Floor to ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views from this remodeled penthouse! One of the few villas at this resort to offer central A/C. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Pohaku Beach and whale watching during our winter months from your private lanai.Kahana Villas E706 has central A/C, is a two story, two bedroom, two-bathroom condo that accommodates up to 4 guests. It is one of the nicest remodels at the resort! The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite counter tops and high-end appliances. In the spacious dining area, you will find seating for six next to a chilled wine refrigerator. The living room area is open and bright, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows! Enjoy entertainment with TV’s in the living room and all bedrooms (equipped with cable) and complimentary WiFi.
The master bedroom loft offers a King size bed, large wall mounted flat screen TV, ocean views, large mirrored closet and en suite bathroom. A dual shower with two multi-function shower panels await in this updated bathroom with dual sinks. The guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed with large mirrored closets, and wonderful west Maui mountain views from the large panel window. Remodeled guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.
My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.
Kahana Villas are located directly across from S-turns (Pohakua) Beach Park. This beautiful sandy beach is wonderful for swimming, snorkeling and fun waves. Please note that sand levels can vary depending on the conditions. Additionally, this resort has a wonderful pool, spa, and BBQ area.
This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to our guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
