Kamaole Sands Resort is located in South Maui in a town called Kihei and just across the street from Kamaole III Beach. This is a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, and BBQ with outdoor dining area. Plus enjoy a Mai Tai party with Hula Show on Wednesdays.

Kamaole Sands 10-212 has a window A/C unit in the living area, is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo situated on the 2nd floor that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Unit 10-212 is located near the front of the resort, closest to the ocean! Enjoy partial ocean views and the well-manicured tropical grounds and ponds from the privacy of your own lanai. The perfect spot to take in a famous Maui sunset or enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the tropical sounds and smells of beautiful Maui!
With modern yet Hawaiian inspired furnishings and décor, your Maui experience continues inside! Cool blues and warm wood tones make this second floor condo inviting, relaxing and very cozy. Here you'll enjoy the comforts of home including a well-appointed kitchen, indoor dining for four and a restful living area that has a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and complimentary wifi. Your additional guests will also enjoy the privacy of their own bathroom complete with a walk-in shower.
Step inside the Master Bedroom and you’ll find a luxurious California King size bed. The tropical and tasteful furniture and décor provides you a serene and comfortable place to rest after those long fun days in the sun! The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with plenty of space for your belongings. Additionally, you'll have the added convenience of a stackable washer and dryer to use during your stay.
We will provide one-time starter items for your convenience: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There will also be a one-time starter kit of Maui-made Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
There will be construction occurring at Kamaole Sands from April 2024 to December 2025. This includes work on waste water pipes, replacement of PVC pipes within bathroom and kitchen walls, and roof replacements. Throughout this period, there might be noise due to construction activities, and parking availability could be limited.
During the roof and pipe project, large sections of the parking lot will need to be closed to accommodate work crews, equipment, and material staging. Closed sections will be marked and notices posted. To minimize parking problems, the property will temporarily suspend all deeded parking and will implement an open parking policy effective April 1, 2024. The open parking policy applies to the ENTIRE PROPERTY. All vehicles must be registered and display a parking permit. Any cars parked in these colored areas that are preventing the contractors from staging their materials are subject to Tow at the guest's expense.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
