There are no elevators at this property. Unit G302 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master suite with an inviting king-size bed and large flat-screen TV is privately located on the top level with a newly remodeled bathroom. Unwind in your spa-like bathroom featuring a rainfall showerhead, cherry cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops. Soak in the views from your private lanai just off the bedroom. We had a great week and would love to come back to this condo. It was so roomy and had everything we could need. The kitchen was well outfitted and the beach equipment was so useful. The backpack chairs with the built in coolers carried everything we needed for the beach and the boogie boards made it super easy to grab them and go whenever we wanted. The views were amazing and our boys could play golf at a top course right next to the condo. It really has everything. The communication with My Perfect Stay was excellent and they answered every question we had. We can’t wait to come back!

VRBO review This place was amazing! The two bathroom and two bedroom was perfect for our two families. Four adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies. Each room has enough space for a blow up bed and portable crib. There are two blow ups and extra bedding and throw pillows in the closet. Definitely not enough blankets but that was brought up to management (who were so easy to reach and also let me know they are available by text.) The team truly is attentive, emailed weeks in advance with suggestions for activities and a grocery shopping/delivery service. The concierge service was offered but we didn’t take them up on it. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, spending time on the lanai overlooking the pool area. The place is equipped with almost everything you need. Tons of beach equipment such as chairs, goggles, toys. Even had a baby gate so we didn’t need to rent one. Highly recommend it and would stay here again!

This listing is exactly as described. The location is perfect for adults and kids. The condo is well stocked, clean, plenty of room for storage and spacious for 6. Our favorite was the lanai, eating our meals there with that great view was so peaceful. Having the grill on the lanai made cooking convenient (thank you for that!) So close to the Whalers Village and walking/running path which we did every morning and evening. Shout out to the management company and owner for clear instructions and communication ahead of time. We’ve stayed in Kaanapali many times, this condo I would return to.

We stayed in G302 for our spring break vacation. Well equipped, clean, with plenty of space. It was helpful to have a grill on the lanai. We enjoyed eating our meals on the lanai as well. The view is great, you see a little of everything especially the beautiful sunsets. The walk to the beach is doable however it can be difficult carrying chairs and things. Better to park down by the beach. Lots of opportunities for running or walking. Very happy we stayed here!

The unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The following items may need attention from the owner/property management -The mixing faucet of the master bathroom was defective and we run out of hot water almost every morning. The hot water tank was not sufficient for 5 people. - to consider to change and replace mattress with new ones

Great property for your stay in Maui. It’s centrally located with quick access by car or walking to Wheeler’s village and the main attractions, including restaurants bars, the beach and luaus. The apartment is fully stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas as well as necessities like shampoo, conditioner towels, and soap. Of note, the apartment is on a third-floor, and there is no elevator, which is something to consider if you have heavy luggage like we did. Otherwise, nothing negative to say our state was enjoyable and we would definitely be back.

We’ve stayed at The Kaanapali Royale numerous times and we like this location. This was our first time in this particular condo unit. It has a nice view and a cozy feeling. We could have used additional blankets for the beds. The property manager responded immediately when we requested an additional key and needed minor repairs. We look forward to staying here in the future.

My Perfect Stays was very accommodating when we asked for an additional key and a few other adjustments/repairs in the condo. They responded immediately. The condo provided substantial supplies in the kitchen. We could have used an extra blanket for each bed. Fortunately we were able to use beach towels on our beds instead. The condo unit is spacious with great views. During our ten-day stay, however, the hot tub was not operational, which was disappointing. Looking forward to staying there in the future!

Great Condo, be ready for a flight of stairs. Close to Amenities and Whalers Village. We ended up booking here last minute for a staycation while visiting my mom on Island. Perfect condo and did what it said on the tin, comfortable firm king size bed and tvs in every room. Great kitchen. Clean. The cleaning fee was extremely steep. And worth noting that you can’t cancel if the reservation is within 7 days. Otherwise amazing - would stay here again. Kids (3,1.5) loved the pool and running around space outside.

Great stay! 10-15 minute walk to Kaanapali beach and restaurants. Stairs are a little tough after a day at the beach so just be mindful of those 3 flights of stairs, otherwise amazing!

