This condo is fantastic! Spacious, clean, well-stocked kitchen, relaxing lanai — especially the nesting chair— and a parking space right outside the door. Furniture felt like home and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. See beautiful sunsets every night from the lanai, bedroom and living room!
Kapalua is such a beautiful part of the island, away from all the tourists, and the slower pace here lends to a truly relaxing vacation.

Love the condo and location! The condo is updated throughout and has a great oversized lanai with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the golf course views. It's just a quick walk to the beaches at Napili and Kapalua Bays. My Perfect Stays was super helpful from start to finish on our amazing trip! Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved our stay at this location. This is our second time at the Kapalua Golf Villas, but the first time with the My Perfect Stay team. Everything was exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views on the property are to die for, and we loved waking up to the beautiful surroundings. We had a slight issue with the fire alarm on our first day, but the team was extremely responsive and had someone stop by asap. Cannot recommend enough!

It's with a heavy heart I write this review because I want to come back and I'm afraid it will be booked! Love love love it. I felt like I was at home between the decorations, furniture and comfort. Everything was top shelf and stocked really really well! Loved the lanai and just very very happy. Probably the best rental I've ever been in top to bottom.

Beautiful property with 4 pools on-site and several beaches within a short walk. The unit is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of linens, beach chairs, a beach cooler, etc. We also loved hanging out on the over-sized lanai for morning coffee, watching the golfers go by and enjoying the beautiful sunsets! My Perfect Stays is top notch! Check in and check out was easy, they provided great communication well ahead of time and they were very responsive when we needed assistance. Highly recommend the unit for your next getaway!

We spend four incredible nights in a slice of paradise. The views, the amenities, the location, and the Maui sun were the perfect combination in delivering an incredible experience at Villa 15T 7&8. We spent every morning walking the grounds to the beaches and then sitting on the Lanei watching the morning golfers. We loved the near restaurants (Cane and Canoe, The Pour House, Merriman's, and the live music at the Ritz) and were so grateful for our time away here and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful condo right on #4 of the Kapalua Bay Course! The unit is clean, spacious and comfortable and looks just like the pictures. We loved hanging out on the over-sized lanai watching the golfers come through and relaxing in the nesting chair! There are 4 pools on property, 4 nearby beaches within a short walking distance and a complimentary shuttle service if you prefer a ride to the beach, restaurants or golf courses throughout Kapalua. My Perfect Stays provided outstanding customer service before, during and after our stay. We will be back!

Our family stay in the Kapalua Golf Villas was amazing. The unit itself is comfortable, spacious, and very clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked. Small but important things like dishwasher and laundry pods were available to use, as well as basic spices and evoo, saving us valuable beach time not needing to stock the kitchen with necessary items. The unit is in a quiet community with action on the golf course serving as a steady source of entertainment from the lanai. Both Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay are walkable distances away, as is the beautiful coastal trail. Best part of the stay though without a doubt is the amazing hosts at My Perfect Stay. Everyone in their office is so kind and helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate their guests. We will most definitely book with them again for our next visit!

This place is very clean! Tons of extra things for island play that we hadn't thought to bring. Kitchen had everything I need to cook and bake. Plenty of shower towels and beach towels. Great communication from the hosts. The balcony with the view was outstanding!!!

We had a great time at this condo on Kapalua Golf Course. At check in, the code we were given did not work and I was not able to get ahold of the management company immediately, but after a few calls, I got through to them and they reset it for us. The condo was well cleaned and stocked. I didn’t know, but they provide beach chairs and boogie boards as well! We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family!

The reviews are correct. This place is great. The beach umbrella is hopelessly broken so don’t count on using it like we did. When we mentioned this to the property manager, they said it’s not something they replace. Suggestion is to throw it away and replace it. Thx

Our villa was in a great location on Kapalua’s property. A bit hard to find upon arrival because of it being dark and rainy but otherwise we enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was well equipped. The villa spacious for a family of 4. The extra bedroom was key! As was the spacious porch. The location was easy to walk to beach access and right next to the pool. The welcome guide needs an update with Kapalua offerings. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and take you on property- which we were not aware until mid trip. Highly recommend this villa for small families!

We loved everything about our stay in this great condo. The oversized lanai is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk everywhere (9 minutes to the beach at Kapalua Bay with an inflatable paddleboard on my back). We loved having boogie boards and chairs to use, too (D. T. Fleming Beach was a gem). Lots of great restaurants in the area. (Joey's Kitchen in Napili was a fave.) In short, we can't wait to go back and would love to stay here.

