Ka'anapali Plantation 54 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that offers split A/C in every bedroom and a main living area spanning out to the kitchen and ocean views from this 2nd-floor unit. Unit 54 can accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom features ocean views, a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin beds upon request, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted to a King and flat-screen TV. Also included in the guest bedroom is a lounge chair that converts to a twin-size bed for an additional guest. The living area features a sectional sofa (no sofa bed) and a large flat-screen TV with cable. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to prep and cook when you want to dine in, plus essential items. Enjoy sharing meals on the spacious private lanai, complete with the convenience of an electric grill—perfect for preparing and savoring freshly grilled dishes in a comfortable, outdoor setting.

Ka'anapali Plantation Condominium complex has 62 units spread across 10 acres of manicured landscaping. This property offers a pool, tennis courts, and a shuffleboard. court. Nestled along the North Ka'anapli Golf Course, enjoy nearby activities, beaches, restaurants, and golf courses! There are no parking or resort fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Amazing view and relaxing escape!

My Mom and I had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning (even though it was raining many of the days…but that brought beautiful rainbows!). The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable, the decor was relaxing, and we had a great time. I loved walking down the main road to the beach for a swim, snorkel, or walk to Black Rock. My Mom enjoyed swimming in the pool each day even in the drizzles. Gorgeous!

Great stay!

This place was great to stay in. Lots of room for two couples and a child. Loved the ocean view from the deck. I would recommend a closer stay to the beach or even right on the beach as lugging all your stuff for the beach day down the hill is kind of a pain. But otherwise, without said child, this location is perfect. Can walk to the beach or there's beach parking right at the bottom of the hill. I will say that there were small ants throughout the apartment. I know this is common especially in the garden areas and with food around but they were even in the master bathroom, where food was not located. I suggest they put ant traps throughout the condo and that would help the problem! The pool is cold majority of the time. Not a great pool for toddlers as there isn't a walkable shallow end but older kids, no problem. There is a grumpy old man and woman that frequent this pool that give you dirty looks and will even say something to you if you are having too much fun (laughing too loud). This was a great place to stay all in all. The review is as it seems. The management company is also great if you have any problems to deal with during your stay. Mahalo!

Views from this place were worth the price of admission. I was able to see rainbows, and whales right from the balcony. Space was very sufficient for the four of us. Very easy to find and all the beach equipment helped a lot as well. Fully stocked with beach chairs snorkeling equipment and sun umbrellas. Would love to stay here again in the future. Parking was very easy right out front.

A great vacation on Iaui!

This is a wonderful apartment in a two-storey building on the island of Maui. Green, well-maintained territory, beautiful view from the balcony to the ocean, private pool, tennis court, Parking near the house. The house is equipped with literally everything necessary for everyday life and recreation, beach accessories. All household appliances are working and of good quality. Within walking distance from the beach with free parking. Close to shopping malls and grocery stores. Every day we enjoyed the comfort and views from this house. The excellent work and service of the team made our stay unforgettable. We didn't want to leave...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kaanapali Plantation #54 during Thanksgiving week, 2024. The unit is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It has all the necessary appliances and amenities, along with a gorgeous view from the lanai. We would stay there again.

Upon arrival, I was a little disappointed bc it seemed a lot more dated than what I was expecting. It could be more clean as far as the floors. The shower curtain had mold all at the bottom. Maybe some needed touch up on the paint/walls. BUT....After I looked past all that, it truly was wonderful. The location was good. The 10 minute walk to the beach as I read in other reviews, we did not find. We just drove, which was an easy drive. The grounds were absolutely breathtaking! The view on the lanai was stunning. The house was well stocked, and we never lacked for anything. If you're looking for something right on the beach, or resort style elegant, than this is not for you. If you are there to relax and don't mind the short drive to the beach, and are okay with a more homey feel, than this is for you. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and would most likely stay here again.

This is a Nice Unit in a Beautiful, Quiet Location

This is a nice unit in a beautiful, quiet location. The lanai was inviting, & the wine fridge is a great extra touch. I appreciated that My Perfect Stays acts as “host” because I didn’t ever see any office staff, and it’s comforting to have someone available, just in case issues arise. My Perfect Stays reached out several times to make sure everything was going well. The only thing that would make this unit better would be real doors on the bedrooms instead of shutter doors, to allow for more privacy. This was the perfect unit for our family of 4.

Totally Relaxing Maui Vacation

We loved the view from the shaded outside deck. We spent a lot of time there having quiet ocean view meals and relaxing on the couches. Beautifully landscaped gardens. We slept so well in the comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our grilled fish dinners nightly. There are plenty of sea view restaurants nearby that were also fun. They even supply you with beach gear like snorkels, masks, fins, umbrella and beach chairs. It is very clean and well represented in the pictures. We absolutely loved staying here and will be back again. Mahalo!

Whales, whales, whales!

Our family had such a wonderful stay here! We watched whales breaching every day from the patio. Heaven. We also paddleboarded with whales right out from Black Rock. This location is perfect for all of your West Maui adventures. The apartment was clean, bright, and a great whale watching watching base!

Amazing view

Gorgeous view with a professionally managed, well appointed spacious condo. The location is perfect with a less than ten minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The shuffleboard court and pool at the condo provided more outside fun after a day spent snorkeling at the beach.

A nice place with a nice balcony with as stunning view. Fully equipped and stocked. The beach chairs and towels were an awesome convenience. Two-minute drive to a beach with free public parking.

The condo is spacious

Overall good stay. The condo is spacious and reasonably well appointed, including 3 smart TVs and a very nice balcony with a grill. Great views of the ocean. Easy checkin (code lock on the door). Location is convenient to destinations in Lahaina, and a 2 minute drive/10 minute walk to the beach. They even provide items like beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels/goggles, etc. We did have a couple issue that made us knock off a star. 1) We did encounter some bugs. It wasn't infested or anything, and it is Hawaii so you expect to encounter some. But we ran into quite a few small black ants, larger fire ants, and a couple of cockroaches. 2) The condo is a bit on the older side, and we encountered some minor issues like cabinet doors coming off, a broken bathroom door, marks on walls, etc. 3) The several hundred dollar cleaning fee, accompanied by checkout instructions like take out the trash and wash the dishes. I'm happy to help clean up, or pay a cleaning fee, but not both.

The condo was fantastic! Amazing view, really comfortable beds and couch, fully stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, close to so many great locations, and very short walk to the best snorkeling beach around. Loved it so much and can't wait for our next trip out to stay again.

Awesome location!

We loved our stay here and think this is the perfect location. We snorkeled every morning, hiked, ate meals from food trucks, and had a very enjoyable adventure-filled vacation in Maui. Thank you for the wonderful spot and amazing views from the deck (a perfect spot for food truck fish tacos and a bottle of wine!).
