This truly is our home away from home. The views were still amazing. The accommodations were still great and I was still very sad when I had to leave my beautiful Maui. We are already booked for next year (as a matter of fact we have 2 units booked!!). Why stay in a hotel when you can stay here and feel like you live here even if it’s just for a little while. The view catches your eyes from that first time in the door, Unit is clean, with a fully stocked kitchen. Artwork is the perfect island feel. Welcome gift from My Perfect Stays is just a plus, knowing and seeing you really are in Paradise. Unit has Air Conditioning that we never used our whole stay. The trade winds with the windows open left the unit very cool inside. Bedroom was very large with a comfy King Size Bed. Security Safe for belongings, and all the beach supplies you will need, (beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc...) Coffee on the lanai every morning as you watch the whales breach just does not get any better. Pool, BBQ and the ocean are just out your door. This unit is true island living. Very quiet, and peaceful. restaurants, stores, churches, golf courses and beaches all close by. A true gem

We had a wonderful time at Kahana Reef 208. We could not have had a better view. We watched the whales from the Lanai. The condo was stocked with much more than most Vrbos we have staid. We did not have to buy any laundry products or dishwashing products. The staff at My Perfect Stays was excellent. One of the beach chairs was broken and they replaced it in a very timely manner. We highly recommend!

If we could give Kahana Reef 10 Stars we would. This place is amazing. It's quiet, clean and feels like home. The views can't be beat. The accommodations offer everything you need. They even have a great barbeque area to make that perfect steak or Salmon. This is our second time at Kahana Reef and it certainly won't be our last. Don't be fooled by imitations. I was very pleased with my stay at Kahana Reef 208. The unit was clean and the location was perfect. I have stayed at several other locations nearby and I would have to say this was the nicest. We had zero issues, besides a beach chair being broken. But even that was only a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo and the entire complex was beautifully maintained and clean. We truly enjoyed staying around residents as well as other vacationers like us. The complex was small enough which was wonderful for coming and going with groceries or beach gear. Plenty of parking also. There were wonderful local restaurants everywhere and local grocery stores for those hankerings at the condo. Our unit had all the beach gear we needed from beach towels to beach chairs and a cooler! Just bring your sunscreen. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities; cork screw wine opener, toaster oven, oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, dishes both plastic and ceramic, utensils including steak knives (important as the complex has several gas grills on property), plenty of towels and bedding. Also a pull out couch, table for 4 plus extra sitting chair and coffee table. Shower, no tub but that's what we prefer. We were located right over the pool on an end unit and the views were spectacular! We watched whales everyday morning and late afternoon. There is no beach just a seawall which was beautiful and beaches were within walking and short driving distances. Overall, we loved our condo and loved supporting the local community!

Absolutely enjoyed the location and the unobstructed views. This unit was thoughtfully appointed, the high top table and chairs on the lanai allows a clear view of the ocean. The shower was practical with controls located so that you don’t get hit with cold water when turning it on, much appreciated. Fans were where they were needed, and no need at all for AC with cross breeze. The linens were excellent and the bed comfy. Plenty of supplies (to, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) which made it easy to keep clean. Convenient laundry and well maintained property. All in all a unit we would recommend to friends, or keep secret so we can revisit.

The pictures match the place! Great balcony and crazy amazing views. Parking was easy and free. The condo had everything you needed for a long term stay. They even gave beach chairs and an umbrella. Spotless place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a longer term stay in Maui. Only a 10 min drive to Lahaina town and 5-8 mins away from the best snorkeling spots as well! BIG PLUS- you can see sea turtles on site!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and it couldn’t have been easier. The location was amazing! We could see sea turtles, dolphins and whales from the deck. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again! It was a very special belated honeymoon and well worth the wait.

What a beautiful location! We love Kahana and love Kahana Reef 208! The view from the condo is unreal. We woke up to rainbows daily and enjoyed watching the waves, whales, and turtles. The turtles would come up to the seawall every afternoon for dinner. The island breezes kept the condo cool. The condo had everything you need for a wonderful stay: beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella. Don't forget to walk to the north end of the complex to the very quiet beach. We even had the beach to ourselves for a few hours one afternoon. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Responsive host. Cleaning fee was about $500 for 4 nights, for a 1 bedroom - pretty absurd fee. There is no AC, so that made sleeping rather uncomfortable. Parking is narrow, so be careful with larger cars. We had a great time overall on the trip and being on the water and close to lahaina was clutch.

