Kaleialoha 415 does not have A/C, is a 1-bedroom corner condo located on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Kaleialoha oceanfront resort offers an elevator for your convenience. This stunning ocean front, corner unit condo features spectacular ocean views!   Enjoy Maui’s blue waters with a cup of coffee while watching sea turtles, whales and all kinds of sea life! You can even see the islands of Lanai and Molokai either from the lanai or from the comfort of the main living area.

If the views aren’t enough, you’ll be amazed by the gorgeous travertine tile floors throughout the main living area and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes granite countertops and a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom as well includes travertine tile flooring, granite countertops and a stone tile tub/shower. The bedroom has excellent light and a nice breeze; it also includes a comfortable California King size bed and plenty of storage room for your items. Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit has free Wi-Fi and cable.  There are NO additional resort or parking fees.  Enjoy the convenience of having your own washer and dryer in this 1-bedroom condo. 

The resort of Kaleialoha features fantastic common areas such as BBQ’s, lush gardens and a solar heated pool. There is also a great sandy beach located adjacent to the resort which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The sand levels at the beach can vary based on the conditions.  There are also many Maui top 10 beaches just within minutes!  Kaleialoha is conveniently located between Ka’anapali and Kapalua; you’ll be nearby several shops, restaurants and other beach activities.

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. 

Standard Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
