Island Sands 612 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 6th floor accessible by an elevator. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins (that can be converted to a King) in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom boasts spectacular ocean views, an ocean view lanai, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. You can enter the master bathroom through the master bedroom or living room area. The master bedroom also features large sliding doors that open fully to the living room, creating a spacious wide floor plan and combining the living room and master bedroom floor-to-ceiling slider windows for panoramic ocean views! The guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a privacy door in the hallway that can be closed to create a completely separate living area enclosing the front door, guest bedroom, and guest bathroom. A washer and dryer are located in the condo for added convenience.
There is a brand new split A/C in the living room and guest bedroom (covering the front and back of the condo), ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making meals where you can enjoy ocean views while you prep! Panoramic ocean views with dramatic Haleakala in the distance! This top floor, end unit is sure to impress. Five miles of perfect sandy beach where turtles love to play await below. During the winter months, sit front row on our expansive lanai as many whales breach in view. Walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions from this resort. Myself, my husband and two boys (11, 8) had a wonderful time at Islamd Sands resort room 612. The condo is beautifully located and has spectacular views of the bay. Very spacious and clean with all you would need. The turtles swimming in the bay were my boys favorite part of the trip. Very windy in this bay, if you are a light sleeping, bring some ear plugs as the winds howled all night long.

Very comfortable condo with an outstanding view. We watched whales and turtles from the lanai all day. We even were visited by a Monk Seal on the little beach below. The condo was well stocked with items to make the vacation nice. We were very happy with unit 612.

The condo had everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay at Island Sands 612. The ocean view, sea turtles & whale watching was amazing & so relaxing. It is also great to have a washer& dryer in the condo. We would definitely stay at this condo the next time we are in Maui. The other thing that we appreciated was we were only a 10 minute or under walk to the marina where we went for several excursions. A couple blocks for the public beach. The pool on site was also very refreshing on days we had available to use the pool. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Stayed in this amazing view unit over thirty time, and just booked the next stay. It is one of the few units on west Maui, so one of few balconies where you can sit on the balcony in the evening and watch Haleakala changing colors across the bay at sunset, yet without getting the sun in your eyes. On any reasonable south swell combined with light to moderate trades you can surf beautiful perfect waves about 300 ft. left of the unit.

Very clean. Really liked the balcony with the view of the bay and turtle watching. Nice pool and good parking. Close to the fishing harbor but a bit far from other things like good swimming beaches, restaurants, and other activities.

Gave this a five star because it’s everything you see in the listing. It was perfect for what I wanted and needed. We were able to wake up and do walks on the beach every morning, our family loved all the honu that would rest on the beach in front, and the kids enjoyed the pool option when needed. We all loved the balcony and the mirror is an amazing touch. The staff was amazing at answering any questions when needed and the kitchen and condo were stocked with everything we needed.

This condo was in a great central location. There were three issues when we checked in. Two of them were resolved within a day. The beach at the end of the road had some construction going on, but we could still get to it. We loved our time here. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with the condo at Island Sands. After booking I was contacted by My Perfect Stays offering concierge services to help plan our visit. Once we arrived there was a welcome note, gift and Hawaiian music playing. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. One of the reasons I booked were other reviews that appreciated the hosts providing beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and a cooler. Great when going to the beach or the road trips around the island. The lanai had an amazing view of Molokai crater, as well as beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The best view was of all the sea turtles in the water right off the property. The whole family agreed this was the perfect place for us.

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The location of this condo is amazing. It is very centrally located for everything we wanted to do on our trip. We enjoyed our room and were very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach towels and cooler provided and used them daily. Every day we watched the whales from the lanai. The parking spot was very convenient and the location was quiet. We had four adults and found the accommodations very pleasing with the two bedrooms and bathrooms but still a common area. Thanks for helping to make our vacation enjoyable we would absolutely stay here again

we really enjoyed our week at Island Sands. the view from the apartments is really beautiful and it's a great location, its easy to get to lots of different parts of Maui from here. the apartment itself has everything you'd need including all kitchen supplies, spices and beach gear. some feedback for the property managers - more beach towels please. we were only provided 2 towels for 4 guests.

