Kahana Villa E409! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features tall windows that allow in wonderful natural light and a private lanai with peek-a-boo ocean views from the 4th floor. Better ocean views are visible from the loft bedroom upstairs and bathrooms. This property has elevators for easy access. Unit E409 can accommodate up to 4 guests. From the upstairs loft bedroom, you will enjoy a California king-size bed. The en suite bathroom includes a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower with opaque sliding glass doors. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a pillow-top mattress. There is a second full bathroom, featuring a single-sink vanity. Stay cool with a window A/C unit in the main living room area, ceiling fans in every room, or ocean breezes on windy days. The main floor is open concept and features an indoor dining area for 4 and a living room including a Smart TV.

Both bathrooms are located on the top floor. Enjoy cooking meals in this remodeled and fully equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was charming! We had all that we needed for a cherished vacation. The unit was clean, it provided all that we needed to cook our meals, it provided beach chairs and an umbrella for our beach time, and the beds were comfortable! The condo is located close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping. My Perfect Stays also offered free tickets to various special activities. I took advantage of the popular Drums of the Pacific Luau! I will come here again!

The place was very nice and included all of the amenities listed. The air conditioner was a window unit and kept the downstairs nice and cool but the upstairs got a bit warm. MPS was very responsive to our inquiries.

Good Value

This place was a good value. It’s a bit older but everything worked just fine. The ocean view from the upstairs bedroom was beautiful. The AC unit is only downstairs and not in the bedrooms so the bedrooms got pretty hot even with the fans but overall for what you pay, it’s a good value. Easy to get to places and walk right to the beach across the street. Responsive hosts and easy check in and check out process!

The condo is great. It’s perfectly located away from the traffic but still close enough to get everywhere easily. Check in, parking, and reminders are added throughout the condo to make the stay simpler and more enjoyable. Great sunset views. It does get a bit warm in the upstairs master bedroom but there are ways around it: 1. As soon as you get home for the evening, open the window next to the fridge and patio door to create a draft. Use fans to push the air down from the upstairs. 2. Once you’re ready for bed, close the windows and turn in the AC, turn the fans around to push the new cold air upstairs.

This was a great condo for our family of four. Very good location with all great beaches and activities happening within a 15min driving time. Also we could see the ocean right from our window. Checkin process was easy and accurate as described in their email. Helpline was also very quick to answer any questions/concerns. Couple of suggestions though to make the stay even better. The main room has huge windows which is great for the oceanview but it does get really hot in the day. Would be great to have some curtains to keep the heat away during the daytime. And the AC can feel a bit tiny for the size of the condo. We had a great time still, they had some useful beach gear which we used to our advantage. This saved us unnecessary purchase for one time use items.

Great value, great location, and comfy beds. Beautiful beach right across street, lots of shopping just a 10/ 15 minute drive. Lots of amenities for the stay (beach and bath towels, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, cooler, blow dryer) Great view from master bed. Note: master bed is a loft style, so if you have kids or others sleeping on pull out couch downstairs, could be issue if either party stays up later making noise.

A good vacation rental.

A good vacation rental. Some others have mentioned the heat in the loft - we left all the windows and room doors wide open and the cross breeze kept the whole place very pleasant. We did not need to turn on the AC even once. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Stay

Overall this was a great place to stay for our Maui vacation. I knew from reading other reviews to bring eye masks to use at night and that it would be warm upstairs due to the AC unit being downstairs. But we enjoyed having the space of a condo, use of washer/dryer, beach chairs/toys/towels. The dishwasher was broken and after I called them about it, they quickly delivered extra dishwashing soap/supplies so we could wash dishes by hand. Beautiful ocean view from the loft - even did some whale watching from the comfort of our room. Location was perfect and the kids loved using the pool. Overall everything worked out and it was a great stay!

