Due to the recent wildfires, there's a volunteer distribution center in the parking lot next door that might temporarily affect some views. We apologize for any inconvenience, and please note that we're not certain about the timeline for the removal of the distribution center.
Hale Kai is classic Maui, surrounded by beaches, and boasts an oceanfront pool, barbeque grills, an onsite laundry room, and complimentary off-street parking for one vehicle. The property is an oceanfront condominium providing easy access to a variety of amenities on the island and features easy sandy beach access and oceanfront location and views.
Hale Kai 107 does not have AC but its oceanfront location provides light sea breezes and has ceiling fans. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo accommodates up to 4 guests with two Twin size Murphy beds in the living room, a King size bed in the bedroom featuring a ceiling fan, and a lovely walk-in tile and glass surround shower. Enjoy whale watching from the comforts of your private lanai where you can dine Hawaiian style and take in the beautiful sights and sounds of Maui! Step inside to the open floor plan featuring a flat-screen TV, comfortable and stylish furnishings, and décor. The kitchen is well stocked for guest use and enjoyment.
Nearby you will find the neighboring beach park, farmers market, grocery, restaurants, shopping, and resort areas of Kapalua and Lahaina/Kaanapali! Our on-island team also provides the following starter items: dish soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Also provided are complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
