It features a pullout Queen-sized sleeper sofa, where you can drift off to sleep while being gently lulled by the sound of the waves just outside your window. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV with cable is provided, along with complimentary high-speed WiFi, so you can stay connected or enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

If you love to cook, you'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, which includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Kahana Reef is situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas, you will enjoy top beaches, excellent dining and shopping and other attractions. This oceanfront resort is located near some of Maui's top beaches where you can enjoy snorkeling, swimming, relaxing and/or sunbathing. This resort offers complimentary parking, an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and an authentic and peaceful Maui experience. Resort also offers on-site, coin operated laundry facility. 

There are no resort or parking fees. 

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays who provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