We have been to Hawaii many times, but we had never been to the Kapalua area of Maui. We saw the large lanai of this unit and read others' reviews and decided to take a chance. And, wow, it even surpassed our expectations. The Kapalua Bay beach is less than a 10-minute walk away (even with my inflatable paddleboard on my back). This unit is on the side closest to the beach, so we liked that, too. There are 3 pools to choose from. And the lanai is wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything our family of 4 needed for a week. There is honestly not a single negative thing I can think of. We loved Kapalua and the surrounding area. So many great restaurants (Joey's Kitchen!) and beaches right there (boogie boarding at D.T. Fleming Beach!), and it feels off the beaten path. We can't wait to come back and stay in this unit.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Kapalua golf villas! We really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was, yet close enough to restaurants and shops that we didn't feel isolated. The unit was exactly as it looks in the photos and had plenty of space for the two of us. Its too bad that the second bedroom isn't bigger, as we would have loved to come back to the unit with another couple. We only really had to contact myperfectstays once, when we couldn't find the beach gear, as everything else was pretty straightforward and we didn't have any issues. Just a heads up that there aren't really any condiments etc in the kitchen to use, so you will need to purchase those things or go without. Other than that, we had everything else we needed, as we cooked all our breakfasts and some lunches in the condo. We were so busy during our stay that we only used the pool once and had it all to ourselves. We are so glad that we chose to stay here, as we would not have been happy staying somewhere like Kaanapali that was insanely busy and crowded. If you are looking for some relaxation, and peace and quiet this is the place!

Our family of five enjoyed our week long stay here immensely. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! We loved the serene setting from the Lanai and were impressed with the comfortable high quality outdoor furniture. The boys especially liked to watch the golfers in the mornings. The sunset view is gorgeous in the evenings with the birds singing all around. It was incredibly easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Napili and Kapalua Bays were within 5 minutes driving distance or you could choose a 10 minute walk. I personally appreciated the personal touches such as the list of favorite recommendations. We ended up taking the recommendation for Slaughterhouse beach for boogie boarding, and it quickly became a favorite of ours too. We even saw a sea turtle making his way across the sand into the ocean there. The property services were quick to respond to our communications as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed at many Kapalua properties over the years. This Kapalua Golf Villa was in a quiet area of the resort. We enjoyed being able to walk to the pool in just 2 minutes. Its and easy walk to the village and to several beaches from this unit. The kitchen is well appointed with more dishes and pans than were necessary for our trip. The support staff were very available when we had questions. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We had a wonderful stay in the villas. The condo had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, furniture and beds were comfortable and the lanai was great for breakfast in the morning. We found the condo very clean when we arrived and any problems we had were quickly addressed. I loved the shuttle service because it made it so easy and convenient to access Kapalua beach without the hassle of finding a parking space. We can hardly wait to come back again!!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 3 (with our 8-year old daughter) and also one of our parents for part of the time! It’s most comfortable for 3 but certainly wasn’t cramped or uncomfortable with 4 people. Everything was as represented. The updated bathrooms and kitchen were very nicely done along with the rest of the unit. We stayed two weeks and cooked all but two meals in and we had everything we needed for that. It was easy to find and nice to have a covered parking space. We used the pool quite a bit too. It was close to several beaches (our favorite was Napili Bay). We golfed on the Bay course too. This was a nice, quiet community to stay in. We enjoyed a lot of time in the nice-sized lanai during the morning, the day, and evenings. It was easy to find. We were communicated with well by the property manager but really didn’t need anything during our stay. There were beach items, cooler, chairs, etc. to use if we wanted too. There wasn’t anything we didn’t have that we needed. We would stay here again when we return and recommend it highly to others!

From emails prior to arrival to texts and phone calls during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our stay. The unit was recently remodeled and we were impressed with the decor and detail. The kitchen was fantasic with modern applicances (ice / water on the fridge) and loaded with everything you'd expect at home. Family room relaxing with a Roku TV for both cable and streaming. WiFi was easy to access and very quick. The small 2nd bedroom was perfect for our daughter giving her space for herself as opposed to sleeping on the pull-out coach. Each bathroom had been remodeled with modern touches and were very clean. The Master was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The highlight was the lanai as it was not only large compared to other units, but it was furnished with high end pieces that are not included in the VRBO pics. We're actually looking for the same pieces for our own backyard area now. We will look at staying in this unit when we visit again!

We rented this for a week on Maui as a family of 5. Our girls loved the place and it had all the amenities we needed. The pools were our favorite and one of the best parts of the rental along with the easy and accessible parking. I would definitely rent again!

Kapalua is the ultimate place to be for a Maui vacation. We loved the Golf Villas complex and this unit really felt like a home away from home. The huge lanai is so inviting—an amazing way to start the day with coffee overlooking the golf course and even better way to "wine down" the day with gorgeous sunsets.

My family and I have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs since 2013 and this is by far the best one. The condo was very well stocked and very clean. It was nice to be able to cook some of meals instead of always going out. The location is great! It is an hour away from the airport but it is in a quiet location close nice beaches and restaurants. The view was breathtakingly peaceful. We look forward to returning one day and highly recommend it everyone.

Our family had a great experience at the Kapalua Golf Villas. We stayed here with friends who had a separate unit just up the hill from us and they also had an awesome view from their lanai. We would recommend this location to any family looking for a relaxing vacation spot with several amazing beaches within a 5 minute drive. We will definitely be back to this location.

