Effective May 17, 2024, through June 2, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

The living area also offers a dining area for four, a new Queen Murphy pull down bed, and a flat screen TV equipped with cable.
Step inside the tranquil Master Bedroom, where you will find a comfortable Queen size bed and large mirrored closets. The spacious bathroom features a walk in shower and large counter space. Other amenities include a wall AC unit located in the living room to help keep the condo cool, ceiling fans throughout, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka’anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer’s market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park.
There are beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Papakea is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **
This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
