Maui Ka’anapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect white sand beach. This resort is arguably located on Maui's best stretch of beach! The normally tranquil ocean at this location creates conditions great for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and more! The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (Rent paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets and more!), Castaways Café, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, and more. this resort connects to the Ka’anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka’anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes’ drive to Lahaina and many other of Maui's best beaches and attractions.
Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas will charge an $25 a day facility fee upon check in. There are amenities provided including parking for 1-vehicle (a second vehicle is additional $10 per night). Additional amenities include coffee in lobby daily from 6 am to 9 am, a pool, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesdays. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center.

Enjoy the whales as they play directly in front of the resort during our winter season. This Hawaiian inspired condo with central A/C and is a great value at this highly rated resort!
Step inside to the open concept living area with a wall of windows that invites you out to the balcony where you’ll enjoy views of the manicured grounds as well as a partial ocean view. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances. The serene main area features a King size bed, Queen sofa sleeper, additional seating area with a SmartTV and high speed WiFi, indoor dining table for 4 and of course access to some amazing views. The spacious bathroom is functional and includes an updated, tile surround shower/tub combo.
We provide one beach chair and one beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. In addition, we set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
