The bedroom offers a comfortable King size bed, its own TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a beautiful new walk in shower. Relax and enjoy the spacious lanai, with table and seating for four; perfect for morning coffee and sunset dinners. Stay cool in this villa with central air conditioning and also enjoy use of a washer and dryer inside the villa. Cable and free Wi-Fi are provided.
This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. There are 3 pools that are family-friendly (A,B,C) and 1 that is set aside for adults of the ages 21 and older (D). If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