Nice privacy between bedrooms. Second bedroom guests are hardly noticed. Plenty of dishes, spices, etc. View can’t be beat. Listened to the ocean at night. Saw turtles every day. Beach park is walking distance from condo. beautiful place for beach walks. One bath towel per guest was irritating. We washed them a lot. Ecofriendly? 2nd bedroom dresser and night stands are worn. Need replacing. We stayed two weeks and unit was quiet. And again the view was wonderful. Stove and oven worked well. Burners are the old coil type. Maybe an upgrade? Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The unit had fantastic views and a great layout for a family of four. It was the perfect central location for exploring the island. We made use of the beach chairs, towels, and boogey board which were all supplied. Loved the washer/dryer! It was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!!

This property is extremely clean, with hard floors throughout (great not to worry about what might lurk in those carpets), and more spacious than the typical condo. The views are great. Ma'alaea is a mixed location: it is perhaps the least pretty location in the West side of Maui, but it is very conveniently located: you can reach the North locations (Kaanapali, Lahaina) and the South ones (Wailea, Makena), so if you want to access both, and to the East side of the island, Ma'alaea is a great location. In addition, the harbor from which many tours leave is right next door. But don't expect fancy shops, manicured gardens, or golf fields.

This was a great place to stay! Condo was clean and had everything provided! (Hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, TP) The condo was large, open, and just what we needed. Location was great, central on the island. We appreciated that it was crowded. Haycraft Beach was just down the street (not good for snorkeling, but awesome for just sitting and watching the waves and some swimming). Maui Ocean Center and Molokini take off close by. The pool and grill area was clean, quiet, and relaxing. While there was not a “beach” right outside the grounds, we saw some sea turtles hanging out on the beach which was so cool! Highly recommend! Of note, bring a hat with a strap! It’s very windy!

We stayed at Island Sands 612 and could not be happier. It was my parents (70, 75), Myself and my 13 year old daughter. This condo is exactly as the photos show. It's roomy, clean, decorated beautifully. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. I would say it could easily have 6 people with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you could possibly need if you are cooking while there. Coffee pot was clean and brewed quickly (super important to us). Tons of counter space in there for prep work or for our mini leftover buffet we had on our last night. The AC was on when we arrived and the condo was very cool. Almost chilly. We turned it off the large AC unit that cooled the living area of the condo and the main bedroom and opened the doors for that fantastic island breeze. We did have to use the window unit at night in the second bedroom as it does not get the same breeze but still worked great. We never turned the larger AC unit on the rest of our trip and the window unit was only used at night. The bathrooms were both large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a mat of some sort for the tub. For the elderly guests, the tub is slick when taking a shower. My Mom put a towel down and that solved it for her but hate to use a towel for that. From the time we made the reservation until the time we departed, the process was smooth. Communication was great! Our parking spot was right by the elevators. Property was very clean as well. We did not utilize the pool but it looked clear and inviting. Condo is only 15 minutes from the airport. It's central on the island so it was easy to go anywhere without it being a long long drive. Except the ones you want to be long like the RTH. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again. No question

6th floor view is magnificent! The condo looks as pictured. A great parking spot right in front of the elevators. Amazing views of the ocean and mountains. Double lanai with wonderful trade winds. Located about a 9 min walk/3 min drive from restaurants, shops, and the Maui Aquarium. Overall, it was a great stay. We enjoyed our time very much.

This condo in the quiet town of Maalaea is amazing. Top floor, corner views…. Wow! Pictures do NOT do it justice. Condo is quiet except for the beautiful winds that blow through cooling the air around you; no need for A/C. Expect to wake early unless wearing eye shades as the sunrises are amazing. See sea turtles from the lanai every day…. Every day!!!! We saw 5-12 daily. Yes, the “beach” is tiny but you can still snorkel off it or just sit and enjoy the surf and turtles (should you see them from there… from the 6th floor, you will easily see their brown shells). ☺️ Condo is well stocked. We cooked each night, except one, and we had no issues. Loved the two separate sleeping areas. Loved the extended lanai. Book and enjoy this condo. Thank you!!!

The property was located in a quiet place. The ocean was quite visible from the balcony and we even saw turtles . It had all conveniences. Within a short distance there was a beach. A convenience store that also had good coffee and some breakfast. However, will have to go at least 20-30 min for any lunch or dinner. Good access to thru roads. The company that manages the property was responsive to emails within the day.

