Kahana Reef 321 does not have A/C, is a 1-bedroom condo on the 3rd floor with oceanfront views! Kahana Reef offers an elevator for your convenience. This beautifully decorated and updated condo has rattan furnishings, Hawaii décor and prints. The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, lighting and updated appliances, Enjoy dining inside or outdoors on your private lanai. The living room features plenty of seating, a desk area, cable TV, and a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Fall asleep to the sound of the waves! In the master bedroom, enjoy a comfortable King size bed and wall mounted TV with cable. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and offers a large walk-in shower, custom countertop and cabinets. Stay cool with tropical ocean front breezes and ceiling fans throughout; there is no AC in this unit.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
