Effective May 17, 2024, through June 2, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.
Please note: Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.
Papakea A306 has a split A/C system in this breathtaking Studio condo situated on the 3rd floor. Papakea offers elevators to access this third floor unit and it can accommodate up to 2 guests.
No detail was overlooked during the recent high quality remodel featuring tastefully furnished Hawaiian inspired décor and furniture. The open concept kitchen is the perfect setup for in-house meals, with self-closure custom bamboo cabinets with glass palm tree inlay, new GE profile appliances and granite countertops with a cool blue tile backsplash. Stay cool with the magical Maui breeze right off your lanai or enjoy the split A/C system after a long day in the sun. Direct oceanfront with stunning unobstructed, panoramic views of the Pacific! Enjoy both Molokai and Lanai from this charming, third story, oceanfront condo. Sip your morning coffee as turtles swim below and whales breach (during whale season); dine al fresco watching glorious, west-facing sunsets from your private lanai. The occasional rainbows are absolutely magical!
Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in the comfortable King size bed (No longer a Murphy Bed - New photos on the way!). The bathroom is beautifully updated with the same high end finishes as the kitchen. This condo also has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.
There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.
Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have a after-hours emergency dispatchers to assistance when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.
This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