Our stay at myPerfect stay located in a related isolated place and was quite enjoyable and excellent. The facility was well maintained and had a nice ocean view from the balcony. We even saw turtle enjoying sun in a small beach area. Restaurants and beaches were about 30 min drive, although there was a nice beach within a short walk. The market within a walking distance served nice coffee and some decent breakfast and had other sundries. The communication with guest services was adequate and responsive.

Having stayed in this unit previously, we fully enjoyed our stay. Almost always a beautiful breeze through the unit. Kitchen is well stocked. Great location to explore any area of Maui. Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony, and able to see multiple humpback whales breaching and spouting. Hoping to come back in the future, always a pleasure.

Everything was good whale and turtle watching from the balcony of our Condo with a telescope that was provided by the owners wow, watching the sun come up every morning over the highest point in Maui, full kitchen with everything you need, lawn chairs and towels provided, washer dryer very convenient, island breeze flowing through the condo we never did use the AC, the sound of the waves rolling onto the beach, I would HIGHLY recommend the Island sands to anyone,

Unlocked the door to this condo… you will walk down the hall and Maui will hit you!! The pictures will not do this condo justice… WOW!!! We got settled in and started to see whales come up and breath spray from their blow holes with our own eyes plus they have a telescope you can use to see these majastic animals. We did a snorkel experience in the near by harbor with a snorkel ship you can walk there.. and we got pictures up close with the Whales!!! There are restaurants very close by and the aquarium is within this shopping/restaurant area.. I would come back every time I come to Maui!!!!!!!!

This place was an absolute dream to stay in. We have been staying in different condos in Maalea since 1995 and this is by far the best one we have been in. It is so spacious and the view is absolutely to die for. We had breakfast out on the lanai every morning while we watched the sea turtles swimming around. We also got to see a meteor shower from the little beach outside one night, just magical. The bonus for us was the washer and dryer in the unit, and the very well stocked kitchen. Thank you!

Our stay at 612 Island Sands was just about perfection for me. The view from both the living room and our bedroom was spectacular-couldn’t have been any better. The condo was a bit above average-not luxurious but not mediocre. Well cared for and stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and cooler. It made our stay easier. We spent very little time in the condo and were in need of nothing. I would have no hesitation in booking another stay here. Thank you!-:

We absolutely loved the view from our 2 lanais. Just gorgeous and spent many hours out there. We had plenty of room, loved all the windows on the ocean side. We wondered, though, why the bedroom with the twin beds did not have the same flooring as the rest of the unit. That carpeting is really dirty/stained in that bedroom and needs to be replaced. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi network which had not been updated in the binder. We were promptly called the following morning and Zack was very helpful and gave us the correct info to log on. Also, the TV in the bedroom did not work. It wasn’t a big deal for us but for future clients it may be problematic. Wonderful stay and thank you for sharing your beautiful view!

We loved the view, absolutely breathtaking. The unit was great, very spacious and had everything we needed. We did wonder, though, why the bedroom with the 2 twin beds didn’t have the same flooring as the rest of the unit. The carpeting looked stained and dirty. We did have to call the after hours number because the binder was not updated with the current WI-Fi network. We were promptly called the following morning to straighten that out. We also were not able to use the TV in the 2nd bedroom. These were very minor issues though and I would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We had a great stay. The condo was just as pictured. The corner unit was very clean, quiet, and private. The view was perfect! We had a little trouble with unlocking the door but figured it out before we had to contact anyone for help. Same for the wifi (the welcome booklet wifi network name didn't match the actual network name, but we figured it out). The communication with My Perfect Stays was very good and I have no doubt they would have responded quickly if we had needed their assistance, but everything just worked so no need to contact them. The condo was also conveniently located for everywhere we wanted to go (west side, airport, Haleakala). We would definitely stay here again!

We found this place quickly after having an ac issue at our first place, and we really enjoyed our stay. Pros: the location is super convenient to so many activities and restaurants (typically a 5-20 min drive from so many great things). It Is also close to the airport and grocery stores . We were able to explore pretty much the entire island with this as our starting point. The view from the unit is truly beautiful. The balcony is a great place to listen to the ocean and have breakfast or lunch. The unit is spacious. It also provides beach chairs, a cooler, and a couple beach towels, as well as the basic cooking and cleaning necessities. The king bed was pretty comfortable as well. We also got a quick response from the managing company when we couldn’t figure out the internet. There aren’t many cons, but here are a few things to consider: the unit doesn’t really have its own beach front (it’s rocky), but there is beach access just a few units down. The hot water heater wasn’t quite strong enough for a bath, but it was adequate for a shower. Something else to note- the view isn’t facing due west, so you don’t quite get good sunsets from this unit. Overall, this was an excellent unit- great for couples or small families! Glad we found this gem :)

