** Effective January 16th, 2025, through February 17th, 2025, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change.  Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Papakea D104 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps four guests. This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen ready for an in-house home cooked meal. Stay cool with window A/C in the main living room area, tiled flooring, ceiling fans, and wonderful ocean breezes. Entertainment includes TV equipped with cable and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, golf clubs and balls to enjoy Papakea's putting green and beach chairs for your convenience while adventuring to Maui's most beautiful beaches and/or local parks.  This condo also has an in-room safe which provides a convenient location for guests to secure valuables including passports, laptops, cameras, credit cards and more.

The bedroom features a Queen size bed and its own flat screen TV. In the living room, you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The bathroom features a single sink and tile/glass surrounded shower. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.  
 
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka’anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer’s market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park.

There are beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching during the winter months from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance.  Papakea is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Our on-island management team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.  Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga and other classes, complimentary use of tennis rackets, putting, and pickleball equipment. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
