It’s ideal for a romantic getaway, as well as the family looking for kid-friendly beaches and all the comforts of home amenities. The remodel was completed in a way that is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
Kahana Manor 503 does not have an installed air conditioner, however, for your comfort, there are 2 portable air conditioning units in the condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath 5th floor condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that the complex offers elevators for your convenience. Dine inside or outside on your private lanai, a great place to enjoy your coffee or Mai Tai! Step inside to the open concept main living area; the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The bright and airy kitchen features bright white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern finishes. It truly has everything you need to make all your meals at home.
Slide the barn door to find the master bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed and large mirrored closets. The ensuite bathroom, also freshly remodeled, features a large walk-in and roll-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a Queen size bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For additional guests, a Queen size sofa sleeper is available in the main living area. This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Kahana Beach, a short walk from your condo, is the quintessential Maui beach – soft, white sand, no rocks to dodge and peaceful. It’s a great beach for swimming, with smaller waves and crystal blue water. There’s even a rock outcropping on the south side of the beach and reefs to the north that are perfect for snorkeling. And, with the rental shop located on the ground floor of the complex, you can easily rent your snorkel gear and head out to the reef to get a closer view of the sea turtles, eels, dolphins, and many beautiful tropical fish.
Kahana Manor is steps away from popular restaurants, shops and transportation. In fact, Miso Phat Sushi is located on the ground floor of Kahana Manor. There is also a grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store, and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. The Sands Restaurant, Maui Brewing Company, and concierge services for your island outings is a short 3-minute walk. If you prefer a day trip to Lahaina, which is less than 15-minutes away by car/bus, you can access public transportation within steps of the condo as well – and it operates every hour!
Important to note that some things around the resort are not ADA friendly and require steps, including the resort pool.
We set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.
This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
