There is also an on-site salon & spa and fitness center (additional fees apply). *Ka'anapali Shores will collect $9.95 per day upon check-in.

The convenience of the resort to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more make it the perfect location but when you are ready to get away from it all you can snorkel, sunbathe, swim in the pools or even go explore the historic town of Lahaina just a few miles away. We set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
