gear, as well as having an umbrella and chairs to sit on in the sand. Entire place was large, clean, and just as described.

Family Hawaii Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It’s on the lower level, right off the fairway with beautiful views of the ocean. We could sit out on the patio and eat breakfast and relax. The house was clean, full of necessary supplies and just as described. It was a fairly quiet neighborhood and we also frequented the pool just a couple houses down. Communication was excellent and we had a very good experience. We would definitely rent here again and this property made our vacation even better.

Perfect Getaway Place

We have stayed at the condo for a week in April 2022. It is beyond spacious with a separate living room, a dining area and a covered lanai with another dining table that is in addition to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The best thing about this place is the location. It is facing the golf course that looks over the ocean - you can sit on the lounge chairs on the other part of the lanai (yes, the lanai is spacious as well) all day, watching the ocean and occasional golfers, and then the fabulous sunset. There are also 2 beaches in walking distance - Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Both are fabulous in their own ways - we saw 3 turtles in Kapalua beach while snorkeling and then had fun playing in the sun with the sand at Napili, dipping whenever we feel warm. The amenities in the condo helped a lot for our beach days as it had all of the stuff we needed - beach chairs, two giant floats, ice chest, towels, etc. You can also walk to the condo complex's own shopping area that has a ABC store that has a great deli as well as a couple of restaurants, including Sansei. There is also the Kapalua Shuttle, which takes you anywhere in Kapalua for free - we used it to go back and forth from the Kapalua Bay beach on our lazy day. Overall, it was the perfect vacation place for us to relax from all of the work and school - when we come back to Maui, we are definitely staying here again.

Amazing Stay! We will be back!

First and foremost the condo was beautiful. It was spacious, well kept, and had everything we would ever need (the rice cooker was the icing on the cake). The location was also unbeatable. Walking distance to multiple beaches, but secluded and far away from the resort busyness. Going just north took us to a very pristine area, like Road to Hana but just less busy and just as pretty! There was also amazing snorkeling in every direction from the condo. Lahaina was just a short drive south, which offered a bunch of fun activities as well. We absolutely loved our time spent there and will be coming back very soon! All amenities worked great and we had no issues whatsoever. The hosts were nice, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for Maui trip if you want a good mix of fun and relaxing!

Amazing Views

Our month long stay at Kapalua Golf Villa 26P 5 & 6 was a great experience because the condo’s location is in a beautiful location on the island. From our condo we could watch whales as they breached the water, golfers as they enjoyed their time on the golf course, and beautiful sunsets each evening. One day we also saw a huge rainbow across our skyline. There are many condo units at the Kapalua Golf Villa location but we found a quiet retreat. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. It has been well cared for and made our vacation memorable with all the comforts of home. There were two lounge chairs and a table with four chairs on the lanai to enjoy the outdoors. A barbecue grill, located at the pool, was clean and convenient so we used it to grill steaks a couple times during our stay. The pool was clean and had sufficient lounge chairs along with a couple tables and chairs to enjoy the setting. We had excellent parking at the condo under a covered area marked specifically for our unit. The condo was well stocked with beach supplies and kitchen amenities. Communication from My Perfect Stays was excellent and because they communicated so well in advance and at the end of our stay, we had no need to contact them. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit. We hope to return again sometime in the future.

Lovely escape to Kapalua

Our 7-night stay at Kapalua Golf Villa 26P 5&6 was exceptional. The villa was spacious, luxuriously furnished with high-end bedding and towels, sparkling clean, comfortable and quiet, had a beautiful view thru the trees across the golf course to Lanai and Molokai, and was very well stocked with kitchen and beach gear. When we requested one additional kitchen tool, a brand new item was delivered within an hour. We enjoyed the serene and well-maintained pool area a few steps away, and having the free Kapalua shuttle transport us to the beach was great. The only item we wished we had access to was a boogie board in the unit. We knew ahead of time that the unit was at the lowest (direct on the golf course) level, and there is a series of stairs to go down from the parking area. Luckily our knees and hips were in good enough shape to navigate the stairs multiple times per day! We would definitely rent here, from My Perfect Stays, again!

Great Condo in a great location!

My family of five stayed here and it was wonderful. Location is great, where you can walk to beaches and there's a good selection of restaurants or places to eat nearby. Condo was great and had good amenities, such as the wifi was amazingly fast, AC was good, parking was free, and it was exceptionally clean, which is very important to us. Also, had beach towels and beach chairs, which was a nice touch for our beach trips. Washer and dryer were huge to accommodate a family of 5, where I didn't have to do multiple loads. Property management was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our stay was awesome and would definitely book here again!
