The resort has an elevator for convenient access to this 4th-floor condo. You'll enjoy the ocean and West Maui Mountain views from this condo in the desirable Building 10 location! The loft bedroom features a new king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, flat screen TV, and ocean views! The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin-size bunk beds. The guest bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. This condo has a washer and dryer and complimentary WIFI.
Unit 10-412 has new furnishings and décor. Enjoy the dining area for 6 and cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. In the comfortable living room area you will find a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and a flat screen TV equipped with cable.
Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds with amenities such as tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, BBQ with outdoor dining area, and parking. Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei across the street from Kamaole III Beach, a nice beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach.
For the safety of all guests and to ensure proper emergency communication, Kamaole Sands requires all guests to check in at the front desk upon arrival. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was clean and comfortable. It contained everything that we needed for the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, a wagon. The property management provided excellent communication and a thorough description of the expectations for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Maui.

This condo was perfect for our family. Bunk beds, lots of beach equipment including a wagon to haul our stuff. Nicely manicured resort with a large, heated pool, two jacuzzis and a kiddie pool. Right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach park and centrally located in Kihei. Thank you so much.

This unit exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view from the lanai and the unit was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and so was the beach equipment, which we used and appreciated. Loved that one of the bedrooms had a bunk bed and a separate double (or queen?) bed. Made it easier for our teens to share the room. Great communication and it was so easy to check in. Would love to stay here next time!

We arrived very late and were a tad confused where the office was but got settled in. The AC was much needed and everything so comfortable from the pillows to the mattresses. We have kids who can’t swim and they provided life jackets, bogey boards, and beach towels. I was impressed with the space and everything that was available to us. The beach was right across the street and, overall, the location was right in the middle of everything. We will be booking annual trips here in the future.

Good place. Great location. It wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The king bed is in the loft without a door. I wasn’t aware of that. Otherwise has everything you need (towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, wagon, cooler, etc.) Beautiful resort and view.

Overall, really loved this place. Very clean, comfy and well stocked. Appreciated TVs in both bedrooms. Should note that the AC really only cools the main living room. The bedrooms gets really hot at night. Luckily they do have multiple fans in the bedrooms but still quite warm. The screen door for the lanai was off the rails but it was so hot, we didn't want to let the cold air from the AC out anyway. Location is right across the street from Kamaole Beach III but just down the street from Kamaole Beach II which was more appropriate for kids. Biggest issue was we called/reached out to property management the first day re: checking in and never heard back. That said, we liked the place enough to come back. :)

This was such a fantastic location. Our family of 5 had our first trip to hawaii and loved our week in Maui. The unit was incredibly clean and right across the street from a gorgeous beach. This road to cross is two lanes of traffic and not super busy during beach hours (did get busier at night but never bothered us). Condo had tons of beach toys and chairs which was awesome! Master bathroom could use an update but that can be seen from the pics. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! Kihei was fantastic!

Could be cleaner, considering how much the cleaning fee is. Bring your own chefs knife if you plan on cooking at all. Great location, good amenities, parking right outside the condo. Air conditioning blows cold air, a little loud so if it bothers you, bring earplugs.

This condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make some meals, the beds were comfy and we had lots of room. There was a great selection of water toys, beach chairs and even an umbrella. The view from the lanai was beautiful as the complex is right across from the beach and this unit was in the building closest to it. The complex itself is very well maintained, clean and quiet at night. There is a pool, hot tubs, and several barbecues for guest use. Communication was great and any questions we had were always answered quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Condo was located within walking distance of several beaches, nice shops and restaurants. Also food trucks just down the road. The condo was stocked with every item I could think of for the beach even down to a wagon to take everything with you to the beach. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub area was nice although the adult hot tub was excessively hot. The grills were a nice option to be able to cook vs eating out. We had plenty of space and a good time for the little time we spent inside. My only complaint would be the issues we had with parking, they were quickly resolved though.

Our stay at 4-210 was wonderful overall. The fact that it was on the top floor allowed for high vaulted ceilings and a loft (although not totally private) made it a very spacious and open feeling. Shower water did not get very hot in either bathroom but I am sure this could be adjusted very easily for the next guests. Loved the large round kitchen table and area where we made great memories together! This was a property I highly suggest and would stay here again.