We Love our little piece of Paradise, We found KR 208 to be very clean upon arrival and user friendly with all of the Kitchen necessities for coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning. Fresh paint thru out, and the Art work in the unit gives it a real island feeling.

What else can I say? MPS (My Perfect Stays) says it! Our unit at Kahana Reef was a really nice unit. It had everything that you would need while staying in a private condo, from a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, ice chest, towels… The ocean view is just majestic from watching the whales, to the awesome whimsical sunsets.The place is real close to beaches, cafe’s, stores, restaurants, and 10 minutes away from downtown/wharf district of Lahaina. Go and chill. You will love this place!

We only stayed for a few days but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Place was clean and management was very communicative. There were a few fruit flies when we got there but nothing of concern. Great cross breeze in bedroom. There was some construction debris as it appeared the outdoor carpet was being changed.

This place is perfect for a couple who wants to relax and enjoy their rental. It’s larger than appears in the pictures, and the view is even better. So clean and stocked with just about anything you could need. It’s on the west side of the island, so you get a beautiful sunset every night, and you can spot whales from the balcony. The building is small and appears to be owned by retirees mostly, so it’s very quiet and well kept. It’s 15 minutes from Front St., but near the nicest resorts on the island. Just make sure you get a car so you can beach hop and explore!

Kahana Reef made our vacation amazing! The location is great and everything about accessing this property so easy. It appeared to be well stocked although I did not do much cooking and we’re pretty sure the TV probably worked, but we never turned it on! How could you with a view like that and whales jumping around in the distance?! Our two favorite amenities were beach chairs and binoculars! Well done! It was very clean very nice. Loved the location very close to the water. You could hear the waves crash all night. The room was clean but could use a little bit of updating especially the lanai chairs. They were nice in their day but it’s time for some new ones.

The stay was really good, my wife and kids enjoyed the ocean view and the stay. The only issue is getting food delivered to the place, good restaurants are little far and food delivery is not available from Uber Eats. Also the shower head has only one setting and my little did not like the water force, please plan on putting a different shower head which is kids friendly.

They answered my questions very promptly. Very polite. Unit was clean. Grounds were tidy. We did not use the pool. Check in was easy as we arrived late so the lockbox came in handy. Good amount of plates silverware if you wanted to cook. Coffee maker was used every morning to enjoy the view. If I had to complain, I’d say pillows could be replaced but I’m not complaining. Was happy overall. Neat experience.

This is a gem- upon arrival, I was a bit skeptical due to the outside appearance. It’s older and dated. But once we got in, we were in love. It’s a small place but it honestly couldn’t be better. The view- spectacular. We spent each evening out watching the sunset. The apartment is well stocked. The bedroom is spacious. The best this about this place is it’s location. You feel secluded. Evenings and nights are very quiet. You aren’t contending with the resort crowds and noise. It’s off the tourist path just enough to feel isolated yet within a few mins drive of everything in and around Lahaina. Great place, great value. We had just one very minor issue with parking- there’s mention of a front office but there isn’t one. Parking permits are in the binder in the apartment. No big deal. The laundry facility is not part of the apartment building- it’s just off to the front of it though. No money exchangers but you use the free app to pay. Others have complained about the lack of air conditioning— I could see that, but the apartment has ceiling fans and a couple other fans to use as needed. We were here in early September and didn’t have a heat problem. Anyway, I would book here again!

For the price, this is a great find. We headed to Maui for snorkeling and good food, so this location was great for us. We headed into Lahaina for food (highly recommend Star Noodle) and loved snorkeling at Kapalua Bay, Honalua Bay and Slaughterhosue Beach. This was just as described and shown in pictures. We would have enjoyed A/C, but we knew this was without A/C and the cross breeze through the condo unit was lovely. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck, with perfect ocean views. Beach chairs and towels, a cooler and umbrella were great to be able to use.

This lovely home was perfect for our family of 4. The view was spectacular and sunset and sunrise from our balcony were breathtaking.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils pots pans and everything we needed .Its the oasis that everyone needs .The place was neat and clean and was perfect for our family.we stayed here for 11 days and were never tired of the view .The pool was clean and so was the bbq area.Great location and close to so many beaches and old Lahaina.Doing laundry was convinient and everything was very neat and clean.Would definitely recommend this lovely place to everyone and would love to be back soon .

