Hololani B701 does not have A/C, located on the 7th floor, and the property features an elevator. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom spacious condo accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. B701 has been wonderfully remodeled including the fully equipped, full-size kitchen, which features hardwood cabinets, Italian fused glass backsplash, granite counters, and custom recessed lighting. The home feels fresh with Italian tile floor and modern Hawaiian décor. Enjoy eating in with a dining table for four and additional bar seating. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
There are no resort or parking fees.

Please note that direct beach access is currently limited due to hide tide conditions and winter/spring erosion. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. There is beach access at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana) as well as Pohaku Beach which is .3 miles from the resort.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
