International Colony Club is a collection of “plantation style” Hawaiian cottages situated on 10 acres of meticulously landscaped, lush mature tropical grounds, creating the perfect old Hawaii experience. The grounds border on the Ka’anapali Royal Golf Course and a short walk to spectacular Kahekili Beach Park, fine dining and open air shopping at Whaler’s Village. One of two sparkling pools is only a few steps away from this cottage and the lush tropical gardens add to the Aloha experience.
International Colony 9 does not have A/C. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage offers all the comforts of home with an open floor plan, high beam ceilings, ceiling fans and jalousie windows that welcome in the trade winds. This cottage boasts an updated kitchen and has everything you’ll need to make all your meals.
The plantation home's bedrooms are configured with one having a California king and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms offer wonderful natural light, plenty of storage and ceiling fans to help keep you cool after a long day in the sun. Right off the main living area, is a convenient bathroom featuring a walk in shower. The unit is equipped with a flat screen TV as well as free WIFI and cable.
There are no resort or parking fees. Please note this resort does not have elevators.
My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.
** Families: Inquire about another cottage on the property. We also have accommodations available at International Colony 10. International Colony 9 and 10 are located directly next to one another making them the perfect reservation combination for big groups and/or families who want to remain near one another during their stay.
Both properties share ownership and are managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
