These guys are good. The condo was a great layout. It was perfectly clean. They had left a nice starter package with coffee and some goodies. Everything we needed for the beach was there. The condo itself had everything we needed inside as well. I will book with these guys again in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed 12 nights in Kapalua golf villa 12V 1. The condo was in perfect working order and we loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also very close to the swimming pool and tennis courts, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (Kapalua bay or Napili). This was really one of the best places we've ever stayed in our many years of visiting Hawaii.

This is our 5th time using MPS after using many others on Maui. This time rented two units a Kapalua Golf Villas. Unit 12v1 quiet, renovated, lots of beach accessories, clean, wonderful balcony. We have stayed at KGV for the past 15 yrs favourite place. Last year used MPS in Wailea, also outstanding. Loved dealing with Annette, but now Haley is our go-to contact. She is 10/10, an outstanding customer client client-focused, lovely person. MPS does not utilize high rip-off Admin booking fees like VRBO and Airbnb. Prices are fairly and service is great. Will be back next year.

Condo was just as described. Nice view from lanai, good location, and short walk to beach. Condo is updated, clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen (blender, pans, toaster, etc.). I've stayed in other one-bedroom Golf Villas, and I only missed the extra shower in second bathroom.

My family stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villa 12V 1 for a week in October. Everything was as described in the listing. The unit was clean and looked updated. AC was COLD with ceiling fans in each room. The view is great from the lanai. Location is great with short drives to several popular beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. I was able to jog every morning and do the Kapalua Coastal Trail. Would definitely stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas and this unit again.

The Villa is very nice, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The balcony was great with a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean. We enjoyed eating our meals out there everyday. The Villa is as pictured, although the carpet and mattress might need replacing sometime soon. However, We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone. My Perfect Stay management company was very responsive and helpful and made the check in process very easy.

The condo was great! Just as advertised. Very spacious and fully stocked with good kitchen supplies and seasonings for cooking. It also had a full closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear to use. We were wanting to be in Kapalua and it was the perfect location. 5-10 minute walk to the Montage and the walking trail along the coast. 5-10 minute walk to Merriman’s in the water. Couldn’t be in a better location. The local coffee shop in Napili was a favorite stop for us as well!

Wonderful condo! Fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for 3 week stay. Four beach chairs, snorkel gear, small cooler in patio closet was much appreciated. Our favorite part was sitting on the covered patio in the comfy furniture throughout the day, even when it rained! King size bed was very comfortable (not too soft or too firm). Surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Pool was just a few steps away (you can not hear people at the pool).

The villa was just what we had hoped for -large bedroom, kitchen and master bath. Extra 1/2 bath/laundry room which was a bonus. The appliances were new. Everything was impeccably clean, updated and tastefully decorated. Sitting out on the lanai enjoying the view, was great. Would definitely recommend.

Kapalua has always been our favorite place to stay in Maui. This was our first attempt at staying in a condominium there. We loved it with one exception. Why is the thermostat set to automatically shutoff after an hour and twenty minutes? I came to Maui to rest, relax and get refreshed for a week, but found that I could not sleep here very well. It took a long time to attempt to try to cool down the unit only to go to sleep and wake-up every couple of hours because the thermostat kept shutting off the air conditioning. We called Zac, great guy, with the management company and he said that the condos there do get rather hot due to the afternoon sun. I tried to cool the unit the best that I could but lost the battle each night when I went to sleep and it automatically shutoff again and again. A little constructive criticism, charge an additional $10/day and let me control the thermostat so that I can rest.

This condo is lovely. The location is private yet convenient to many beaches and stores. The balcony was our favorite part as we were able to enjoy coffee each morning while watching the golfers pass by. The kitchen is stocked and we cooked a few meals including using the pool side grills. The only suggestion I have is that the carpet either be removed or replaced. There is a musty smell and with so much beach activity carpet is not practical. Overall a fabulous stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. There were two adults and two teens in our party, and the accommodations were perfect for our group. I hadn't stayed in Kapalua before and absolutely loved it. There are so many different beaches to enjoy in walking distance of the condo; it was so convenient and the beaches were gorgeous. We also really appreciated all the onsite restaurants and the general store - it was so convenient for the days we didn't want to drive. The home was well equipped with beach chairs and beach towels and the kitchen had everything you could ever need. The golf course view was an extra bonus, as was the basket of welcome treats upon our arrival. The in-unit washer and dryer was also very convenient and really there isn't anything we would have changed. We miss Maui already and can't wait to come back and stay again!

The location of this condo is perfect. It is an easy walk to Napili and Kapalua Bay. The Coastal Trail is also close by where you can find even more beaches. The store is also close along with 2 great restaurants. The inside of the condo is large and comfortable with a great bathroom and comfy sofa bed. The large master is very comfortable with tons of closet space. It fit the 4 of us girls perfectly!

