Kahana Manor 503 Description

Kahana Manor 503 is a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests, which is located on the 5th floor, and accessible by an elevator. The remodel was completed in a way that is ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible. For your comfort, there are 2 portable air conditioners in the condo. Dine inside or outside on your private lanai, a great place to enjoy coffee or Mai Tai! Step inside the open-concept living area; a nice place to relax after a long day in the sun. The kitchen features bright white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern finishes, providing the staples of everything you need to make meals at home.

Slide the barn door to reveal the master bedroom to find a comfortable queen-sized bed and large mirrored closet doors. The ensuite bathroom, also freshly remodeled, features a large walk-in and roll-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo. The living area has a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that offers each unit 1 dedicated parking stall, features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

This condo was amazing and came equipped with beach gear like beach towels, chairs, flippers, ice chests, frozen ice packs ready to use. Beach access was just a walk across the street. The condo was clean, fresh and had updated and trendy decorations. There were a lot of extra linens and bath towels. The tv was very easy to use. It was equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely stay with this place again.

Super Happy With This Pick For Our Maui Vacation

Super happy with this pick for our Maui vacation. Easy to find and looks just like the posted pictures. Many places in Hawaii rely on the beautiful weather to keep your place cool enough. Being from the Midwest, we are addicted to air conditioning, so the two portable air conditioners in each bedroom were amazing. The view from the patio allows you to see the ocean and swaying palm trees. A booklet of suggested restaurants and beaches came in handy when trying to decide where to go. We had one small hiccup with the shower curtain on our first night. I called My Perfect Stays in the morning and got superb customer service. They sent a worker, Greg, out that day, and by the time we returned from the beach, everything was back in tip-top shape. Mind you, it was a Sunday, so extra thanks to Greg for his quick fix!

Our holiday was stellar thanks to “Our Perfect Stays”. Our Condo was clean, easy to access after we arrived very late at night, exactly as shown in the photos, kitchen very well equipped, beach chairs and towels provided and patio table with comfy chairs much appreciated by two senior women. Parking was wonderful and everything exceeded our expectations!

It Really Did Feel Like the Perfect Stay

My friends and I absolutely loved staying here! We came for a weekend trip getaway and at the risk of sounding incredibly cliche, it really did feel like the perfect stay. We had everything we needed, even lawn chairs and bath towels for the trips out to the beach. The location is right by the water and it’s a brilliant view to wake up to. Sunsets are majestic and there’s amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Definitely would stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing! Very short walk to the beach and dollies downstairs was awesome with great pizza! A little ways from shopping centers but overall we rate this 5 stars. We would come back again!

Quick walk down to the beach, or 10 min drive to one, of many. Great pizza/pasta pub right down stairs. All the amenities you could ask for, i.e. padded chairs for the beach, ice chest, and cute flamingo beach towels. Very clean and spacious. I would stay here again!

We had our best trip to Maui this year. The condo had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The sunsets from the Lanai were incredible. Miso Phat has the best Sushi and it's in the building ! Dollies has great food and a super happy hour. The condo has AC in the bedrooms but we didn't need it. Great island breezes. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the Street. The Whales were everywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

The description of the condo is on point. We loved it. The unit looks just like the photos. Everything is fairly new and well taken care of. We don’t have anything negative to say about this unit. Please note that the elevator is located on the first floor right next to Dollies Pub and Cafe. The rental agency My Perfect Stays was very helpful and in constant communication.

Spacious and modern apartment in great location. There are a couple of details that have already been mentioned in other reviews: no AC in the living room and the primary bathroom doesn’t have a door. Still, a good stay for our family of 5.

The condo was very nicely updated and decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal. The location was good , close to restaurants and a little store. The pool was clean and lovely. The master bedroom/bathroom has a rolling barn door, it would be nice if it was a little bigger for better coverage and privacy from the living room. There is no AC in the living area, but there is a window unit in each bedroom. We used the box fan provided to help circulate the cooler air and stayed pretty comfortable. We loved the patio with the view of the ocean. Amazing sunsets! We would stay here again.

