E Komo Mai “welcome” to Kahana Manor 411! This newly remodeled Kahana Manor condo is located between Napili – Honokowai and Kaanapali, in one of the most popular areas in West Maui. Less than fifteen minutes from Lahaina, this beautiful condominium’s location is the perfect mix of resort life and local vibe. It’s ideal for a romantic getaway, as well as the family looking for kid-friendly beaches and all the comforts of home amenities.
Kahana Manor 411 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo situated on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that the property offers elevator access for your convenience. You can stay cool inside with ceiling fans as well as two portable AC units and the Hawaiian trade winds! Step inside to the open concept main living area; the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The bright and airy kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals. Your private lanai is the perfect spot to gather for your evening cocktail. You'll also experience beautiful sunsets with the peek-a-boo ocean view! In the serene and tranquil bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed. There is a Queen size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Pack light as there is also a washer and dryer included for your convenience.
Kahana Beach, a short walk from your condo, is the quintessential Maui beach – soft, white sand, no rocks to dodge and peaceful. It’s a great beach for swimming, with smaller waves and crystal blue water. There’s even a rock outcropping on the south side of the beach and reefs to the north that are perfect for snorkeling. And, with the rental shop located on the ground floor of the complex, you can easily rent your snorkel gear and head out to the reef to get a closer view of the sea turtles, eels, dolphins, and many beautiful tropical fish.

There is also a grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. If you prefer a day trip to Lahaina, which is less than 15-minutes away by car, you can access public transportation within steps of the condo as well – and it operates every hour!
We set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