The condo is in a great location - walking distance to Whaler's Village and the beach, and a short car ride to restaurants and shops in Lahaina. We had plenty of space and two lovely terraces to relax on. This was a great vacation!

Huge condo, more than enough room for our family of 4. Good kitchen, comfortable beds, large living space, and it was nice having laundry machines for towels etc. It was a bit of a walk to get to the beach and Whalers Village etc, but it was nice and quiet and away from the crowds.

We stayed March 19-29. The location is excellent. The condo complex borders on the golf course; this unit faces North, looking down on the pool area, golf course, and toward the ocean; buildings obscure much of the ocean view. Friends stayed in other units; some had more ocean views, but this unit is nice as it does not get direct morning or evening sun, so you can sit on the deck in the shade any time, and not get cooked or blinded by the sun. This 3rd floor unit has a fair # of stairs up to it, but the unit was quiet. We could hear the highway but it was not disturbing. Parking is convenient right below the unit. The grounds for the complex are very nicely kept with lots of trees and shrubs, and controlled gate access. This is a quiet neighbourhood. Just down the road is Ride Smart Maui where you can rent regular or E bikes. Walking or driving to the end of access road and turning right on Kekaa takes you to "The Fairway Shops" little mall (easy walking distance) where there is a nice coffee place, a Snorkel Store for rentals, Whaler's General Store, and Round Table Pizza. Turning left on Kekaa takes you a 10 minuted walk down to Whaler's Village and the beach. There is a parking garage at Whaler's and further down by Black Rock. The condo itself is nicely kept. The master was up a flight of stairs, comfortable with a small balcony, TV , ceiling fan, dressers, nice bathroom, large shower. There is a step up into the shower so those with balance issues need to be careful. The second bedroom on the main floor is also large and comfortable with ceiling fan, closets, full bathroom and a desk. There is a portable fan/A/C unit, an inflatable mattress and extra linens in the closet. The kitchen is large and modern--some of the utensils and plates were not well cleaned but management has said they will deal with that. There is a microwave, convection oven, large fridge with top freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a good selection of pots and pans and bowls, although a couple of the frying pans have been abused by previous guests. The dining area and living room are nice, with a large stereo unit, TV, and a large wi-fi router. The lanaii is large, with a very well maintained bbq off to the side. The A/C worked well, and the ceiling fans in various areas are nice. Hot water was plentiful. The front closet beach toys and chairs and umbrellas. We had one issue, and the management company responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was amazing! Perfect for our 8 day stay on Maui. Was one of the best stocked airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The unit had everything we needed for cooking and the beach, plenty of chairs, towels and even an umbrella. The outdoor lanai was great, we spent every morning and dinner on it! Location was good, maybe a 10-15min walk to the resorts and beach area.

Great unit, one of the newest ones we have ever stayed. Aside from an AC issue everything was great. It is a bit far from the beach so you will have to walk around 20 mins to the beach or the village. Public parking in the area is pretty sparse. Pool is not heated but well maintained. Beach near black rock is great and you can walk there in 25 mins.

Nice, clean condo with everything you need for a medium sized group (4-6 people / 2 couples). Good: Pool Walkable to Whaler’s Village Short drive to Lahaina Much more economical than nearby hotels Bad: AC hard to control $20/car/day parking

Great place and very comfortable for a family of 6 to stay for a week. Great communication , fully stocked with everything we needed, lot of bath towels , beach towels , chairs , umbrella, water toys and cooler. Our Kids enjoyed the pool, and we were walking distance to the beach , shopping and, Whaler's Village.

Everything was great, lots of room, very well equipped condo with stunning views. But, 3rd floor Condo with no elevator. I am a disabled vet with rebuilt legs. I completely missed that small detail. That should be very obvious in the listing. Also, I suggest bars in the showers for us older people. If you are ADA do not rent here. Very difficult to get to the pool or hot tub and forget about bringing your stuff up 3 flights of stairs. Other than that, great location and property for young healthy people.

We loved our stay. The Condo was perfect for our group of 6. Very clean. Loved the view and the pool. Hope to stay again soon. My only issue would be that the upstairs mattress was a little rough on my hips and my hubs back. The customer service was wonderful...super responsive and helpful. Very grateful!