We truly enjoyed this perfect place. Very, clean, comfortable, and calm. The view was spectacular! The location (to us) was much better than Wailea. Especially if you're on a budget and looking for paradise (which is a few hop-skip-jump away). Only thing I would suggest is an AC unit. Mahalo!

This is a great apartment, located right near the shops, on a main bus route which can take you to the beach and into Lahaina. It’s very roomy and the sunsets are fantastic!

It was nice staying at Kahana Reef unit 208. The location is nice and you have beautiful view directly from balcony. We enjoyed breakfast everyday in balcony. Close to good beach. One side view from this room is blocked by wall compare to last building but not a big deal. I really enjoyed my stay.

Won’t regret staying at this place at all. We loved the front ocean view, beautiful sunset from the balcony and occasional visit from the turtle on the nearby beach.

This Was a Great Rental

This was a great rental, exceeded all our expectations. Sea turtles and whales right off the balcony, walkable to great restaurants and stores, 10 minute drive to all the great beaches. Everything was in great condition, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with basics. The only negative comment came from the kids, who found the sofa bed mattress thin and lumpy.

We loved our stay at Kahana Reef. The view was amazing, the location made it easy to get in and out and it didn’t have the large crowds that a high rise resort would have. The room provided all the amenities needed with beach chairs and a cooler plus all the cooking utensils. We would definitely stay there again.

One of the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. They have everything you need from beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach towels to anything you need to cook a meal. Loved staying here for my birthday trip to Maui! Everything couldn’t have been more perfect. We enjoyed having breakfast at sunrise (jet lag) with the ocean view every morning. The apartment came equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and towels. There was no AC but was not needed with the cool air that sifted through the unit from the beach breeze. Will definitely be staying here next time we come to Maui!

The location is excellent. Steps away from a secluded beach and beautiful views of the ocean. The apartment was very clean and had all the basic amenities. The only negative is that the condo and the furniture is very dated and old. The pool is decent, but well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is amazing. There is a little beach right next to the property as well where we could walk from the backyard of the property (from near the pool). Kids enjoyed pool a lot - it was clean and there were pool toys for use as well. The property was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Overall it felt very homely. We will certainly stay there again in future.

We had an awesome stay at Kahana Reef. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed for our 10-day stay. The views were amazing and there were nice beaches steps away. The condo was a 10 minute drive to the best beach in Maui, D.T. Fleming Beach.

It is a 4.5 but We didn’t have the choice and it is not a 4 definitely so we give the 5, it was a pleasure staying here, the place was welcoming and even though we did not have a direct view of the sun going down it was an amazing view on the sea, the place was bathed with sounds of the sea which added to the tranquility of the place. We found a guy “Kupai”, forgive the spelling, he was very helpful and cool and served for the office that basically no one. We also noticed a minor smell in the kitchen cabinet. Making cooking just a tad bit challenging. To sum it up we recommend the place you will enjoy yourself.

We had the best time staying here! We loved the condo, so many additional amenities that made our stay even more comfortable and that much more enjoyable. Very clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular. Loads of whale antics to watch all day long from the lanai and stunning full rainbows over Molokai. Simply breathtaking! We found ourselves preferring to hang at the condo much of the time, relaxing and enjoying the view with a pitcher of daquiris. Prime location away from the hustle and bustle, yet convenient enough to pop into town for ice cream or head to Lahaina's restaurants and shopping. When our blender failed to work, the management company promptly sent over a new one! Thank you for making our 25th anniversary so relaxing! Looking forward to planning our next vacation!

We stayed in Kehei, sugar beach last year..we decided to stay in my perfect stays this time in hopes of better views and a bit more peace. Definitely were not disappointed. Had an amazing stay (once the weather decided to cooperate) was very quiet most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the whales the waves the paddle boarders in the morning with our coffee and the sunsets in the evenings. I was worried about not having air conditioning but was never an issue with the ceiling fan and the cross breezes When we arrived it had been a long day and was dark. Seeing the property sign was difficult and we drove past a couple of times kahana reef sign could be illuminated and the trees around it trimmed. The numbers to the units were also not easily seen (small dark numbers and located behind metal screen doors) Sadly beach access was under construction so not accessible but hopefully next time The unit was very well equipped had everything required and we cooked most of our meals. We were grateful for the on site barbecues which were always clean and available for our use. There were a few maintenance issues with the unit that I reported but did not get a response to my email but hopefully they will be addressed for future guests ( bathroom sink needs cleaning water is barely draining , kitchen sink faucet drips when off in the cold position, light fixture over dining table has many dust bunnies and I suspect possibly the ceiling fan too, lanai light bulb needs changing) all very minor but need attention So sad to be leaving and would love to stay here again