Super Fun Stay

Kahana Manor 503 is the perfect getaway. Especially for first timers. It's right across the street from the beach. Right next to a few bar and grills and a McDonalds for those that don't like to explore their palette's. Attached to the building is also a Snorkel shop so you can just wake up and go! Down the street are some shops and restaurants. Most of your restaurants and shops will be on Front Street I think, But it's just a quick a drive from Kahana Manor. Inside the condo each room had an AC unit which was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. The shampoo and conditioner was basic hotel style so bring your own if your sharing. The view is really nice. There are some buildings in the way but they're spaced apart enough to see the sun set and the ocean. We will definitely be coming back and staying with My Perfect Stays. They were very easy to work with and responded to our text messages with questions. We will probably stay a little closer to the hustle and bustle next time, but this was a perfect spot for a quiet getaway.

We had a very nice stay here. The location was great, it was a short drive to the historic town of Lahaina. It was up on the fifth floor and an end unit, so it was quiet. The buildings are a bit dated, but the inside of the apartment is nice. It had a very nice kitchen area. The cooling units in the bedrooms kept the place cool. You will need the fan to push the air out to the living room and kitchen though. There was no much privacy to the on- suite bathroom because of the barn door, it doesn’t close all the way. It might not be an issue to everyone. They communicated very well with any questions.

Kahana Manor 503 is an incredible value stay in the beautiful Kaanapali area. About 5 minutes from black rock beach (best beach in northwest Maui in my opinion), 5 minutes from whalers village, and about 10 minutes from downtown Lahaina, you’re right in the middle of all of the best places. Plus, Miso phat sushi is literally in the same building as your condo (incredible sushi, def recommend going, it was on diners drive ins and dives). Also, Dottie’s bar was a great dive bar for sports and cheap drinks / late night pizza. We r really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo if you’re considering the Kaanapali area

Perfect quiet location for our family of 6. Ocean view and a beautiful beach with amazing snorkeling just a 5 minute walk from the condo. We really enjoyed the more relaxed local feel in Kahana compared to some of the busier touristy areas that we visited. Would definitely come again to Maui and Kahana Manor!

What a perfect location and well equipped condo! Additionally, it is hard to find an ADA accessible place to stay and this condo was perfect for us. Beautifully remodeled condo

The inside of the condo is awesome, has everything you need, well stocked with soaps trash bags coffee misc etc..the little things. Beds and linens are great, ac units in each bedroom work awesome, cools the room down in 5 mins with the door shut. The building itself is definitely dated but doesn't matter. The shops downstairs and right up the street have everything you need, food, booze, sundries etc. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a beautiful vacation while staying at My Perfect Stays. The decor was updated and the condo very clean. The setup of the air conditioning was a bit inconvenient, but worked very well. The location is very charming, but a rent car is a necessity. You have to drive to the good beaches, quaint shops and island attractions. The island is bigger than you think.

I Would Stay Here Again And Recommend To Anyone Looking For A Home Away From Home

This was the perfect place to stay on our trip to Maui. Check-in was so easy, the condo was very clean and beautifully updated, and the view as well as the location were perfect. My Perfect Stays texted us the day after we got settled in to make sure we were doing okay, and they even went out of their way to deliver us a tower fan since the living room was a little hot for us. This Airbnb was completely stocked up on necessary supplies to live for the week and is a short walk to a small little beach area. The pool is clean and I crowded. The shops downstairs and across the street make it extra convenient. Definitely try Dollies and Miso Phat downstairs for dinner while you’re here because both were delicious and great atmospheres. Overall we don’t have any complaints. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

The condo was perfect for our first trip to Maui. It was truly a home away from home. The location was convenient with a store and restaurants steps away. It was a short walk to the beach. A very cleans and comfortable place. Sitting on the deck for our morning coffee was a treat. We would highly recommend this place to everyone we know! Thank you for your wonderful place and service! We had an amazing time in Maui thanks to the great condo that was provided by myperfectstays. It was clean with a great price and the service team was very responsive for any questions I had. They also allowed me to check in earlier since we were planned to arrive at the destination early.

Better than expected!

What a beautiful condo! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well appointed and furnished. Super comfortable beds and sofa. The view of the ocean was great from the Lanai. So nice to have a designated parking spot that was included. The refrigerator was a full size with every utensil you can imagine in the kitchen.Nice private pool area that was uncrowded. Definitely will stay here again.