This condo was incredible- massive space, open floor plan, brand new appliances, so clean and really felt like home away from home. The location is right on a beautiful golf course and is maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The balconies are so nice at night to sit and relax on- this condo truly has everything you need to have a great trip. Will definitely book this one again!

Great location. The kids LOVED the condo and the pool. Super convenient location in the Ka'anapali resort, close to whalers village and the market off the main road. Close to downtown Lahaina easy drive/Uber.

I had a group of 6 adults and we all loved the condo! Very spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need besides food! I would definitely stay here again especially with less then a 10 min walk to whalers village and the beach!

This is a very nice condo, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The grounds and mature plants were beautiful and made for a lovely view. It's up the hill from Whalers Village, about a 10 minute walk. We used a lot of the cooking and grilling equipment which was nice because the restaurants were packed. There was plenty of beach items, chairs, toys, including an umbrella! The only thing missing were a couple of pails for sand castles. The pool is small but nice and there is a hot tub. We had an issue with the dishwasher and we got a prompt reply from property manager. Note that this is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We knew this and it wasn't an issue. This is a wonderful mid range priced option for people that prefer a condo instead of a hotel. We did not have any issues with road noise. It was great to have the washer and dryer and the air conditioner worked perfectly! Mahalo.

We have been to Maui multiple times but this was our first stay at Kaanapali Shores. This complex is beautifully located off the golf course and up the hill from The Whaler Mall. The grounds were maintained often throughout the week. Our condo was furnished with everything needed for pool time and beach time (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, ice chest etc), which was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and spacious for our family of 4. My only complaint was the hidden parking fees and the noise at night from the main road. Mahalo

Fantastic condo in a desirable part of Maui. We needed a spacious two bed two bath to accommodate a family member joining us and the duplex layout of this unit was perfect for privacy. Location, size, value for money, and and overall unit quality all exceeded expectations.

Loved our Condo!!! Having never rented a condo before for vacation I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to have all of that space for our family and friends. It was very clean. It had all the amenities anyone could ask for and it was close to the beach, Whalers Village, and the pool for the kids to go to. Definitely going to go back!!

This was a great location for Maui. We were within walking distance of a calm Beach for our littler kids, ages 6 and 8. And my husband and I walked to the beach every morning and every evening. We felt safe leaving are for kids at the condo while we did so. Also a good jumping-off point for other activities in Maui. The staff at the condo location were fantastic and very responsive. We had everything we needed at the house. We particularly appreciated time decompressing in the swimming pool after a day of swimming in the ocean.

We have vacationed at the Kaanapali Royal close to a dozen times-we love this location. It’s close enough to walk to the beach and shopping but yet quiet (except for a little road noise depending on the condo you’re in) and relaxing. Plus, if you are into tennis or Picklball, you have your own private courts to use. This time we stayed in unit G302. Very nice remodeled condo with a bbq we used a lot. There are 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down to enter and exit this condo so I suggest packing light ;) The managing company for this unit was great to deal with!

We had an amazing stay here. It's very spacious and open. It's a 10 minute walk from a beautiful beach with great snorkeling that is calm to swim in Winter even when there are dangerous waves on the rest of the island. It's also walking to some great restaurants. We especially loved the two lanais! They have beautiful views of the surroundings and ocean, especially from the top lanai. Since they're always in the shade they keep you comfortable even when it's over 80 degrees. Overall we would definitely love to come back here again!

A beautiful area, the condo unit is a bit dated but well-maintained with thoughtful extras - laundry detergent/dryer sheets, beach chairs w umbrella, tennis racquets, nice TVs in each room. Be careful walking thru vs around golf course to access beach and shops. Close to many restaurants, shops, beach, running/walking trails. Really enjoyed our stay and lovely condo.

overall great stay. The condo was modern/updated, spacious, and clean as pictured. Bathrooms were very nice and spacious. Outdoor patio was very good sized and relaxing space. You can walk to Kaanapali Beach -10 minutes. However we found this beach too crowded and drove to other beaches. Few things to know/consider: Condo is on the third floor and there are 35 to 40 steps to reach the condo from the parking lot. While the condo and patio facing the pool are quiet, the parking area/entrance side of the condo is near the highway and you can clearly hear the highway. Also as mentioned on Airbnb there is an additional $20 a night parking fee.

