The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a cozy queen sleeper sofa in the living area, newly upgraded flat-screen TVs, and a mesmerizing view that invites you to unwind. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring central air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool during warm Hawaiian days. The well-appointed kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the dining area offers a welcoming space to enjoy them together.
Step outside to your private lanai, where you can sip your morning coffee amid the tropical breeze and lush landscape or savor a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon. The bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed with direct lanai access, and the bathroom features a convenient bathtub and shower combination.
Kauhale Makai also offers an array of resort amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue areas, and beautifully manicured grounds. Lounge by the poolside, take a refreshing dip, or rejuvenate in the soothing hot tub. While there is not a washer and dryer in the condo, Kauhale Makai offers a laundry room located on the ground floor. We've provided laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets in the condo, so bring those along. You may use quarters or their app to pay. $1.50 (6 quarters) for a washer load and 1 quarter for every 10 minutes of dryer use.

If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
