Broken window pane, poorly performing AC, problem shower enclosure leak at hall bathroom, fallen wall art in living room, limited silverware, ill fitted sheets for pull out and broken luggage holder.

24G2 Bay Villa is a beautiful one bedroom villa with an excellent view of the ocean, close to the pool, hiking trail and the beaches. The kitchen has pretty much everything you'll need for your visit. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive to Napili, the ABC store is a few minutes away. Management was very informative with communication and details leading up to the visit and during the visit.

The Kapalua Bay Villas, were just wonderful. Their location and access to the Beach ⛱️🏖️ as well as Snorkeling was outstanding. The Villa was roomie and the decorations and furniture were a solid 5 out of 5! If you go have fun, and don't forget to have a relaxing time 😊

Absolutely perfect visit! Everything was as described and more beautiful than pictured. We utilized the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed our meals with a view of the ocean and pool. The pool was so close… only a 1min walk from the back door/terrace. There are two bbq grills at each pool, showers and restrooms. Parking was plentiful and just steps from the condo. There are around 10 steps from the ‘street’ level down to the front door. Super short walk to the rocky path leading down to the beach. We loved the beautifully maintained property and peaceful setting.

A++ stay! We enjoyed the comfort of the unit and the location was perfect for what we were looking to accomplish…relax. So quiet, peaceful, and beautiful views from the balcony. We love this area of Maui. Plenty of restaurant choices and a short walk to beaches. The unit had everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The pool was very nice. Highly recommend! We truly enjoyed the location and the beautiful view of this condo. As others have noted, it is a short walk to several beaches, which is a real plus. We also enjoyed being so close to the swimming pool. This part of Maui is more tranquil and less touristy, but still only a 20 minute drive to Lahaina. So you get the best of both worlds. We appreciated having the pull-out bed in the living room, which worked well for our 9-year old. But I think that an adult who is a light sleeper or who has back issues may not find it too comfortable. Everything else in the Condo is clean, beautiful, and enjoyable. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location and views! There are a few things that need repairs in the condo. The kitchen sink faucet has a leak in the hose that sprays water when you pull it out. The non-master bath shower is unusable as the water sprays out of the shower even when you adjust the shower head as much as possible. Not all the outlets work. My family did not report any of these things while we were there as we didn’t think they were huge issues, but we wanted to make the rental agency aware.

The location was fantastic! We loved the proximity to the pool and the beach. The rental was well stocked with towels and beach chairs. The kitchen wasn't as well stocked, the biggest thing missing was tupperware. There wasn't anything to store anything in, which feels wasteful to use disposable containers or throw the food out.

A Gem in Kapalua!!

We thoroughly our stay at Kapalua Bay Villas 24G2 unit. It was as listed. We thought there was an issue with the AC when we arrived but because all the blinds were open with sun coming in the entire unit, the AC had a little trouble keeping up with the intense afternoon heat. Closing the blinds helped tremendously. Wonderful view. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of great trails to hike, some leisurely, others strenuous. Close to the Ritz and Merriman's. Beach is fabulous hardly any there. Everything was great. Really appreciated the comfy bed and very nice beach towels instead of the cheap, thin striped beach towels usually given out at AirBnb. We'd definitely stay in this unit again. Our only wish was that we could have had an earlier check in but with all the cleaning protocols, it wasn't possible. Thanks for everything Perfect Stays, keeping it professional.

Unit was just great! Great view and close to restaurant’s golf. And the beach!We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that the management dealt with immediately they were great to deal with and responsive! We are planning to stay in the same unit next year

An absolutely beautiful view in a comfortable condo in a quiet neighborhood in Kapalua. The condo was well cared for and equipped with basic necessities. Another bonus was that parking was plentiful and free! Furniture was comfortable (the pull-out couch wasn't as comfy as a mattress, but it was still decent to sleep on). Our favorite part was the location - very close to the pool and convenient access to lots of walking paths overlooking the ocean. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai relaxing, reading, chatting. It's a great location to slow down and enjoy the view.

We had a great week here. Pictures don’t do the condo justice. For 2 people the size is perfect. Bed is very comfortable and the master bath is a nice size also with a cool walk in shower. Short walk to the beach which is very private.