Pros: Excellent space with wonderfully thought through amenities. Great location. Lovely views of the ocean even from the 2nd floor. Easy walking distance to a great coffee shop, a brewery, Mickey D's, and other places. Quick and thorough communication from hosts. Cons: Finding parking can be tricky if you return late at night. No A/C (but in early Jan it was still comfortable enough at night with the fans on). Would definitely stay here again!!

This Airbnb did not disappoint! I was very happy with my stay here. Nice clean condo with a beautiful view. For a 1 bedroom unit, it’s actually quite spacious. Nice and clean condo with a good ocean view. Great location in north Maui. Easy to visit Lahaina and beautiful beaches. Beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Would stay here again!!

Our stay I unit 208 was truly delightful. Great location. Very clean condo. They provided supplies that lasted our entire stay which is most often not the case. It’s nicely decorated and very clean. We so appreciated that. Nothing worse than coming into someone else’s dirt. The cupboards were stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking and basic supplies such as oil, salt and pepper, coffee liners, soy sauce... to name a few. The hospitality provided by My Perfect Stays was excellent. We had an issue while there which they stayed on top of the entire time. Great communication with quick response time. We had a wonderful time and made lots of great memories. I do feel it’s important to mention that there is construction going on right outside which was fairly noisy Monday through Saturday. Thankfully we were gone most of the days but keep this in mind should you be renters who tend to stay “home” and hunkered down. Also there is no air conditioner... which they are very upfront about in their listing. Some can handle this and others cannot. It was quite warm and humid but they provide 4 oscillating fans which helped. All in all.... this is a wonderful place with fantastic people managing it! Thank you for renting to us!

We really enjoyed having the chairs, the cooler, the pool, and the lanai. One thing we were not aware of but that made our stay a little less enjoyable was that there was no AC.

This place was above expectations. Great view. Everything you need was there. Good location. The kids were comfortable on the pull out couch and went to sleep with wonderful crashing waves from outside. Parking was always easy and this location is close to a few nice things, coffee shop, brewery, etc.

This apartment, located in Lahaina, is central to most activities one would want to do on Maui’s west coast. The view from the unit is beautiful, and lawn chairs on the grass make for easy ocean-sitting! Know that there is not beach access from the apartment, but there is a small pool and grill in the main area for tenant use.

This place was awesome! Great value for money, can sit outside on the veranda and have meals while being metres away from the ocean! Great location right near the water, walking distance to the beach and super close to the bus stop. Walking distance to grocery store and dining options as well. Place was clean, stylish and had everything you could need for the perfect holiday

My husband and I stayed here 8 nights for our honeymoon. We had such a wonderful time. The location of this condo is perfect. Close enough to the action on front street, but far enough away to experience the peacefulness and calm of the ocean. Having the cooler and beach chairs was so wonderful as we spent most days exploring different beaches. The kitchen is also such a nice feature because cooking breakfast and packing lunches each day helped with expenses. The most unforgettable feature of his condo, however, was the magical view from the lanai. We spent so much time out there and the view was magical each time. We were also able to see sea turtles at all times of the day by just walking down to the ocean. Lastly, the management company was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and didn’t have any questions. They called a couple of times during our stay just to check on us. Just an incredible experience all around and we are so grateful!

My husband and I stayed at this very welcoming condo for 9 days on our honeymoon. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Place was very clean! Beach chairs and cooler were great to use. Also, this condo has a phone, which came in handy for making reservations as we are Canadian so we had our phones off the whole time. I still can't get over that view from the lanai! Sunrises and sunsets were truly breathtaking! I highly recommend this condo to couples looking for a romantic getaway and also family. As the condo has a great pool for kids!

Great views and a large comfy bed! What more do you need on Maui? Has all of the comforts of home. Pull out couch isn’t the best, but is fine to sleep on :)

This is a great location and it was perfect for us to stay on the water away from the crowds of the big hotels. Being able to have a complete kitchen was fabulous. This is an older building but it is taken care of. My only recommendation is that the property could benefit from a little updating, but that being said, they would probably increase the price.

