Kapalua Bay Villa 11G1 is at the front of the resort overlooking Oneloa Bay and the island of Molokai. This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom villa is the perfect getaway that comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Enjoy the spacious lawn in front of your condo and the tropical surroundings. Villa 11G1 features wood cabinets, granite countertops, a tile surround shower, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, and contemporary furniture and decor. There is a washer and dryer in this villa for added convenience. On the second story, upstairs you will find a relaxing master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. During whale season, you can spot spouts and splashes from the lanai and upstairs master bedroom. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa bed In the main living area with a half bathroom on the main floor.
While the Bay Villas are nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you are still conveniently located near restaurants and beaches. The resort does not have elevators and most locations have a staircase going up or down to the front door. Enjoy stunning sunsets throughout the year at this oceanfront complex that also offers 2 tennis courts, 3 different pools, and BBQ areas. This property is located near restaurants, two world-class golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, hiking trails, shopping, and beautiful beaches including Oneloa Bay and Kapalua Bay. There are no parking or additional resort fees.

_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