We had a wonderful stay in Island Sands unit #612. The top floor corner unit was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything was in perfect working order, and the view from the lanai was outstanding. The condo was centrally located for so many things. Communication with My Perfect Stays was easy. We never had to ask for help because they were always two steps ahead with information and communication. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Island Sands 612. Everything was excellent. Views are absolutely breathtaking and the whole condo has an open , airy feel to it. Even though the condo has air conditioning we didn’t need to use it due to the lovely breeze and cross ventilation present. We loved listening to the sounds of the waves, watching the sea turtles and taking in the beautiful views from the kitchen, living and dining areas and the master bedroom. Lanai is big and spacious. Location is very convenient and centrally located to go around the island. All amenities were provided for and full filled all our needs. Beds are super comfortable as well. Thank you for a perfect stay at Maui. We had a great time.

The property is spectacular, well maintained, and with beautiful views of the south west coast.The location was just what we needed, close to both the north and south western beaches, and minutes away from the airport, all while providing a nice retreat from the hustle of the busier parts of the island. If we return, we'd gladly stay here again.

A wonderful week in Maui with a great view, lovely apartment, and continuously cooling breeze. We didn’t use the a/c as we just allowed the breeze to blow through, and enjoyed falling asleep listening to the ocean and the wind. This apt is the top corner apt of the building and we didn’t hear or see any of the other apartments. Takeout poke from Tamura’s with a glass of wine on the balcony was a great way to finish a day on Maui! Apartment is central to everything on the island.

Great condo for a family midway between the major resort areas

It wasn’t much to look at from the backside when we first pulled up, but the inside of the unit is clean, well furnished/decorated, and has amazing views…well worth it once you get inside! For the price and space to spread out it sure beats a hotel or resort. Plus having a (well stocked) kitchen is a huge plus. AC units kept it cool as well as plenty of fans. It’s midway between Lahaina/Kaanapali and Kihei/Wailea making it easy to zip around the island looking for a variety of beaches, towns, and restaurants. It’s also short 15-minute drive form the airport, and not much further to Paia where you can start the Drive to Hana which we did some of. Nearby, the nearby Coast Guard beach isn’t much. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t plan a whole day with the family around it. The condo pool is super small, but did the job and our kids loved it. The aquarium is walking distance as well which is is nice. There’s a circle K, a general store (coffee shop and sandwiches), a bbq place, a seafood place, and a few other things nearby. Except for a bite to eat after the aquarium at the seafood place we didn’t hang around the area much though. 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and 2 coolers are provided, as well as a beach shelter we couldn’t figure out and was a bust. There’s a Boss Frog rental place nearby for everything else, might want to pick up an umbrella from there as well as any snorkel gear. This area was super windy, the first 2 days was really bad and the walkway from the elevator to the unit is like a wind tunnel. Seems less windy in other parts of the island. Didn’t affect our stay really as we were mostly out and about, but an observation for sure. Would definitely stay again if traveling with kids.

Perfect little condo with a gorgeous view. Everything was clean and well stocked, as advertised. Property management was responsive & friendly. The only downside to this condo is that with the Covid rules, the condo association is only allowing each condo to have 30 minutes of pool time per day. So if you have kids who like the pool or you like the pool, I would not stay here. I'm not sure how long that rule is going to last though, so I'd ask again if you are reading this review after March 2021. As I mentioned, the view is awesome, right on the ocean. Every day we saw whales and some days turtles out front on the beach or floating in the water. They have binoculars in the condo and also a telescope. We'd brought our own so just used those. It was awesome watching the whales. The location of the condo is only 15 minutes or so from the airport, Costco, Target, etc. There is a little corner store, Tradewinds, that is also open if you just need a few things. It's a quiet little part of the island so only a few restaurants. A few blocks down, you can access sugar beach and walk far on it. Maui is beautiful, tons of hiking and many things to do.

Truly magical. The views from the lanai were spectacular and the most wonderful way to start every morning. The condo was clean, conveniently located, and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is a short walk away. Would highly recommend the condo!!