This is a stylish condo with a large lanai with sweeping golf course views. Kapalua Beach is a short walk away and offers great snorkeling, we even saw sea turtles! Near Napali Market and ocean front dining at Sea House as well. Overall a fabulous vacation!

Our first time to Hawaii and the condo was perfect for us as our base to explore Maui. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The area is beautiful and quiet , just what we were looking for. . The pool area was lovely and we grilled steaks there and enjoyed a beautiful sunset one evening. Kapalua Bay is short walk and we enjoyed snorkeling early morning lots of fish and sea turtles. The coastal trail starts at Kapalua Bay as well and ends at D.T. Fleming beach, parking is at a premium if you want to drive so you don’t have to carry all beach gear, drive to parking area at D.T. Fleming and do round trip walk on coastal trail and enjoy beautiful beach and water at D.T. Fleming , shade and burger shack at Ritz Carlton was nice on that end as well. We would definitely stay here again and would love to come back to Maui.

Kapalua Golf villa 15T7&8 is very clean , spacious , tastefully decorated place with everything you need for the stay: full kitchen, beach gear, spacious lanai overlooking the golf course. Kapalua beach is 10 min walk though you can use a shuttle. Overall a great experience.

We loved staying at Kapalua golf villas. It was newly remodeled, beautifully maintained and in a great location. It was nice being away from the crowds in this peaceful location. Plus, the property is located near some of the best beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean property. It was the perfect Kapalua landing spot for our multigenerational family trip. We made breakfasts at the condo each morning and enjoyed watching the golfers. The scenery was so tranquil. We traveled 30 or so minutes north to see the Nakalele blowhole and stopped on our way back home at DT Fleming beach for a swim and lunch at the Shake Shack. Highly recommended. We went nighttime snorkeling nearby with Joey from Shoreline Snorkel. That was a cool experience! All in all a great trip. The condo was perfect.

We had fairly high expectations for this rental and we were not let down. The grounds and pool areas were extremely well kept and the rental unit itself was spotless with new appliances. Would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again in the future. As for location, this is about a 10 minute walk from two beaches and several restaurants are nearby. You will need a rental car otherwise to get around Maui, which wasn't an issue for us at all as the roads are well paved and safe to drive. We shopped at Safeway for groceries, which is about a 20 minute drive, and the rental unit has all the necessities for any meal you would want to cook. Overall rate this unit a 10 out of 10. Thank you for the excellent customer service as well.

This condo is gorgeous. It is recently remodeled and they did a very nice job! My family has been coming to Kapalua since I was born so I am very familiar with the area — there are numerous beaches that are super close (walkable or shuttle if you have a lot of stuff!), including Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Ironwoods, Fleming. There are also a few restaurants that we love (Sansei, Merrimans, the Honolua Store). We love going for our morning walk on the coastal trail and stopping to see the whales breaching or spinner dolphins spinning (usually in the winter months). Also love snorkeling in the kapalua Bay and seeing the turtles! This condo was perfect for us — there is space for 5 people, two super clean bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen! We came with an infant an it even has a rocking chair. The place also came with 4 tommy bahama beach chairs, a rolling cooler, beach towels, and an umbrella. Oh and we got a free Kimos Hula Pie in Lahaina! We would definitely stay here again!! Felt like home. And myperfectstays has been in touch since about two weeks prior to our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed! Thank you!

We stayed in this unit for 9 nights. It was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Nice decor as well. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need. We went to the beach almost everyday and found everything we needed. Loved having the beach chairs. Also, the location allows you to walk to the beach pretty easily. I highly recommend this unit and if coming back, would choose it again. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay!

We traveled to Maui on a family vacation and loved staying here. The Condo had everything we needed and more. I'm used to staying at 4 and 5 star hotels and this property lived up to my expectations. The furnishings were very nice, clean, and extremely comfortable. The property overall was very peaceful. It was easy to relax here. We enjoyed all the amenities like the well-appointed kitchen. We made fruit smoothies in the blender and Hawaiian coffee each morning.. We walked to nearby beaches and restaurants. We also took the free community shuttle when we didn't feel like carting all of our snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella to the beach. The condo was within walking distance to easy hikes and nature trails. We really liked the easy access to the surrounding areas

We loved our stay here! It was not on the beach, but was within walking distance of 2-3 beaches and within a very short drive of 5-6 beaches. Easy walk to local resort shop, deli & restaurants. Condo was clean, updated and fully stocked with beach equipment. Chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach towels! Please note that the pools are not heated, so they tend to be a little chilly in the winter...Did not bother our kids but I was hesitant to hop in! The ocean was much warmer :) Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first visit to Maui. We loved the island and loved our condo at the Kapalua Golf Villa's. We were right on the golf course and it is lush and green. My only complaint was when they mowed it at 4:45 am. But that won't stop me from going back. This was a perfect vacation for the 2 of us.