The apartment was beautiful, the location was perfect and our hosts were fabulous. The beach directly across the street is probably my favorite in Maui and seeing turtles on the beach is a high probability. you are also walking distance to Miso Phat, one of the best sushi restaurants I've been to as well as Maui brewing and everything else you need. We will absolutely stay here again in future trips. One thing I would mention is that one of the upper level bedrooms is a loft and open to the living room so if you are sensitive to noise or if others stay up later than you do or get up earlier, it can be difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the view from the loft bedroom is spectacular and I'm so glad it was my room !

Rare Gem

We found this rare gem when we had an issue with a previous air bnb. We are so glad this was available for us! It is walking distance to the beach to take a dip or watch the sunset. the turtles lay on that beach as well! The unit was nice and spacious. The top floor does get warm but there is a ceiling fan and a stand up fan. The loft has a great view of the ocean where you can watch the sunrise in bed. Would come here again!

Nice location, the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking! nice apartment, needs blinds because there is just too much light and it gets super hot on the upper floor (the a/c is downstairs only, but there’s a couple of fans upstairs, so the heat at night was not an issue during October). Loved the great view. The place have everything you need. The only thing was the batteries in one of the remote so we had to go back and forth. The beach chair you carry on your back. I thought was pretty cool. Perfect location

This location was conveniently located with 10 minutes of the Lahaina shopping district and baby beach which is where we spent most of our time. There is a small beach right across the complex as well. A pool on site was icing on the cake. Very spacious location and was more than comfortable for three of us. The standing fans provided help considering the AC is downstairs. The house came with sufficient clean towels, a boogey board, and beach chairs. That was a plus considering we didn’t want to rent either of those for the short time we were there. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

The place is right across the street from beach access. Clean place with great views of the beach. I would recommend bringing eye masks for sleeping in the loft bed because the sun is bright in the mornings with no shades for the main window.

My family loved this vacation home. It is right across the street from the beach and had everything we needed. My favorite part about it was the amazing floor to ceiling Windows that give you a view like no other. It is an awesome place with super comfy beds after you have had a long day exploring!

Great Place to Stay!

The grounds were pretty and clean. The pool and hot tub also very nice. The condo is nicely decorated and clean, has everything. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, the small ice chests and the boogie board. The beach across the street is great! The only downside is that both bathrooms are upstairs. Which is a very small inconvenience. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work and I let Perfect Stays know and they had someone come out right away to take a look at it. We would absolutely stay there again! Thank you!

Would definitely return! Location is close to the S-turn beach where we say turtles multiple times. Able to walk to food, pool, beach, coffee locations, brewery and sushi. Very easy check it process. Great communication! Very happy with condo. Clean. Had snorkel gear, sand toys, toddler life jacket and more in the condo. Beautiful view from patio.

Great central location!

The unit was very clean and well-maintained with upgrades throughout. There was lots of sitting room and places to eat and a partial ocean view from the patio. There was a very nice cross breeze when you opened the kitchen windows and sliding glass window. We read previous reviews and brought eye masks to sleep in which worked perfectly well, otherwise definitely would have been woken up from the light. As long as the downstairs ac was on at night and we had our standing and ceiling fans on at night, we stayed cool. Just don't forget the only two bathrooms are both upstairs! Not an issue normally, but I tore a ligament in my knee upon arrival and it made it tough those first few days for sure! Not their fault, just something to keep in mind! I appreciated the call we got from My Perfect Stays asking if everything was going well and when I asked for help with something, the man who called said he'd look in to it and sent me a text with all the info. We didn't get any trash bags and when I called and asked about it, they were delivered within 30 minutes! The little beach across the street was perfect for swimming and even some decent snorkeling and several turtles! Coffee and food within walking distance was awesome. I would book again with My Perfect Stays for sure!

We recently stayed at Kahana Villa E-409. We spent a week in this clean, beautiful and comfortable unit—-and it was perfect for our family of four! I give our stay 5 stars! The guest services of Zach and Jenn were SO helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay when needed! The pool and hot tub were spotless, parking was easy and there is a beautiful walkable beach close by!

Great View!