Island Sands 612 was everything we needed for our 10 day trip to Maui! It was clean other than a couple dead bugs that were not swept up and a large insect found in the guest bath as well as a very stained bath rug. The view is spectacular! We watched whales every morning from the lanai! Beware that the “beachfront” is a very small beach surrounded by rocks and not connected to the larger beach down the road. If you are looking to be close to more restaurants and beaches, I recommend staying closer to Kihei. It was a minimum 18 minute drive every time we wanted to go somewhere, but for the price, it was worth it. My Perfect Stays, the property management company, was quick to respond to any questions and gave a courtesy call the day after our check in to ensure everything was good. Do not hesitate to book a trip to Maui and if you’re looking for a nice place for a decent price, check out Island Sands 612!

This condo is awesome. It is clean and comfortable and the representative for My Perfect Stays was very responsive when we had questions. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching whales and a few sea turtles. The view of Haleakala is spectacular, particularly at sunrise. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing. It is located on the top floor and it is a corner unit. Super peaceful and had AC in both bedrooms. It overlooks the beach directly and one can hear the ocean and have lovely meals on the balcony facing the ocean. The nearby beach has turtles. The condo is sparkling clean, and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location makes it easy to reach any part of the island, and avoid crowds.

Everything about our Stay was great. This Condo is fantastic and the owners were very thoughtful about every detail in the condo. The views from the Condo were spectacular. We stayed for 15 days and enjoyed our time there. My Perfect Stays is a great company to do business with. Zach from their team ensured that our check in process was smooth and whenever we needed anything, was quick to respond. We will surely come back and stay here or in one of their other properties again.

We had not stayed in this part of the island before but enjoyed the laid back vibe. The condo is a bit dated but in good shape and the view is amazing. We loved watching turtles turtles and whales drone the lani. We really enjoyed have the couple little markets and the restaurants within walking distance and the great park and beach at the end of the road. We will be back next year.

Stayed here for a week in March and it was amazing. Sounds of crushing waves, watching whales and turtles swim around and big lanai made it perfect for our stay. Location is pretty central as it’s 15-20mins to Lahaina/Kaanapali to west, Kihei/Wailea to south and airport to north. I would have given 5 stars but we had a snag one night to get in as passcode for main door stopped working. It was pretty scary and frustrating after coming back from long day of travel and standing outside with 11months infant in a strong wind gust. However, the emergency line worked like a charm and they were able to provide an alternate code for us to get in. Special shoutout to Irais as she was able to accommodate our itinerary and was flexible to work with. Overall property was as described and as seen in pictures, would highly recommend.

Nice layout, lots of privacy between bathrooms and bedrooms. Amazing lanai views. AC works great, but can be a little loud. Nice privacy, can't see other lanais in the bldg and can't been seen when we're on the lanai. Feel like you have your own private escape. Nice complex, friendly local people. We didn't use the pool, it looked pretty small but nice.

Great central location

Great location: easy access to many highways, oceanfront, quiet neighborhood and close to the marina. Layout and size worked well for our family of 4. Well stocked, maybe too much kitchen stuff. Scissors and pens would have been nice. Beach towels and chairs were a necessity; please add a beach umbrella! Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced with better ones. Bring a sleeping mask and earplugs if bright bedrooms and loud wind/fans/air conditioning bother you. Maalaea is very windy in the evenings.

Gorgeous mountain and waterfront view

Stayed at this place for about three days. It was very convenient for all of our road trips. Apartment was beautifully decorated and the view is just as beautiful if not more on the photos. By the time we checked in, the front office was closed, but the phone number that was listed answered and gave information so that was very helpful. At the same time we were greeted with a welcome package and a binder of recommendations and how twos for the unit. Wish we could’ve stayed here longer! I can still hear the waves crashing in the wind blowing ☺️

Beautiful, breathtaking, amazing place. The photos don't do it justice. We spent many nights just enjoying the patio and watching the sea turtles and surfers. We even caught a glimpse of a dolphin or two. Not only a great place but also located close to all the excursions in the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property is in great condition and has amazing views! It was easy to find and has assigned parking so no worries about finding a place to park. We loved the location and walked to the aquarium and several restaurants. Perfect Stays is awesome. We booked this place at the last minute and greatly appreciated their quick responses and allowing us to check in a little early.

