Hololani offers their guests elevator access, so getting to this 5th floor condo is easy. This spacious condo has been wonderfully remodeled with tile floor and modern Hawaiian décor. The front bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and wonderful ocean views from its ocean front lanai. The bathroom is just steps away, bright and airy featuring a large walk in shower.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The living area provides additional sleeping with a Queen sleeper sofa. The condo includes a washer and dryer and ceiling fans in every room.
Enjoy preparing food in a fully equipped, full size kitchen. Then choose to eat indoors at a dining table or out on the large lanai while you can watch turtles and whales frolic in the waves below you. If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