We arrived late at night exhausted but found the villa easy to find. Even in the dark, the grounds and property were so lush and beautiful! The villa was spotless. So tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable after an 11-hour plane journey. The kitchen was adequately stocked but I did not cook. Spacious bathrooms, one with an open shower. I woke up the next morning with the birds, to a spectacular Maui sunrise. There was a plumeria tree in full bloom right in front of the porch. The air was heavy with its fragrance. We took a walk one day along the cliffs. Roamed the grounds which were picture perfect. My only query was, that landscaping was going on quite frequently. We knew it had to be done, but it was just so loud. Otherwise, we found our mini- slice of paradise. I did not want to leave. Pleasant Maui Stays were very responsive and checked on us frequently. ( FYI- The water dispenser in the fridge door did not dispense water, but it did dispense ice cubes. I informed them.) Mahalo nui loa for a most wonderful stay! It was our 30th anniversary and we could not have picked a better place to stay. We will return!!

We loved our stay here! The view from the lanai is gorgeous, and the proximity to the pool and beach is terrific! There were beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear provided, which made beachgoing super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at several of the condos at Kapalua Villas and this particular property was among the best that we have stayed at. The location is perfect because it faces the ocean and is right about the pool. We had three guests staying at the one bedroom condo, and it was very adequate for our needs and the pull out couch typical of what you would expect. The condition of the condo is very good and unlike some of the other condos, this one has all updated appliances. The weather wasn’t great the week that we stayed, however this is Hawaii so not great is still pretty great, The condo also had a great selection of paperback books to read, and we have availed ourselves of this opportunity. The only criticism we do have is the TV in the living room should be replaced. It is an older model and there was a bothersome delay in the processing speed changing channels and trying to select other options besides cable. Again, because of the weather we spent much more time inside than planned.

As frequent visitors to Maui - and our first time in Kapalua - we cannot say enough good things about the property - the views - the pool - the beaches. everything was perfect. Being able to walk to three fantastic beaches and watch whales from our patio was just lovely. We will return again and again.

Great Location for a Visit to Maui

So glad we found this place. We actually had a place rented further south in the busy resort area that canceled at the last minute. This place was much more our speed. Great access to coastal trails and three beaches. Area is fairly private yet close enough to drive into Lahaina for dinner or happy hour. Gated resort is well kept and scenic. Watched whales daily as we ate breakfast!

Great unit! Lots of space for two people. Really nice area of Maui - nice beaches, good trails for running, about 20 min drive to Lahaina for dinners out. Great rental service. Would definitely love to stay here again!

A couple small things, 2nd shower floods the bathroom and the sliding doors are tough to lock but the place is top notch otherwise.

This is he perfect place to stay if you’re in Kapalua. It’s very spacious and relaxing. It was exactly as described. It’s in a great location. Within 6 minutes of several very good restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful during our two week stay at this property. The only thing that went wrong was that the dryer broke the first time we used it. The management company came right away but there was nothing they could do. The motor was burned out. They were not able to replace it during our stay. It is a wonderful location!

This property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our two weeks there. The location was fantastic and the hiking trails and the two beaches close by were perfect. Everything we needed was supplied . The only negative was that the dryer broke the first time we used it and they were not able to replace it during our stay. We would stay there again. Aloha

The place was absolutely amazing, just a 10-15 min walk to Kapalua Bay and 5 minute walk to Oneloa beach. Overall the place was spacious for my wife and I, well furnished and a view that can't be beat. Just an FYI the check-in and check-out time was very strict so just make sure you take that into consideration since we couldn't enter the unit til 4 PM and had to check out at 10 AM. The one thing that wasn't great was the check in experience. When we arrived to the unit after 4 PM we tried the code they sent to us to get into the unit and it didn't work. I called the phone line but it went to voicemail so I left a message and texted them as well. My wife and I waited around for a few minutes and I decided to call again but this time to the reservation desk and I finally reached someone who was able to help by giving us a new code. After a long flight, and an hour drive this was a bit annoying. But outside of this, everything else was great.