Wake up to Ocean Waves

The location was perfect right in the middle of Maui it allowed us to get to various locations easily. The view was stunning waking up the beautiful ocean with the waves crashing made it an amazing experience. One night we were lucky to get the full moon and truly enjoyed it. My Perfect Stays team we’re excellent as well, my fiancée and I accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit after hours and the team acted quickly to open the door for us. Amazing experience and amazing place thank you!

Magical paradise!

Felt like our perfect private paradise. We were delighted with our condo with the amazing view, wondrous sunrises every morning. A magical place to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We used the cooler and beach chairs provided, daily. We opened up all the windows and let the breezes keep us cool. We learned that if we opened all the windows in the back room (including the bathroom) and did not use the ones next to the door the eerie sound of the strong winds were kept to a minimum. Loved listening to the ocean while relaxing and cooking dinner. If you arrive before check in that would be a good idea to get your groceries.

This condo was everything we hoped for. The kitchen is well appointed, everything we needed for beach days was provided, coolers, beach chairs, swim noodles, beach towels, etc. Beautiful views. Loved watching the turtles right outside the balcony.

This was the perfect condo for our family of 4. It is perfectly equipped and has nice amenities on property - great pool, laundry, very friendly locals, but is perfectly located to conveniently see the rest of Maui. We enjoyed the morning sunrise, beautiful view from the balcony (surfing turtles every afternoon!), walks on the 3 mile stretch of Sugar Beach from the condo, great restaurants a very short drive away in Kihei and the breeze that was so necessary in August. We were also centrally located to go to other beaches and activities around the island. This is a great condo, would highly recommend it if you are looking for something a little more laid back and spacious than resort life and a place that really lets you imagine what it would be like to live there versus just visiting. If we are lucky enough to make it back, we will definitely stay here again.

The place has an amazing view and location. It is very central to visit lots of things and the balcony can't be beat. I will second what others have said in their reviews about the sea turtles that come in the afternoon and hang out in the sun down below. It's really cool to watch! My family and I were all very happily situated and had a great time. I would highly recommend my perfect stay and this apartment!

We loved staying at My Perfect Stays condo! There is so much space for a family of 4 and was very quiet, we never heard any of our neighbors the entire time we were there. The first bedroom has a queen bed which the pictures show 2 twins but not a problem for my family. Loved sleeping hearing the sound of the ocean. Excellent host that communicated very well and started us with a nice supply of shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The first bedroom was a little toasty the first night but the ceiling fans and leaving the bedroom door open really makes the room cool down quickly. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

We had a great stay! The location as great and we could see turtles from our balcony every day. The patio was being painted in the complex, but management worked with us to accommodate for this inconvenience. They were very helpful and polite. The only downside was that the A/C did not cool the entire unit. My husband and I were sleeping in the second bedroom and it was very hot even with the A/C running. They did provide fans, which was helpful!

The Unit is as described. Spacious balcony, living area, bedrooms. VERY CLEAN. Listened to waves crashing every night. Centrally located. Walk to restaurants, bars shopping. 10 minutes to Lahaina and Kihea. 15min airport. 20 min to Wailea and Kaanapali. Turtles, surfers, small beach but great for chilling out. Quiet also Most Definitely would return.

This place is just stunning. My boyfriend and I booked it for a romantic week away and it was perfect. One thing that wasn't clear to me in the pictures is how private it is. (Those are mirrors on the side walls on the lanai, not openings into other lanais). Honestly we spent most of our time at the condo because it has such a beautiful view and we could always hear the waves crashing on the sand, whether on the lanai or inside. We did not need to use the air conditioning at all; we just left all the doors and windows open with the screens shut and there was a great cross-breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals when we did not want to go out for food. We were able to watch sea turtles playing in the water from the lanai and the beach. Location was not too far from Kahului or Kihei, where we often went for sunset and food. We also took advantage of the discount Expedia outings and especially enjoyed the helicopter ride. Check-in had a few bumps but there are My Perfect Stays crew available by phone 24-7 so everything was resolved quickly. For example, I was given an incorrect code, and when issued a new one, that code stopped working a few hours later. But everyone was very helpful and it got resolved quickly each time there was an issue. We definitely recommend this place; great value, great experience!

Beautiful condo with magnificent view of the Pacific ocean. Big sea turtles just under the balcony which were fun to watch. Great Hawaiian feel and decor. It was a bit windy the first few nights but we adjusted (and the wind died down!) Nice private and shady beach nearby. Great parking spot. I would recommend this rental.