The check-in, location and place is great. Also My Perfect Stays installed temporary ACs, but it didn't help and didn't cool down the place (the building kept the AC at 50% only and it is not enough during hot summer). Only one thing to improve, the installed ACs made the temperature better, but it wasn't able to cool it down under 79F. Also it was quite noisy, compared to standard AC.

“Amazing place! Excellent apartment! I loved it. The apartment is pretty awesome, but the first floor room is too much noise due to the near road. Besides that, it needs black out curtains because the blinds let out a lot of clarity. The second floor bedroom needs black out on top of the glass doors. The light bothered us to sleep.”

Super fast service and very responsive. Had an issue with the house, they were quick to take care of it. We found the location to be great, the price seemed on par, had some beach chairs and things, and it is well furnished. The place is in need of a real deep clean.

Overall this property was wonderful. Very clean and I liked how the upstairs room has privacy. It is a third floor unit so be prepared to carry luggage and groceries up to the third floor. I would suggest packing light.

If you are looking for an awesome location book this place right away! You can walk to the beach and lots of restaurants! Or a short drive to several other beaches. The unit has a spectacular lanai (porch) which we used everyday. The resort is definitely from the 80s and the unit isn’t the most updated but you will have anything you need from beach chairs to every kitchen utensil possible! We especially loved that it came with snorkel gear! We used it everyday! The porch has a great view of the pool and grounds which are REALLY nice and cleaned everyday! Communication with the host was great—we didn’t have hot water the first day and they fixed it immediately and called several times to make sure everything was okay. Overall it’s a fantastic place in a fantastic location—can’t beat Maui!

Unit was clean and beds were comfy. Enjoyed using snorkeling gear and beach chairs and was pleased that there were a few spices in cabinet. Light in ceiling fan on lanai was out but was quickly replaced after a call. Overall great experience!

Booking this condo was easy. After booking we received emails and phone calls confirming our booking and asking us if there was anything we needed once we arrived on Maui. The condo is fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and ice chests for a day at the beach. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, bake or BBQ outside. We enjoyed everyday and plan to book again.

Photos show a true representation. Lovely decor. Pool was right out front. Walk to main beach was about 10 to 15 mins depending on energy level. There was a few hills involved. Over all good stay. And easy to book and deal with. Thank you.

The condo was a wonderful location! Would be helpful if there was a stool to climb into the tub upstairs for shorter people and also some slip guards for the base of the tub. Had a little problem with the clothes washer locking for the cycle we set it on and it had a very loud, grinding noise in agitating the clothes for 90 minutes...difficult to reset. Service called but couldn’t come for a few days. We were able to adjust but using a different cycle. This being said all else was great!

Condo was perfect it was me and my wife and my best friend and his wife the place is very big and extremely well equipped the kitchen is very equipped as well. Bbq on the lanai were awesome the pool at the complex is great the unit has ac which can be a life saver on some of the hot humid days. It’s a very short 5 minute walk to whalers village or to the Kaanapali beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very nice and accommodating condo in Maui!

Extremely well equipped and comfortable space for family travel with young children (keep watchful eye with the balconies). Also, no elevator access which can be cumbersome but this was made clear upon booking. Very clean, high end furniture, luxurious bedding, kitchen and beach supplies excellently stocked. Very beautiful and welcoming home.