The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed with a clear instruction manual (binder) explaining everything in the unit + around the area including favorite restaurants + beaches. We soon found out about all of the beach equipment that was readily available in the outside storage on the balcony and were so excited as we were having trouble getting any rentals. Our balcony lights were out and our A/C were not working a couple days in and they sent someone immediately to fix lights on our balcony and gave us a walk-through on the A/C and how all doors have sensors so if those aren’t all closed the A/C would kick off in order to save energy. Once we figured that out we didn’t have any more issues! When asked prior to our trip about crib rentals they gave great suggestions for us and we used Maui Baby rentals for all of our 1-year old needs and our items were delivered prior to our arrival for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and communication with Liz at My Perfect Stays was so helpful.

Fantastic stay in Villa 12V1! The condo was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view of the golf course and ocean. It was perfect for our family of 3 (we have a 15 month old). It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Our first time staying at Kapalua Golf Villa. 12V1. Beautiful and stunning condo. Great view of Napili.. beautifully decorated and everything you would need in the kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Super quiet. Property maintenance awesome.. we will be coming back soon!! Loved our Maui stay

Condo was great

Condo was great. Had everything needed, right down to full kitchen supplies. Included beach chairs and boogie board. Patio was terrific for morning coffee and afternoon reading. Had terrific view of two holes of golf course. Would have like to play the Kapula Bay View golf course, but cost for round, plus rental of clubs was $290--not worth it for my golf game, but a beautiful course. Condo complex is very beautiful and one of the pools is only about 100 ft from the condo door. Many times we were the only two people using this pool. Pool area has some shade, plus an area with two gas grills, if you're so inclined to cook and eat there--or take the food back to the condo to enjoy. The beach we went to several times was Fleming Beach, which is only about a 5-minute ride from the condo. Plenty of places to eat in or near Kapula, or go all the way to Lahaina, which is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Note that you need reservations for most of the popular restaurants--one we called (April 4th) said they said they had a reservation available in May. Only three minor issues with the condo, which the management company quickly responded to and resolved. My wife and I had a terrific 9 nights at this condo. Another note, we saw one of the other condos in this complex, and it did not have the enhanced finishes and quality furniture on our unit. We're glad we spend a little extra and got a great unit.

Excellent Property for Relaxation

This property was beautiful. We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas and Kapalua Bay Villas many times before but at different properties. This property was beautifully decorated, very clean, and very well equipped with every amenity you would need for a home away from home while on vacation. Our only struggle was it was located upstairs and that proved to be a small challenge for my husband since he hurt his knee. The management company was by far the most thorough with constant communication and vacation instruction guides delivered via email up to two weeks before check-in through our night before check-out. We loved the location. Our lanai faced the 1st hole on the golf course. The outdoor furniture very comfortable. A nice place to enjoy the sunrise and morning coffee. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with BBQ grills inside all pool areas. There are many walkways and trails to get your exercise. The property is also less than 2 miles from two of the best beaches, Napili Bay and Kapaulua Bay which, both offer some of the best snorkeling in the mornings along with sightings of whale breaches and spinner dolphins from the beach. Bring binoculars if you are lucky enough to go during the migration season. We also appreciated the beach towels and Tommy Bahama chairs located in the unit. If I could suggest anything, perhaps the owners could invest in an umbrella for beach use as well. All of the rental stores were out and that sun can be hot! Five Star Excellent Location to relax in Maui

We have stayed in several Kapalua Bay Villas and Golf Villas. This location was one of our favorites. It was decorated beautifully, very clean, and was the most well equipped condo we have ever stayed in. The tommy beach chairs and towels were also convenient. My only recommendation is for the owners to consider purchasing a beach umbrella as well. The sun does get hot and unfortunately all of the rental places were out of them. Great location. BBQ's and pool were close. Our favorite snorkeling beaches Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay less than 2 miles away. Wonderful restaurants close by. Thank you to the Management company for the instructions and communication up to two weeks before our arrival up to the night before departure. Mahalo. Until next time!

This place is clean, beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the furnishings are comfortable and high quality, and the management team was helpful but not obtrusive in the slightest. I highly recommend this property for an individual or couple vacationing.

This place is perfect for one couple or a single person. It has a modern kitchen with every amenity you can imagine, a wine cooler, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and the entire space is well furnished, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this unit!

Our family can’t say enough great things about our stay. The condo was in a prime location with 3 great beaches easy to walk to. The store just down the road had everything we needed and more with prices that weren’t over the top. The condo was supplied not only with everything we needed to cook great meals, but exactly what we needed for the beach (chairs and the cooler were fabulous). We had an amazing view from the deck and could even see the ocean! No doubt we will stay again. Mahalo!

I know many people say they stayed in a great location and it really wasn't when you arrived. But this location doesn't get much better, I know this because we live on Maui and have traveled all over the island, so this location is ultra-high-end luxury living at a great price, overlooking the most spectacular golf course with ocean views plus a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach. We walked to the Ritz Carlton hotel for our breakfast brunch each day, just a 10-minute walk, absolutely delicious food, and highly recommended. Another good place to eat was Sansei, The pour house just a 7-minute walk from the villa. Inside the Villa is very clean with all the modern amenities, the kitchen is gorgeous, the bathroom stunning, and large tv screens in each room. It really doesn't get much better than this place, trust me it's a bargain. You can also get your Maui family portraits done at (Website hidden by Airbnb) are the best place on the Island for family photography or wedding photography on Maui by far.
