Enjoy Kihei Garden Estates 103's convenient yet quaint location in South Maui at this recently remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. Here you will enjoy the lush garden views from your private lanai, just a short stroll from some of Maui's best sandy beaches.

After a long day of soaking up the sun, walk over to Times SuperMarket and pick up a meal to enjoy in your spacious and stylish condo. Or, if you prefer the fresh ocean breezes, you can also dine al fresco on your lanai!

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit comes equipped with a Queen sized bed and TV with cable in the master bedroom. The living room features garden views, TV with Cable, free WiFi, wall-mounted A/C, and a Queen size sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate extra members of your party!

The updated granite countertops, wood cabinets, and flooring really make this quaint condo feel like home.

Kihei Garden Estates is located on W. Lipoa Street in Kihei, just a stone's throw away from local favorite beaches, shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants like Nalu’s South Shore Grill! Go explore Maui, or enjoy the many activities nearby. Either way, we are looking forward to hosting you while you make memories that will last a lifetime!

Resort features include pool, hot tub, barbeque area, laundry facilities, and free guest parking.

Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap and sponge, laundry soap and dryer sheets, laundry pods, all-purpose cleaner, and paper towels. Also provided are complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

As of 9/16/20 Governor Ige of Hawaii has re-opened the islands to off-island visitors no longer subject to the 14-day quarantine beginning 10/15/20. Visitors will be required to take a Covid-19 test and show negative results within 3 days of arrival on Maui. If you are looking to travel and stay prior to 10/15/20, please contact us directly regarding accommodations and note that if you have already completed a 14-day quarantine on the island, we will need proof of this. Any inter-island travelers, please note that we will require proof of residency. Should a guest need to extend their stay for any reason, the guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by My Perfect Stays. Please visit https://hidot.hawaii.gov/coronavirus/ for clarification on the State's current travel requirements.
 
In the event that the traveler tests positive for Covid-19 3 days prior to arrival on Maui, My Perfect Stays will issue a full refund. Travelers will be required to provide proof of the positive test.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
(Effective for bookings made 5/1/20 or after)
Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