We stayed a week with our three young kids (7, 9, 11) and we loved it! First, the condo is very well stocked. Most timeshares would have only one set of the most essential items (dinnerware, cookware, utensils, cooking utensils, etc.). This place had multiple sets of each (e.g., want a cutting board? there's four!). Also, because it is a second home, there's lots of other household items that you wouldn't necessarily find in a hotel or timeshare--things including kitchen items (meat thermometer came in handy for the Costco steaks, collection of spices and sauces, grilling utensils, etc.), office items (tape, glue sticks, staplers, stationary), storage containers (permanent and disposable), first aid kit--all things that you might take for granted until you really need it. Plenty of recreational equipment (the snorkel gear was useful), lounging items (sand mats and chairs came in handy), and even multiple coolers of varying sizes and shapes (boxes/bags) that were instrumental to keeping those drinks refreshingly cold on those hot summer days on the beaches. Only thing missing was perhaps a folding wagon to help lug everything around! I suspect previous guests may have bought items and left them there for future guests' use and enjoyment (good idea--we did that as well), otherwise, not sure how the place could otherwise be so well stocked. The condo itself was wonderful. Way more spacious than any hotel suite or resort timeshare. The condo building is on the older side, but the condo itself seemed much more modern with an updated look and feel. Lots of privacy because very few neighbors (seemed to us that many of the condos were empty perhaps from condo owners simply opting to not rent out and just leave them empty when they are not there). We felt like we were one of only a few families staying there, and nearly had the entire place to ourselves! We loved coming home from a long day at the beach or touring about to come to our quiet condo to decompress together before putting the kids to sleep. When coming back from the beach, we would always jump in the pool (since it was so close to the condo) to wash out the sand and to cool off before going back to the condo. The grounds were well maintained. We played tennis one morning (you can check out rackets and balls) and visited the driving range (within eyeshot of our front door). The condo sits on a championship golf course and is basically a hop, skip, and a jump across a fairway from the main strip of resorts that lines Ka'anapali Beach. It was perfect--we had access to all the same beaches along the resort strip (as well as Whaler's Village) but could retreat to our "oasis" when we tired of the noise and busyness of the resorts. Would highly recommend this place and would certainly return to it if opportunity presented itself.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Kaanapali. The location is perfect: 10 minute walk to beach, snorkeling, shopping, restaurants, sunsets. The condo itself, with its artwork & furnishings, is beautiful. It has a well appointed kitchen and a propane grill on the lanai, so cooking meals (when we weren't eating out) was a snap. The layout, with master bed & bath upstairs & extra air mattresses for the kids in the lower bedroom, was great. There is plenty of living space to relax, and it was nice to have TV choices in different rooms. You can see the ocean from the lanai, and I enjoyed relaxing there during the heat of the day - feeling the ocean breeze, enjoying the view, but without the sun beating down on me. We walked to the beach and to Black Rock for snorkeling, which was great. We enjoyed swimming in the pool when we weren't at the beach or out hiking. It was nice to have a washer/dryer as well. We stayed at this beautiful condo during the last 10 days of July 2014. (VRBO system did not allow me to input that date). Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Kaanapali. Our stay in the condo made it even more enjoyable. The condo is roomy and exquisite with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Internal decorations are wonderful and it is well furnished with all of the amenities you need. It is located close to all kinds of activities and is a nice beautiful short walk away from the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will be visiting the condo again in the near future. We would recommend the condo in a heartbeat to anyone thinking of visiting Kaanapali.
If you are visiting Maui, you must stay here!

I had a great time staying at this beautiful condo. I am still dreaming about the floor to ceiling windows in the living room that let in beautiful morning light and a great ocean breeze. This condo is very family friendly. There is a pool located in the complex and the beach is a 5 minute walk. This is a great location if you want to be close enough to Lahania for shopping and dinner but far enough from the noise and tourists. I highly recommend this condo for your next island adventure!

What an awesome place to stay. This condo has everything! 1) perfect location so close to the beaches and shops of Whaler's Village in Kaanapali. It has wonderful amenities - pool, hot tub, tennis, and golf. Morning strolls to the ocean are a fantastic way to start each day - it is really close, and as easy and very safe walk. The views of the ocean, the pool, and the grounds are lovely. Being a few minutes from the ocean and all the tourists made it easy to relax comfortably, while being close enough to head back to the beach several times a day. 2) gorgeous accommodations - very comfortable and luxurious. The beds are fantastic - better than at home! The place is beautifully decorated and has lots of room. The owners supplied this condo with everything you would want. We hope to go back soon!

The unit was very clean and spacious. We loved the lanai and also having our own bbq. The beds were very comfortable. Probably best pillows I have slept on in a long time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very well outfitted! Pool area was very nice. We are an active family so this wasn't an issue for us (except when unloading/loading suitcases into the unit), but there are a lot of stairs to reach the unit.
