Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit to keep you connected. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed. For your comfort, air conditioning units are provided in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate no matter the time of day.
To support sustainability, the building is equipped with solar photovoltaic panels that generate renewable energy. We kindly ask guests to help conserve electricity by turning off the air conditioning units when not in use
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a variety of kitchen essentials like utensils, glassware, plates, and cookware. Free parking is available on the residential street in front of the building, while the parking spots at the rear are reserved. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we ask that you refrain from driving up the driveway to load or unload during quiet hours (9pm-8am).

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
