This is a perfect beach for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and spotting sea turtles! It is close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Located in South Kihei, this resort is close to many of Maui's top 10 beaches, such as Wailea Beach and Makena Beach. Kamaole Sands is 15 acres of tropical grounds that features four tennis courts, an expansive pool area with wading pool, two spas, exercise facility, and BBQ with outdoor dining area. Plus enjoy a Mai Tai party with Hula Show on Wednesdays.

Kamaole Sands 3-202 has a window A/C in the living area, is a 1-bedroom, 2-bath situated on the ground floor level, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Enjoy the lush beauty of Maui from this single level condo and take a swim at the resort pool or at the nearby Kamaole Beach Park just across the street! Relax on your beautiful lanai while enjoying garden and peek-a-boo, partial ocean views.
The interior is beautifully remodeled and provides all the comforts of home: a convenient and well-stocked kitchen, updated décor, comfortable living area, large flat screen TV, and complimentary WiFi. This bedroom features a queen bed and a portable A/C unit to keep you cool at night. In the living area you will find a wall-bed, or Murphy bed, for the additional guests. With 2 separate bathrooms, this unit is perfect for couples traveling together or families!
Our on-island team will provide the unit with one-time starter items for your convenience: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. There will also be a one-time starter kit of Maui-made Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