The place was great. Sparkling clean, great big kitchen and big windows and great views form one of the bedrooms. Lots of closet space and hangers available. Communication with My Perfect Stay was amazing for the entire stay. One night we managed to lock ourselves out of the unit and even though it was after hours they were very quick to arrive and open the door for us. Also, the unit had a plumbing issue that prevented us from using the water in the kitchen and My Perfect Stay was able to find us a better place in the area without any issues.

Beautiful, private space with amazing views, especially from upstairs! We could stand in the bedroom and watch whales go by. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, too: beach towels, chairs, cooler, even a boogie board -- which our son put to good use. We had one problem with the fridge leaking water, and the management team at My Perfect Stays took care of it right away. Special shout-out to Zac who came by the unit to check the fridge -- AND helped us out after we got home and realized we'd left a few items in the dresser. Zac retrieved them and had them sent back to us. We had to cut our trip short due to travel concerns, but we hope to be back in the not-too-distant future and would absolutely stay here again.

Well equipped condo providing everything we needed. Great location. Would definitely recommend this condo. It provided everything we needed. So nice to have beach chairs etc .The only negative was no blinds for the master bedroom making it hot sleeping & I needed to use a sleep mask . That might not bother most people, as it didn’t bother my husband . The AC doesn’t cool the upstairs. We just left the windows & screen door opened at night to get a breeze , & used the ceiling fans. Family stay in Kahana

The property was a nice condo with plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. There was A/C downstairs where the grandkids slept on the pullout sofa but none upstairs where the adults slept. It was August and the temps were in the upper 80’s, and so it was a little uncomfortable sleeping upstairs. They provided fans upstairs but that just moved the hot air around. Overall the condo was very nice. They provided beach chairs, noodles, a small cooler, and a snorkel set. The location is okay, near many great beaches but, it’s not on the beach. You have to cross the street and walk through other resorts or to the local park to access the ocean-not a big deal. Would we stay here again-probably not because there are so many interesting properties in Maui that we would like to explore. That being said our trip was memorable and this property was adequate for our needs.

Stunning ocean views from the upstairs master bedroom! The condo was sparkling clean and everything was in working order. Very comfortable spacious floor plan for our family of four. This condo is amazing. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s roomy, modern, clean, close to restaurants, convenient store and a short walk to the beach with beautiful views and nice pool area that has BBQ area then look no further. My family and I stayed here for a week and we loved every minute of it. We opened up the windows and had a nice breeze all day and night. Having our morning coffee on the balcony was incredibly relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the best experience of our lives.

Clean, clean great location, what else could you want. It is a beach condo so there are some signs of wear in areas, but being from Florida all older properties on the coast have this. I would stay again and the views every day are just great.

Excellent location

The property is well maintained, very quiet, and conveniently located to a variety of beaches in West Maui. The staff at Kahana Village are friendly and helpful with any questions you may have about the area. Our only complaint is that the condo does not have blinds covering the glass doors / windows leading out to the lanai. I believe if blinds were added it would help to keep the upstairs area much cooler. Although the condo has air conditioning, the unit is located on the first floor and does not cool the upstairs rooms It was 85 degrees the week we visited Maui and it was really uncomfortable to try to sleep at night in the upstairs bedrooms.

Great Stay in Kahana Villas E409

This property is right across from a quiet beach, and within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. The pool area was simple, but really quiet and welcoming. We used the grill one night, and it was nice to have a seating area near the pool/grill, as well as restrooms. The unit is equipped with fans, which were well-utilized, along with the first-floor A/C during our July stay. The unit was clean and well furnished, and the decor was welcoming. The management company checked in with me before our arrival, once we arrived, and just after our departure - very attentive! We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it to others! Aloha

Excellent location near kaanapali with great view. the floor to ceiling windows makes the place and gives it the grand atmosphere we all look for in a vacation. Views of the ocean and excellent customer service all make this a solid recommendation for anyone visiting maui.

