Papakea D403 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. This condo offers a fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, recessed lighting, and stainless-steel appliances. Stay cool with window A/C in the main living room area, hardwood flooring, ceiling fans and wonderful ocean breezes. Entertainment includes TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and spacious walk in shower! The guest bedroom also includes a King size bed with the bathroom just a short walk down the hall. The guest bathroom includes double vanity sinks, walk in shower and custom tile work throughout.
The loft area upstairs also includes 2 Twin size beds and a Hawaiian style futon for additional guests as well as a full size bathroom. Also included is a private washer and dryer for added convenience. The perfect family set up!
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka’anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer’s market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park.
There are beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching during the winter months from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Papakea is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Our on-island management team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
*Please Note: Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga and other classes, complimentary use of tennis rackets, putting, and pickleball equipment. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
