Kapalua Bay Villa 28B 1&2 is an upgraded 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. The lanai is the perfect spot to sit back with your eyes closed to feel the breeze and listen to the waves. Leave all your worries and cares behind! Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area with vaulted ceilings, high end furniture and a flat screen TV. Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the villa provide an elegant yet laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. The beautifully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It’s the perfect space to cook all your meals if you don’t want to eat out...but if you do, we recommend The Sea House and Merriman’s which are a 10-15 minute walk away!
This unique unit boasts 2 master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. It’s the perfect setup for couples traveling together. Both bedrooms are the epitome of luxury, featuring King size beds, lanai access, flat screen TVs, and beautiful ensuite bathrooms featuring walk in showers. The main level also features a full, convenient guest bathroom along with a washer and dryer. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests very comfortably.
The Bay Villas are located in the heart of world-class Kapalua with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Honolua Bay and more! Enjoy many wonderful restaurants and prestigious golf courses just steps from the villa. This property features four swimming pools, and recreation and barbecue areas. Kapalua offers a free shuttle service anywhere within Kapalua to all Kapalua guests. There is plenty of free parking and there are no additional daily resort fees at this resort. There are also great trails to explore; all within walking distance you can enjoy the Kapalua Coastal Hiking Trail and the Mahana Ridge Hiking trail. Please note this resort has no elevators.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