This was the perfect location to have easy access to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to restaurants and other places. Only complaint was the house wasn’t stocked with much when it was expecting 8 people. We had to go out and buy toilet paper and other things the second day we were there.

Everything was super convenient. They had multiple sets of keys and a key in the lockbox which made it easy for multiple people in our party to enter the condo easily. They also had so many bougie boards, pool noodles, floaties, beach chairs, and even an umbrella. This saved us so much time and money.

This location is much better than pictured. We had an amazing stay. Lots of amenities and close to shops/beaches. We had an issue with the lockbox. It took several days to hear back and it was an issue with the code. Other than that, it was an awesome vacation. I’ll probably book through them again.

Clean, a little dated. Fully stocked kitchen. Great BBQ area. Pool and hot tubs a plus. Tons of beach stuff. Lots of sleeping space. Location is perfect. The bedrooms get a little warm but several fans. Property Managment very responsive. For the price I don’t think it could be beat. I would stay again.

This was the best week I could've asked for, at the best location. Kamaole Sands is across the street from a beautiful beach that was never too busy or crowded. It is a nice morning walk away from a Kihei Caffe and Starbucks. It's an easy drive distance to so many beaches/snorkel areas/restaurants, etc. The place itself was spacious and cozy and had everything we needed for our week there! (not to mention the pool and hot tub!)

We loved our stay at Kamaole. The condo was great! We enjoyed the beach chairs for nightly sunset watching across the street at the beach. My boys used the boogie boards. We are a family of five with the three teenagers and there was plenty of space.

My husband and I and our three teenage boys had an amazing time in Maui. This condo was completely spacious for us. We loved the fact that it is close to the beach. We enjoyed using the beach chairs provided for evening sunsets. We could see the ocean from our lanai. The barbecue isn’t that far either which was really convenient. Very close to the elevator and stairs also close to the trash and recycles bins. I found that very handy! I hope you consider staying here. We truly loved it!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4! Super close to the beach and walking distance to local amenities. The view from the lanai (deck) was beautiful...we ate many of our breakfasts and dinners out there! The place was super quiet and the communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific property very well may maintained. Barbecue grills, pool, exercise facilities, hot tubs all great at Kamaole Sands. This unit was great. Top floor away from noise. Great use if space with plenty of sleeping accomodations. Beach just across the street with beautiful sunsets off Kihei. Highly recommend for families.

The location! We watched whales from the lanai every morning we were there. The beach was about a 5 minute slow walk away. We didn’t need to rent any beach items, including snorkeling gear. The coffee and cooking items (like cooking spray and salt and pepper and fridge condiments) were ideal. The beds were comfortable. The bunk beds are not ideal: they are smallish and flimsy and the top one is missing the safety bar. We ended up having our 7 year old sleep on the bottom bunk and the 11 year old sleep on the foldout sofa bed. She said the sofa bed was pretty comfortable. It wouldn’t be safe to have adults or even average sized teenagers on the bunk beds. Quiet hours were respected and we didn’t have a problem at all with noise even though the resort was packed. the grounds are lovely. The pools and hot tubs are all good. There’s even a family hot tub that’s not too hot that children are welcome to enjoy. We’d strongly consider staying here again the next time we come to Maui.

Would definitely recommend! Great location- right next to beach and close to shops & restaurants. The Kamaole Sands amenities were also amazing! The pool is centrally located, easy parking, and the gym has everything you really need. It was super convenient that our condo came with beach towels and chairs, etc. It was one less thing we had to worry about upon arrival. Great size for our group of 7 and the views from the balcony were perfect. Communication with staff was remarkable and the welcome emails were very helpful. I recommend stopping by Nalu's for some ono grindz! This group from Oahu will definitely be back!!

This was the perfect location for our family. We loved being able to just walk across the street to the beach. We caught the beautiful sunset almost every night. They had a wagon, along beach chairs and sand toys available to use. My folks preferred to cook and had everything they needed to make their meals. It was super humid during our visit but luckily our unit had AC but each room had tower fans also. There were so many great food options nearby which was just a treat for us. I would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is in an awesome location and the view is beautiful. You are steps away from the beach and the pool! We had everything we needed in the unit as far as cooking and beach supplies. I was even SO grateful to have help carrying in our Costco haul as I arrived by myself and Halle was to get there as the cleaners left. We were bummed to have gone through the effort of bringing a pack n’ play, after being told there wasn’t one in the unit, only to find there was one after all. Not a big deal really. The air conditioning isn’t perfect but they provide fans and as long as you place those and run them, it helps keep the unit comfortably cool. We also ran out of hot water quickly but we were trying to shower 8 people every evening so I wouldn’t really expect anything different. We really did enjoy our stay and knew if we had any problems we could contact My Perfect Stays and they would help us out!