Such a great place to stay if you are looking to disconnect! Just about 15-20 minutes north of Lahaina and the location was perfect. Be prepared for significant winds in this part of the island but overall we loved our time away from SoCal! The unit overall is perfect for a couple but would be tight for more than two people including children. We packed a collapsible cooler for our trip and it was perfect for the pool. The unit came with 2 beach towels, an igloo cooler and beach chairs which were ideal for our beach days. We ate out for most of our meals and highly recommend getting a car upon arrival. It's pivotal for getting around! Make your reservations EARLY, we didn't have reservations at most places and were unable to get into some places. Restaurants we strongly suggest are: Sea House (ate here several times and they have a great happy hour), Pour House (expensive but worth it), Down the Hatch (in Lahaina), Pana Aina (In the Pioneer Inn in the Harbor- great service and bartenders were awesome), Paia (Fish house in Lahaina), and Honolua Store (general store 1 mile from the unit and has a great breakfast and coffee). Restaurants/bars that weren't worth the wait are Waikiki Brewing (felt kind of greasy and commercial like) and Star Noodle (Ramen, not very good). Things to do: 1. Strongly suggest going to Napili Bay (Sea House restaurant is also here) and is a 5-7 minute walk south of the unit. This beach was so quiet, very minimal wind and was a great place to enjoy some sun and waves. 2. Download the Shaka App and take a tour, we did the West Maui Tour for $15 and it was 100% worth it. We stopped at the Maui Plantation and loved the location, service and overall vibe. Loved the hike to see the blowhole and wish we had done the hike in the mountains but were running out of time. Plan for this to take most of the day to maximize the options. 3. Atlantis Submarine Tour. Very cool experience and is something we have never done. We definitely felt this one was worth the money. 4. Rent a car! 5. Book a Pineapple Tour. We didn't get in and they were booked out for weeks but strongly recommend it based upon others' comments. 6. Do a Maui Brewing Tour. We thought this was taking place at the location south of the unit but was actually on the other side of the island. It's very practical and is something to do on a rainy day. 7. Consider a short trip to another island. We wanted to the Pearl Harbor trip but access was limited due to covid. Overall, we were here for 7 full days and wanted to extend. We had such an amazing time and can't wait to go back! Next time, we will likely rent a larger unit so we can spread out a bit more but this was the perfect place for our first extended trip as we wanted a break from the SoCal beaches!

Second time our family has stayed at this condo and loved it both times! Highly recommended. Had trouble with the door code and they promptly fixed it! Beautiful condo with great views and close to everything. Nice quiet area as well. Definitely will stay again

We absolutely loved this property. Stunning views! We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the view and peacefulness. The pool had the perfect water temp and very clean. Access to nearby beaches was convenient. The property management team was friendly and accommodating. We love staying in Kapalua and will certainly make an effort to stay at this condo again.

Really perfect home for a Maui vacation! Gorgeous ocean view! We spent one week here, enjoyed every moment of it. It has access to two beaches with walkable distance along the coast. Kapula is a top rated beach for snorkeling! On the other hand, the overall listing management can be improved. When we checked in, there is a maintenance guys still inside.; The access code to the uni is wrong; we don’t know the WiFi password (welcome handbook is lost). The unit has a few minor repairs. All the communications with “my perfect stays” has extra delays, and a few times there were no one to answer my phone or message, especially during out of business hours. The level of service quality is a bit subpar. I do wish it could got better.

Guest services were awesome in answering all of my questions concerning the property. Good location. Wonderful beach just a short walk from property. Pool hours don’t start until 8 am and then often the pool cleaner was there well after 8am. This made it difficult as my husband wanted to swim laps before starting the day. The home was kept up well except for matteress on bed was very worn and one side slope down significantly. Uncomfortable to sleep on. We were happy to find a place to stay when things were so busy and had a wonderful time on our vacation.

This was the best condo I've ever rented anywhere. Think all windows with coverings that go al the way up. The view from the kitchen table and family room are incredible. It was clean and definitely worth the money. You can walk to two beaches. One private and shared only with the condos and some private residences and the other off to the left for snorkeling put it is much busier. I can't say enough about this condo and the property. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Grab it before someone else reads this review.

The unit was in a great spot with a great view and easy access to the beach and pool area. They only reason I can't give it a 5-star is that the bed mattress was in serious need of replacement. It was very difficult to sleep on due to sagging areas, likely from not flipping the mattress. Everything else was very nice.
