Located at Papakea Resort, unit H201 is a highly desired corner unit on the second floor of the H building featuring stunning ocean and garden views, beautifully updated kitchen and Hawaiian inspired decor and furniture throughout. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
Walk in and experience Maui at its best! With a private lanai, you’ll be able to enjoy Maui sunsets and even spot some whales breaching during the winter months.
The main living area is the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Don’t feel like eating out? Stay in and enjoy cooking a meal or two in the gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked for your convenience. Fully remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances provides all the comforts of home but in paradise! Additionally, the couch converts to a Queen sofa sleeper to accommodate 2 more guests and there is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable King size bed and a ceiling fan to help keep you cool. The master bathroom features dual sinks and a walk-in tile surround shower.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, two salt water pools, spas, shuffleboard, putting greens, tennis and much more! It is located just North of the famous Ka’aanapli Beach. Just walking distance from the resort are many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
