Air Conditioning
Due to the recent wildfires, there's a volunteer distribution center in the parking lot next door that might temporarily affect some views. We apologize for any inconvenience, and please note that we're not certain about the timeline for the removal of the distribution center.

Hale Kai is classic Maui, surrounded by beaches and boasts an ocean front pool, barbeque grills, onsite laundry room, and complimentary off-street parking for one vehicle. The property is an ocean front condominium providing easy access to a variety of amenities on the island and features easy sandy beach access and oceanfront location and views. The property is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and some of the best coral reefs and tide pools on Maui.

Hale Kai 220 does not have A/C, is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo situated on the corner of the 2nd floor, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.  Please note that the Hale Kai does not have elevator access. This front row corner condo provides plenty of sunlight and ocean views of the Pacific Ocean and neighboring islands Lanai and Molokai. This condominium features easy sandy beach access, ocean front location and views, vaulted ceilings, stainless appliances, modern décor and furnishings. Relax on the private lanai while you enjoy a meal with those stunning Maui sunsets as your backdrop. Here you will see whales breaching during the winter months and enjoy the tranquil sounds of the ocean. Step inside to the modern open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings, Smart-TV, comfortable and stylish furnishings and décor. 

The kitchen is remodeled with stainless appliances and is well stocked for guest use and enjoyment. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed, ceiling fan, and a flat screen Smart-TV.  The second bedroom features Twin size bunk beds and another Smart-TV to enjoy.  Finally, the third bedroom is in the loft area featuring a Queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This condo is flooded with natural light and its corner location offers additional privacy along with stunning views from virtually every room!

Hale Kai is located just 5 miles north of Lahaina. Surrounded by beaches, this resort also features an ocean front pool, barbeque grills, onsite laundry room, and complimentary off-street parking for one vehicle. Nearby you will find the neighboring beach park, farmers market, grocery, restaurants, shopping and resort areas of Kapalua and Lahaina/Kaanapali! Please note this resort does not have elevators.

Our on-island team also provides the following starter items:  dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided is complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
