Parking is free on the residential street directly in front of the building, though please note that the parking spaces in the rear are reserved. We kindly ask guests to avoid driving up the driveway during quiet hours (9pm-8am) to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.
The property is regularly maintained, with landscaping services and quarterly pest control treatments scheduled to keep the grounds in top shape. As part of our commitment to sustainability, the building is equipped with solar panels to generate renewable energy. We encourage guests to conserve electricity whenever possible and request that air conditioning units be turned off when not in use.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