Wonderful place! Outside of the crowds of Kaanapali and Lahaina but still very close to access restaurants and attractions. The place had an incredible view. Clean, relaxing, comfortable. We would love to return next time we visit Maui!! Highly recommend.

We were very lucky to book this second floor corner unit in September for a week over the holidays. In an older low rise building, the condo was nicely remodeled, both the king bed and pull out were really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Best of all it overlooked the pool and the ocean-perfect for whale watching and sunsets on the lanai! There was no beach right in front but there was a nice sandy one just to the right. Excellent communication with the agency from time of booking to checkout. Dana was fabulous to deal with and very helpful. Would not stay anywhere else in West Maui if I have a choice.

The location was wonderful, we had a fantastic view of the ocean and 2 other islands. We saw Sea Turtles and whales. The unit was stocked with items that made our stay convenient, including: beach towels, garbage bags and soy sauce. I can't wait to return.

People, don't even think about it...just go! Kahana Reef #208 is the island's best kept secret. The owners have made outstanding improvements and everything you need is right there...along with the ocean just steps away. We can't wait to get back!

We left behind a very busy hectic life for some much needed rest and relaxation. This place was perfect for us. The Lanai overlooked the pool area had a great view of the ocean. We watched the turtles, fish jump not to mention the wonderful sunsets. The property itself was well taken care of, close to everything and was quiet. If you want the resort feel or amenities you won't find it here but if you want a place to relax, enjoy a slower pace, drink a cup of joe in the morning and a cocktail in evening while enjoying the view or BBQing near the pool this is the place. We would not hesitate to come back. There is beach access off the end of the property or you can choose from many other beaches nearby, some within walking distance. Our overall experience with Tori and her home was a 10. If you decide to do some laundry there is facilities onsite to do so. Make sure to bring a roll of quarters the local stores won't sell you a roll.

Ocean Front condo with pool.

This 2nd floor condo was clean and well appointed. There is an elevator in the building so you don't have to haul your suitcases up the stairs. The view was amazing and the pool was right out front of the lanai. There was an excellent breeze that ran through the condo, keeping things cool and the bed was very comfortable. A lockable screen door which we used a lot, provided a steady breeze. A huge bonus were the Tommy Bahama beach chairs which have an insulated pocket as well as other pockets for stuffing with all your beach needs. There were plenty of extra towels and a clean, open laundry room on the main floor if you needed. The internet connection was excellent and we could even go out to the front lawn and still be connected. If you like TV, there were lots of channels to choose from as well. The fridge has an ice maker but we weren't fans of the taste of the water so we bought a large bottle of water in. The pool and BBQ are very thoroughly cleaned every day and it was a surprisingly quiet complex overall. The pool closes by 8 pm so it kept it quiet in the evening. The condo has a lovely beach just to the north of it that you can access from stairs down the seawall and we spent a lot of time there. Turtles feed just off the front of the condo sea wall and there were lots of wind surfers and kite surfers to watch out front. This is definitely a place I would recommend to others. The property managers were excellent to deal with and responded quickly with any questions we had. It was a wonderful experience.

We loved our visit to Maui and staying in your condo just made it an amazing visit. The view is incredible and to be able to just sit on your lovely lanai drinking our morning coffee and taking in the view- what more could we ask for! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a great stay at the unit. Proximity to Lahaina was a plus. Saw plenty of whales from the balcony. I fished out front at the seawall at night and caught a few decent fish. There is a great tackle shop a mile up the road called All About Fish that rents gear and sells bait, but shrimp and squid are actually cheaper at the grocery store. Definitely a laid-back condo. Everyone was very friendly.

The view from the balcony was worth everything. We watched whales spout and turtles swim! The guests were very friendly, some who return to Kahana Reef every year. Close to great beaches, good restuarants, and groceries. It was a perfect vacation for us. The apartment was super clean and we had everything we needed.

Your condo in Kahana Reef is truly amazing! We are grateful that we were able to stay there from May through July 2017. The view is beyond incredible and the sunsets from the lanai spectacular! It is close enough to all of the Maui activities but quite and peaceful which we greatly enjoyed. It was extremely well appointed for our 6 week stay; the kitchen had what we needed for cooking, we loved the plush towels and laundry in the building was a plus. All of the residents in your building were very friendly and helpful with tips on where to eat and what to see. Your management company was easy to work with and very accommodating. You certainly have it all figured out on how to provide an wonderful experience for your guests. Thank you!
