***Please note: The 2024 roofing project is scheduled for April 24th through September 4th, 2024.
Upcoming Roof Replacement Project planned by the Grand Champions Resort Management team, scheduled from April 24th through September 4th, 2024, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with setup between 7:30 am and 8:00 am daily. Work specifically for unit #101 (Building #10) is scheduled for Apr 24th thru May 10th. Please note: Parking spaces will be utilized for the roofing crew's equipment and materials for the entire time the roof is under construction. While one pool may briefly close, at least one pool will remain open. Parking arrangements may change with advanced notice. Expect minimal disruptions during pool access, though there may be some adjustments. There might be disruptions, especially during the initial removal of the existing roof shakes. Condos may require access for repairs, with advanced notice provided. For safety, please avoid using lanais during construction hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) due to potential falling debris.

Wailea Grand Champions 101 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps six. The remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, custom lighting and cabinets, and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The main living area has plenty of seating with a sectional Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table for four, and additional counter seating. For entertainment, there is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV equipped with cable in the living room and WiFi is complimentary throughout. Travertine floors, Window A/C, plantation shutters, and ceiling fans in every room keep this villa cool.
The private lanai is spacious with a dining table and chairs for four. This outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners.
Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom also features a flat-screen TV, an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a King size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.
This beautiful villa is within walking distance to the beach and golf clubs are included for guest use!

Wailea Grand Champions Resort offers 11 acres of beautifully manicured grounds located on the fairways of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The resort is adjacent and within walking distance of the Wailea Tennis Club and the beach. Two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a BBQ area are available to all guests. The Shops of Wailea nearby offer a variety of stores and restaurants. You can also jog or walk along the ocean pathway in Wailea that will take you past numerous oceanfront resorts. Please note this resort does not have elevators.
This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. A complimentary concierge is available to our guests.
**Please note there is an upcoming remodel in unit #121 located in building #13. The remodel will consist of the replacement of the kitchen and bathroom countertops and cabinets. The work will begin on May 23 and will be complete on May 28.**
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