We loved the place. Very clean and welcoming. Fortunately, we didn’t need much from the front desk as they were never open the two times we stopped by. We were able to get help from the concierge and front desk across the street.

We loved everything about this condo. It was bright and open, within walking distance of great shops and right across the street from the ocean. There was also plenty of parking near the building unlike most of the condos in the area.

The unit itself has been well maintained. All in all would recommend this unit. Great bed and quiet unit. Other than that the unit does not have blinds so if you need darkness to sleep, you will not be sleeping in.

Lovely condo, good beach across the road great for snorkeling with sea turtles and lots of sea life. Restaurants close by. A/C unit needs to be changed but the breeze through the unit kept it very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks.

Wonderful Place to Stay At

Wonderful place to stay at! Perfect for a family who has children. Not much to complain about other than the sink not draining in the bathroom upstairs but really not that big of a deal. Appreciated the fact that it was clean. The host did a great job providing beach towels, extra blankets...etc. not one single thing to complain about. Note - the unit is on the 4th floor and is not beach front - however it is walking distance and beyond that - great deal for a great place.

Clean, newly remodeled, well equipped, comforts of home

I loved our stay here. It was a wonderful home away from home for our young family of three plus another couple. The master bedroom is a loft style and open to the living room so we opted to take the back room so baby wouldn’t hear us in the evenings. The second bedroom was spacious enough for us and the pack and play. The condo was well equipped for beach fun and included the use of four beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, pool floaties, boogie board, coolers and cooler bag. We also loved that the condo had plenty of cookware, some food storage containers, a blender, and access to a barbecue. The fridge also had an ice maker. There was free access to a well maintained tennis court on site as well as a small pool/hot tub. The pool was quite small but was a good depth and hardly used. (Also with great beaches all around the condo there isn’t much time to spend there.) From the Lana’i in the morning we could see whales breeching. We did have to make a complaint about the construction noise in the unit above us but it was dealt with quickly.

The condo is beautifully furnished with a spacious living/dining room, bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved watching sunsets from the patio and walking along the beach in the evenings. The condo is just minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants - convenient yet far enough away for us to truly relax. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. We loved the location of this property! Out of the hustle of Kaanapali but super close to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Just a 2 minute walk to a beach too! Beach towels, beach chairs and a couple coolers were available for use and came in super handy. Definitely would recommend this property if you don't want the crowds of staying in one of the bigger hotels!

This place is great. Very clean and uncluttered, which is great, but still has everything you need. Lots of great beach towels, and beach chairs and coolers to pack food for the day. It's great having a kitchen. The space is exactly as pictured. We only had two people (one of us in each bedroom), but two couples would be very very comfortable here. And the couch is a pull-out if you want to fit more people in. The location was good for us too. There are some hotels and a lot of condos/units around. It's on a road that was good for going on runs. It's ~5-10 minutes from Kapalua, which has some great restaurants. And ~15 minutes from Lahaina which has a lot of restaurants and a lot going on.

This condo was the ideal spot for my family and I! It was my husband and I and our one year old and it was perfect fitting all of us comfortably. The kitchen was in amazing kitchen and made us feel at home as we were able to cook and eat in the condo. The downstairs was beautiful and had a nice TV with access to Netflix. There are two bedrooms up stairs along with two nice sized bathrooms. We loved this spot and plan on using it the next time we return to Maui!

The rooms are fully furnished with plenty of linens, towels and bathroom supplies. We had all the beach-gear and bags in the closets, with everything we needed to dine-in in our kitchen! The place is fully equipped and we had everything we needed there! The villas are conveniently located next to restaurants and shops, yet far enough from the main-touristy hustle and bustle, so it's feels more relaxed. I will be returning next year and hopefully stay in this rental again!

A great vacation starts with many positive elements coming together as one. Well-kept grounds, amenities, friendly staff and clean comfortable living spaces are just to name a few. What's more, the beach and grocery store are within walking distance! Perfect! We plan on returning soon!
