The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Everything met our expectations. The sliding glass door seemed to be broken somewhere because it was not able to prevent shaking and rattling with the wind. Probably an easy fix and it did not negatively impact our stay.

The condo was spacious & clean with all the amenities needed for our entire stay. The view of the ocean was beautiful & we saw a large number of sharks every day. The restaurant at the resort was good & it was nice to be within walking distance to other restaurants. My Perfect Stays responded well & communicated with all the information we needed. I would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at Kaanapali Shores 920 with My Perfect Stays. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view that made every morning feel like a postcard. The location is perfect for exploring the west side of Maui, and having shops, the boardwalk, and the beach all within walking distance was a huge plus.
The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for the week. The snorkel gear provided was okay—definitely usable, but nothing special—so bring your own if you're particular about equipment. The only real minor issue was the sliding door to the balcony, which was a bit rough and noisy, but it didn't take away from our enjoyment of the space.
Overall, we loved the unit and would absolutely stay here again. Great value, great location, and a great experience with My Perfect Stays.

Condo was exactly as described. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy, fold out couch was as comfy as a fold out couch can be. Location was super convenient. We didn't get in the pools at all but they looked really nice and well kept up. Communication was great. Very pleased overall and would def recommend!!

Great views, great location, and a comfortable and roomy condo. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained as were the two hot tubs and pools. This is our third time using MyPerfectStays and our third time at Kaanapali Shores. We will definitely be back and soon!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in penthouse 920. It was such a wonderful place and I just wanted to thank Scott and Alohi for delivering such prompt and caring customer service when the toilet wasn't working . everyone that answered your phone and helped us out for anything we needed was so friendly as well!
The place had some wonderful added amenities that other VRBO's have not offered such as the cooler, beach, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. these were really great touches!
Thanks again for a wonderful stay and look forward to staying here again next time!

Staying at Ka'anapali Shores #920 was a great choice we made for Maui. The unit is clean and have ample amenities. Lots of towels, laundry pods, beach gears, etc. They also gave a welcome gift, which was not expected. The view is priceless. You'll wake up with an ocean view with palm trees in both the living room and bedroom.
The AC and laundry unit was a must have for us and we utilized it well during our stay.
Our kids enjoyed the heated pool so much. Great landscape with tiki torches lit up every night. They provide mineral sunscreen in the pool area. The staffs are super friendly. They have free activities on certain days so sure you sign up in advance. We did the Ukulele and Weaving class. Both classes were fun. Over all, staying at Ka'anapali Shores made our trip complete. We'll come back one day.

We had a great stay at this rental. Spectacular view. Condo was very clean and well appointed (kitchen appliances and utensils) compared to alot of other rentals in the past! Onsite staff were very nice and helpful. Overall, a super rental! Thanks!

This condo was perfect for our time on Maui. It had everything we needed and the location was great we saw whales e eryday from the unit and the grounds. Highly recommend this resort. The staff was all amazing from the desk to the restaurant to the whole staff we encountered!

This was a fantastic place to stay. The location was great and the view from our room was awesome. The pools are nice and it’s right on the beach. The unit even came with bean chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to rent any.

This property was well worth it, we would stay again. We saw whales from our balcony and the unit and resort had everything that we needed. It was a short walk across the street to a grocery store. The restaurant on the property was excellent. We were very happy with our stay.

We were so impressed with this room and the resort. We stayed and 2 places while honeymooning in Maui and visited several other resorts during the trip. This one was by far our favorite and we were very pleased to have booked here. The room had a beautiful view where we sat and whale watched. Every amenity needed was available in excess. The location was perfect with the multiple pools, restaurant, beach area and even for a little snorkeling. We would choose this place again.

This was our first experience with My Perfect Stays but hopefully not our last! The location of the Kaanapali Shores was perfect for what we wanted to do. The booking staff answered all my questions about what was in the condo and what to expect. There were plenty of shops and dining choices in the resort or within walking distance. The pool by the beach was closed for renovations and that was very disappointing but the other pool was open and just a bit crowded. The condo itself was well furnished if not a little dated but everything we needed. Everything worked. The view from our deck was awesome. We were on the top floor so we had quite a good view to Malaki and the ocean itself. The facilities were so large it took us a few days to discover everything! We will hopefully book there again in the future.

The unit 920 is a gem! The view from our room is stunning! We have everything we need when we arrived. We had great 14 days accommodation. Very quiet floor and location of our unit. We luv it! The only wish is that since there are 3 adults...the shampoo, conditioner, lotion could have been a couple of each (shampoo...) Aston Kaanapali shores is also very clean. Staff are very nice friendly. Parking... plenty of spaces. Location... very good. My perfect stay management is very good. Response asap for any question or concerns. Keep up the great job!

This unit will be undergoing renovation sometime in October. We give a 5 star because of the comfortable accommodation, all you need in a home are provided (except food of course ) we cooked breakfast, and enjoyed seating on the porch. The view from our unit is absolutely gorgeous! We had air-condition, washer and dryer, electric range, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner( cleaning staff must make sure to empty the dust canister always before the next guests come in specially this time of pandemic) We did not use it because it was full of dust. Beds were comfortable. Our unit location is very quiet( we really like it) we always slept well. Parking...no problem at all. Plenty!...swimming pools....awesome! Warm water. The beach ...wonderful! We ran out of toilet paper close to our departure. The shampoo and conditioner and lotion, teeny tiny soap provided should be at 2 each of its kind considering there are 3 adults and staying 12 days. We will rate this unit more than 5 stars if theres any after its renovation. Surely, they'll be replacing the outdated appliances. Thank you so much also to the management of my perfect stay and staff of Kaanapali Shores including parking guys, garden maintenance. We had a perfectly relaxing and comfortable accommodation. Keep up the great job!!

A truly wonderful somewhat budget friendly condo with an amazing ocean view. We had a wonderful time here and the host company was responsive when needed and left us alone when not needed. Everything in the condo was functional and the addition of two heavy beach towels, two beach chairs, and a cooler really helped us get the most out of our vacation. The construction noise was extremely minimal and, at the time of writing, unable to be heard from the room. The beach and pool are nice and quiet, much quieter than some of the bigger hotels in the area which we really appreciated when we had a few rest days. The location is great with a supermarket and local food options, including an amazing fish market. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a wonderful time renting this unit, as it was very centrally located to a lot of our activities and provided a nice resort to relax at whenever we wanted to have a rest day. The bed was comfy, A/C kept the humidity down, and had all of the appliances desired for a slightly longer stay. We never needed to reach out to the MPS crew for anything, but they made sure to keep in touch in case we needed help with anything.

We had an excellent vacation of over a week in this unit and we never got bored of the superb views . The whole resort and the penthouse caters to all types and moods of all family members . Kids enjoyed the pool and beach and we enjoyed the serene Ocean Views from Lanai and Bedroom . Even though we stayed at almost the end of Whale Season , but we saw whales from Lanai almost every day . Enjoying evening cocktails or morning chai/coffee is still so fresh in our minds . Very conveniently located to a lot of points of attraction . We would surely like to visit again and highly recommend to our friends and family .
