This ocean view, fourth floor unit features a unique three bedroom loft setup with two bathrooms. Located at Papakea Resort, you’ll feel at home the moment you step inside; a neutral color scheme of Hawaiian inspired furniture and decor await you. Sliding glass doors out to your personal lanai make it easy for indoor/outdoor living in this open concept unit.
Upon entering, you’ll find the guest bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is a separate bathroom right outside this bedroom with a shower/tub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy waking up in the King size bed to ocean views each day. The master features a large en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The upstairs loft is the perfect zone for kids, featuring two twin size beds.
The large open concept living area is ideal for gathering the family. There is a dining table for four plus additional seating at the bar and on the lanai. The kitchen has ample counter space and everything you might need to cook a great meal. Relax on the couch in the living room while enjoying a movie on the flat screen TV. The living room and kitchen open up to the lanai…the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets! Staying cool is easy with ceiling fans throughout and a split A/C system in the living room.
Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front heated swimming pools (2 cabanas available for rent through the front desk), three tennis courts and pickle-ball courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive and historic Lahaina town is only a five minute drive as well. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.

**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