Location was great, condo complex has great amenities (pool, barbecue areas) but the unit itself has some minor issues which mostly need small repairs/ upgrades.

Our 6 day trip to Maui and our stay at Kamaole Sands could not have been better. Upon arriving, we had a quick and easy check in! The inside of the condo was clean, and set up beautifully! We loved the view from our fourth floor balcony!! Absolutely stunning! If we needed anything, they were right there... quick to answer a call or text! On our last day, Amy helped us with a small issue we had when we booked an excursion!! We had the best spot in Maui! Everything was so close, the beach steps away...had an amazing view right from the patio. The condo was absolutely amazing. Felt like home for sure a lot better than a hotel. We had everything we needed and the host were amazing in keeping in touch with us to make sure we knew that if we needed anything they were just a call away. I will definitely book again!

We had a group of 6 girls and this fit us perfectly. Excellent location close to the beach and great food. The complex was also large and nice with a pool, nice grassy area and lots of parking. Host was very responsive!

Great location. Enjoyed our stay however the pull out sofa bed is not comfortable. It's thin and springy. We had to a purchase an inflatable mattress for our guests sleeping in the common area. Other details were great; clean, lots of towels & bedding and everything needed for a fun day at the beach

This property is perfectly placed. It is spacious and feels more so because of the high ceilings through the unit. The lanai (deck) overlook the gardens and fountains on the property which are well kept. We were steps to the beach (just accross the main road in Keihi), could see the water from our deck and were able to see countless beautiful sunsets at the beach across the street. The pools on the property are well set up for families with a shallower kids pool, deeper swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. Walking the main road for about 25-30 mins brought you to almost all the notable resturants in Keihi and even a grocery store. We did have a rental car which we made use of but didnt need to rely on it from here. The unit is renovated but the aparentment/condos are a little older but also well kept. We enjoyed our stay in Kihei.

This condo was perfect for our small group. You have the perfect ocean view, the condo stays cool, and you’re directly across the street from a great beach! The staff at the front desk were also amazing and called me right away when I had my wedding flowers delivered. Would most definitely stay here again!

You are literally walking distance from kamaole beach, eateries, and anything you can think of. I traveled to Maui with 3 daughters and a couple other guests. This place worked out very well for us. My experience with My Perfect Stays was very positive. I loved the Aloha spirit and quick responses we had to our questions. The place was just as pictured and worked out very well for the 6 of us. I especially loved sitting on the Lanai in the mornings. It is overlooking a beautifully manicured grassy area with ponds, fountains and palm trees. You can hear the waves rolling into the beach just across the highway. Was very nice The kitchen was well equipped with plates, bowls, cups, cooking utensils etc. It has a large fridge, stove and microwave. You will find salt & pepper there but otherwise not much by way of condiments - for fairly obvious reasons, so if you intend to cook a lot in the apt. pick up the things you need on the way. There is a Costco right by the airport so we stocked up initially there and then picked up incidentals at local stores. The local cafes & restaurants are a bit pricey but the food is so good and the atmosphere is unique - you will want to plan on enjoying some of them The apt. was clean and worked well for us. If i were traveling there with children - adult or otherwise, I would definitely consider staying there again. The beach is just across the road and we found turtles and lots of marine life near rocky outcroppings Maui is paradise - do yourself a favor and go :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit. The complex is very family friendly and across the street from a good swimming and snorkeling beach. The owners have done a very nice job of updating and remodeling this unit. The kitchen was well- equipped and we really appreciated having boogie boards, snorkels and chairs to use on the beach. There is a DVD player but unfortunately we did not have access to the remote so that was not available to us. In addition, I do not believe the radio/ CD was functional so that may need to be looked at. Overall, great VRBO set up by thoughtul owners. Thank you
